It was a really nice experience picking out our cabinets. Matthew was very knowledgeable and was able to bring our ideas to life. Such a great experience I would definitely recommend them for cabinets. Time wasn’t an issue, we weren’t rushed into making a decision. He showed us all of our available options it was an awesome experience!

We had the best time designing our kitchen with Jessica Lakarosky! She was so creative and thorough. The cabinets are perfect and the granite gets so many compliments. We are thrilled with the entire process!

Stopped in today to look at cabinets and counter tops for our new addition. Lynn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!!! We laid out a 3D rendering of what the kitchen would look like then went over different options and costs. The whole experience was great. Joe was fantastic throughout the whole design process! Took the time to explain their process and was open to all designs and helping us maximize our kitchen space. Cabinet delivery was simple and needed 1 replacement which was super easy to order and get replaced after delivery. Would highly recommend NE Factory Direct for any design job!

We ordered kitchen cabinets and countertops. Brooke was so helpful when working with us. She was very patient and flexible as we went through designs and patterns. She also provided pricing for flooring. We went to other places for comparisons and decided to go with NEFD. Their product prices combined with Richard’s Kitchens install quote couldn’t be beat! We can’t wait for January when the project begins!

Here is my updated review, I am extremely and I mean extremely happy with my furniture purchase and I'm so glad I didn't listen to the salesman who tried to talk me out of purchasing it. I am absolutely in love with my new sofa and chair and everyone else is absolutely in love with it as well, if I could give more than five stars I would! And the pictures do not do this couch and chair justice, it is absolutely gorgeous in person! _____________________________ Had a really helpful salesman, picked out the furniture that I wanted that I seen on the website even though they didn't have one in the showroom to actually look at, so I'm praying I'll be happy with what I ordered and will update my review after that. But as far as the sales guy, he was extremely helpful.

A lot in the store but you still need to look online. Like most furniture stores there is a big screen computer with all the products. So you can’t see the actual product. We ordered a chest. Delivery is 2-3 weeks. Delivery is 100. Told him we’ll pickup. Delivery at another store was 175. They setup and take all the trash away. All the salesmen standing by the door seemed young. They seemed knowledgeable. Will shop again. Bought a mattress a few years ago.

Wow incredible customer service Austin was one of the finest sales rep ever. We came to the store at least three times to look at a particular sofa and couldn’t quite decide and then wanted to wait to buy the couch out right. Austin never pushed us. Let us take your time and was there for us when we were ready to buy. I mentioned to him that I appreciated his patience and he told me that it wasn’t a big deal and it wasn’t terribly worried about the commission because Northeast factory direct good care of him and that gave him the ability to take good care of her of us. Outstanding person and company.

Matt has been great throughout the entire process. I very much appreciate his patience and all the help. We had our kitchen cabinets and flooring replaced and he was always helpful and quick to help resolve any issues that came up unexpectedly. Couldn't of had a better person to work with.

We met with Jessica at the North Canton location and we have had the most wonderful experience. The care and treatment that we received with her time and knowledge with design and etc we felt very well treated. She made the process such an easy task and took the time with our family at each appointment. We can't recommend them enough. Alicia is a kitchen designer in the Euclid location. Her knowledge of the cabinet options is amazing. It took me 3 trips up there, as I changed my mind about what I wanted. She welcomed me each time, wasn't at all upset that she had to change the design, the cabinet choice, sizes, etc. She helped me reach the final design plan and saved me quite a bit of money in the process. She worked closely with my contractor and incorporated his advice into the design. I completely recommend this store to be one of your quotes. You will likely do your shopping there.

First place I stopped to shop around-7stores later I decide to come back and not waste anymore of my time. We walked into the front and were greeted by a smiling face. The salesman was on the ball. He showed us the beds we were interested in and was very helpful. We purchased the bed and mattress cover also! Very satisfied with our whole experience! Will tell all our friends about our experience!!

Mike is an excellent salesperson. He gave us time to browse the merchandise but kept checking on us to see if we needed any help. We found a recliner chair for mom who is 90 years young. We left without purchasing the chair and went to 3 other stores and returned the same day to purchase the chair as it had the bells and whistles that we were looking for at a very good price. Great place with amazing prices too! This place is super clean and organized. The staff seems friendly and eager to help you with any questions you may have! Helpful tip; ask if its in stock before you buy. If your looking for a great place to test out, look for or get a great deal on furnishings I would check out this place for sure!

Overall I was very happy with the product and service. My salesperson, Ashley, allowed me to wander, follow up with her at the end of my visit, and gave me a business card with the product which I was interested, experience was very laid back. After looking at other stores I decided on the Flex Steel product and was able to conduct the purchase via email and a phone call. Again I could not be happier with the end result. I will offer one word of warning, prices are not the same at each Northeast Factory Direct location, on the same product, so it is worth checking a couple locations as it saved a considerable amount.

Everything you hear in the ads is true. Great customer service. Great prices. I want thank and compliment Hannah (Euclid location) who designed my kitchen. Extremely good at her job. I had no idea what I was doing. I had a new empty kitchen space and she used every inch of space beautifully and efficiently. Absolutely make this one of your stops. Nothing to lose !!
