If I could I give them ZERO STARS...The doctors are great especially our kids pediatrician but the front desk staff are amazingly awful. They are 200% rude, very snippy, very impatient and extremely unprofessional. They feel like we are bothering them during a schedule appointment time & when you call in to set an appointment they are even worse. They do not pick up until almost 30mins later & they will continue to put you on hold. The waiting area alone is very dirty, you would be scare to put your kids down on any of the seats. We wish our kids pediatrician was located somewhere else because this front desk staff & nurses are awful.

I will start with the positive. Most of the nurses are sweet and friendly. Most of the Drs are pleasant and helpful. I did not have a good experience with Dr. Carusso. She talked to me as if I was an idiot when bringing my sick baby in and did not come across to be a happy person while working with babies/kids. I will agree with just about everyone that wrote a review here with the nasty receptionist. Who do we have to contact that will have words with this person?? You work at a pediatrician office for crying out loud and year after year you've never once had a smile on your face! Really disappointing. Don't get me started with the wait time when you try and call. 20 min and above each time.

Dr. Snair is very polite and friendly. I just wish she worked at a different practice. The office staff is beyond rude every single time you go in. The wait time on the phone is ridiculous. I’ve called multiple times and left messages also and not one person has gotten back to me. And there’s also a doctor there who stated at my daughters very first visit being 4 days old that her hip was displaced and I needed to see an orthopedic surgeon ASAP. I went with my gut and didn’t go. Every single doctor who has touched her since, which has been quite a few, said her hip is perfect. Sad to leave Dr. Snair but hopefully she’ll go somewhere else one day.

If I could have left half a star I would. Took my daughter here with a bad cold. Dr. Vogelgesang seems to be practicing homeopathic medicine. He suggested a hot shower after 2 appointments and a chest x-ray. Took my daughter somewhere else and she had a sinus infection. Don't waste your time. Find a place that doesn't charge you and your insurance and do NOTHING for a patient.

This place deserves a one star. I've gone here for years and switched doctors because they are so bad. They are terrible at answering the phone it takes about 30 minutes for someone to pick up. The front office staff is so rude and honestly horrific. Dr. Carlin is the worst doctor there. Don't waste your time here.

I was recommended to go here after I gave birth to my first daughter, and I thought I liked it. As time went on I really realized how rude the receptionists are. Not quite the job for you if you’re going to be nasty. Also trying to reach them expect to wait on hold forever just for them to answer to ask you to hold another 20 minutes. You work in a pediatricians office, you should be a little more uplifting!

This place doesn’t even deserve one star it really deserves none. I went here as a child and figured I’d take my kids here since it wasn’t bad when I was a kid. The receptionists always have an attitude. You can barely get ahold of anyone to make an appointment. My son was running a fever and they hung up on me twice before I even got to talk to anyone. Dr. Libecco makes embarrassing comments about your child in front of them. Dr. Snair is literally the only good doctor that is at this practice. I called last night because my infant was running a fever and needed to know what I should do because I’ve never dealt with it before , had to wait 45 minutes to talk to a nurse. The nurse said the doctor would call in 15 minutes from their number. They NEVER called back. This place is a joke. I’m glad I found a doctor that’ll actually take care of my children at the Cleveland clinic!

We been with the practice for about 5 years or so now. We absolutely loved Dr. Youssef. She moved not long after we started seeing her. I got a little scared but then fell in love with Dr. Brewer, she is a doctor that’s really on the side of the parent. She listens to the concerns and works amazing to meet in the middle with her professional opinion, I absolutely love that and it has never failed. She’s extremely knowledgeable and always has an answer when I have a question. Making an appointment is always a struggle as you are on hold for some time usually, but the doctors are worth the wait. Never have I waited forever in the exam room long and that’s a plus as with young kids it can get hard to entertain them!

The receptionist working today with the Ohio Pet Vet jacket on really shouldn’t be working at a Pediatric doctors office with the attitude she has. She wasn’t pleasant at all to anyone coming in the office.

Three stores because our doctor is pretty good. Not five because it is impossible to get ahold of them. My kid is currently vomiting bad and I can’t get a hold of an on call doctor

If there was a rating less than one star that is what this office should be rated. EXTREMELY rude staff, especially the receptionist and nurse on the phone. Completely careless and unprofessional. These people do not deserve to speak to other humans on the phones and should be reevaluated on how to treat people with respect while doing their job. There is no reason to act like like a child in a professional environment like this..

I’ve been bringing my three children here and Dr.Nikonchik, Dr. Lebecco and Dr. Snair are always incredible. They listen and make you feel heard and provide wonderful care! I do however, hate calling in to schedule an appointment or even get a note sent over. Their one nurse who answers is horrible! Trying to get a word out seems to be impossible while you attempt to explain what it is you want in a note or why you want to schedule. All the while she talks to you as if she’s the doctor and makes you feel although the discussion you had with the doctor doesn’t matter compared to her advice. Truly need to work on the staffing but the doctors are wonderful!

Kesha (on the phone) is amazing! She is so nice and so helpful. And Dr. Caruzzo is a blessing!

Seems this clinic isn’t serious. If is possible avoid it. I waited about 20 minutes to make an appointment. And when in finally the answer, they just hanged up… On Friday, the receptionist said to wait, like she needed to finish something and the same situation…

Called to schedule a “sick visit” after one of my sons specialists was concerned with what urgent care diagnosed/ prescribed. I called and spoke to Dorothy who had an attitude the whole time I explained not only my ongoing concerns but also one from another provider. Dorothy rudely questioned me, told me I needed to try the prescription that another doctor already told me not to proceed with and instead of scheduling us or letting me speak to a provider/ medical professional she kept putting me on hold and relaying messages, she also told me “if he was that bad urgent care would have sent him to the ER." At the end of the conversation she said “try the medication for 3 days and call us back if he’s not better by then” within 8 hours of my phone call to the office I took my son to the ER where they immediately transported him by ambulance to Rainbow where he was admitted. Thanks for your help Dorothy and for your lack of compassion and care.

Great doctors, but ALL of the receptionist ruin that. They are rude, won't answer the phone and if they do answer, they will hang up on you multiple times. It's no better in person, you feel very unwelcome.

Always loved this place until recently. Had an emergency with my daughter spoke with the on call physician Dr Carlin who made me feel stupid. Had a horrible attitude right from the start of the phone call. She made me feel like an idiot for not being at the ER with my daughter. Working in the medical field with surgeons daily she was very unprofessional. My suggestion don't bring your kids to her!

Dr. Caruzzo was fantastic and took her time with my kids! They both loved her. No issues with the office staff or nurses as I read the reviews many people have complained about them. All in all a good experience!

I called to schedule an appointment for My daughter. The receptionist (Jenny) was extremely rude and careless!! Really don’t know why she was so rude to me.. I never leave reviews, so just know I experienced the worse of the worse if I’m taking the time to do this!!
