Been a regular customer there for almost 2 years and tip them always well , I know everyone there . if you were to pushed down to the ground and thrown out for doing nothing , it’s your bar. He is not even employee there who threw me out. Some people think they own this bar but they don’t. Remember people Chad own this bar NOT you , I pity on them. Have fun with your little sad and pathetic life. If you don’t know how to treat other people you shouldn’t be in the bars. Be in your own little locker room smh. Most of the bartenders are very friendly except one or two. They don’t care about regulars. I still recommend this bar except few issues. Learned my lesson. I have self respect , this is not the first time I had been disrespected in this establishment. I will take my business someplace else.

The food here was amazing definitely delicious but lemme tell you, the service was absolute dog water. If you're not sitting at the bar forget it. Waitress came up one time and we got one drink even though we were going to order a lot more. It was very obvious we weren't wanted there for whatever reason. Maybe cause we weren't loud and obnoxious old men? Who knows. Either way it's a bummer cause the food is great but that was some of the worst service I've had in a long time

We decided to give the Islander a go as we were in the mood for some bar food and saw a Groupon for it.The decor was inviting and fresh, if a tad dimly lit. Our waitress was kind, personable and attentive, even though she was tending bar as well. The chef/runner who delivered our food seemed genuinely interested in whether we enjoyed it/had everything we needed. However, the best thing about the Islander Bar and Grill was the food. Easily some of the best bar food I've ever had, we tried the chicken tenders (appetizer), spinach and artichoke dip (appetizer), cheeseburger with bacon and a seafood flatbread. The tenders were HUGE and perfectly breaded and fried, the spinach and artichoke dip was tasty and well-proportioned. My wife's burger was excellent even without condiments, the beef was juicy and the bun seared to perfection. The bacon was really thick and tasty, I'd definitely recommend adding bacon to your burger. The seafood flatbread was also very good, with plenty of shrimp, scallops and lobster meat topping a well-seasoned, cheesy crust. The only thing we weren't impressed by was the tortilla chips that came with the spinach dip. A minor complaint, for sure. Altogether, we both agreed we would absolutely come back to the Islander with or without a groupon in the future. 5/5

Sat at the bar for 10 full minutes while two bartenders talked and laughed with each other and ignored us. Place was not busy. Plenty of bars in town with much better service. Do not recommend.

Pretty good Philly. Nice beer selection. They were out of a couple things on the menu which was disappointing but good service and food overall.

Hidden deliciousness! The service was great; the staff & patrons were all friendly! But he food was the greatest part of the experience. I ordered a bloody Mary and it was superb and filled with thick cut bacon, celery, lemon wedge, and topped with 3 large olives. I had a plain Jane burger cooked medium, it was so flavorful and juicy! Best burger I've had out that tasted this good and fresh! The prices are just right and the quality is even better!! My husband enjoyed their beer selection on tap and the Ruben, it was made just right with the all the fixings .. along side accompanied their kettle chips and a pickle spear. Overall we enjoyed every bit of our visit and will certainly be back again, soon!!

Was in town for the weekend, and this place was recommended to us. We can't recommend it enough! The pierogis, bender burger, and reuben were simply fantastic! We know where we are going when we are back in town!

This place kills it. Food is incredible, service spot on. Locals are welcoming and will make conversation. Brit behind the bar will do everything to make your experience perfect.

Nachos with grilled chicken was a tasty dinner at this popular, lively party spot. The BLT rocked, too. Wish I could have taken advantage of the big beer menu but this was a road trip stop. When we go back we'll ask what the Islander name is about.

Food is pretty good, enjoyable "bar food" as well as good drinks. Service varies as it gets busy. Tone was fair, deffinately more positive. Cleanliness was very good. I would go back again, for sure. This isn't the place to go for a unique experience, though. Prices are decent.

There was some live DJ performing and engaging the guests with "Find a Song". The place was almost full and the waitress were patient enough to customise our orders!! Like making it with and without chicken!! The special drink was a standout!!

May not look like much from the outside but this local bar has some knockout food. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. If hungry - Definitely get a burger. The Western Burger was full of flavor and huge. Highly recommended! Also a good spot to catch a game or just hang out.

This was one of my favorite bars. It was 80 inside! I don't know if they have a new cook but steak night is no longer my favorite night. The bartenders were amazing as always but food and temp inside was sub par.

It's Karaoke night on Wednesdays! Also they have food specials and it was steak night with 1 side, $16.99, as well. (I don't eat steak..) I have had it and my husband has it all the time and he loves it! Variety of items on the menu, apps, personal pizza🍕starts at $10, wings🍗, Sandwiches🥪, wraps🌯, salads 🥗, beer🍺, wine 🍷 !!

The bartenders there are amazing. Drinks are made perfectly and the pricing isn’t too bad. But the food, the food is just splendid. Beautiful food, beautiful people, and most of all, a beautiful time.

Food was on point! Perfectly seasoned and impressive. Even with a packed bar for the Browns game, service was not compromised.

This place is a Great bar with great food and awesome waitresses and kitchen staff. Been here a few times since coming to america and I have a nice time here every time and been made to feel very welcome. Also They do a great Long Island ice tea.

Love this place!! Food is very good. Miss when they had daily specials and sad they took a few of our favorites off the menu, but otherwise above average! The staff are all wonderful!! They are all truly what makes this place special and one of our favorite night out spots in the area!!

The pizza great but the expensive shrimp undercooked the Vein still in and the cornmeal was so old that they fried it in all I can say is nooo!

I went here for music trivia on Thursday and was impressed by the food! Service was good, drinks were priced fair and the trivia host was funny. I would come back again

Nice place. Very busy The only reason I give it 3 stars is because our waitress could have been better... she messed up our order and blew it off as sorry I couldn't hear you for the music.
