    I was very satisfied with the staff and level of service I received. Justin my salesman was absolutely wonderful from the beginning to the end of process.     Wow is all I can say. Best car buying experience I’ve had in my life. Justin Greenberg is a great asset to the team. He listened to my needs and wants, got me pricing without playing games like other dealers do. I am a customer for life. He helped me replace my totaled Model 3 quickly. Ken in finance department made the closing very smooth. Explained the available protection options. I took advantage of the vehicle service contract because of all of the great technology in this car. I’m basically driving a Cadillac with a Honda logo on it! I love my new Honda Accord Hybird. 11/10 experience.

    After 21 years of marriage my husband passed away in late July. Due to the pandemic and depleted finances I was forced to file bankruptcy. I was paying a huge note on a vehicle that was not reporting to the credit bureaus. Although my car had sentimental value , I knew something needed to be done. I reached out to Derrick Medlen at Victory Honda and OMG! The entire staff assisted me and went to bat for me (even with a fresh bankruptcy, minimal income and funky credit) in order to get me into this gorgeous 2020 Honda Civic! This is the first major decision I’ve made without my husband and the team at Victory Honda made a seamless, pleasant experience. And guess what? My payments are now reporting to the credit agencies. Happy buyer in Sandusky … thanks guys

    I purchased a 2024 Honda Civic with help from the best sales person I’ve worked with. His name is Justin Greenberg and it’s the second car I’ve bought from him. Everyone at Firelands Honda was great. It was a very pleasant, quick, and easy experience. I will definitely be going back to Justin when it comes time to buy my teenage daughter’s their first car!     We came upon an awesome deal which we could not pass up. Although Firelands Honda stated “their prices were non negotiable”, I, the customer, felt a little disappointed, especially because the vehicle was "as is”, NO WARRANTY. The 5 year warranty had expired but the used mileage on the vehicle is what ultimately sold me. Although certified through HONDA, it wasn’t until driving home that we noticed the vehicle’s tires were misaligned. We will need to have the tires aligned & balanced. Our 2012, with over 206,000 miles, has great alignment. Overall, A superb experience with the staff at Firelands Honda!!

    Our experience with Konnor was fantastic when we were buying a replacement vehicle for our son. We bought a Jeep Cherokee and my son couldn’t be happier to upgrade from his ‘03 Civic.     I just wanna say that I had a wonderful experience dealing with Firelands Honda. Jen Kelley was so helpful. I gave her the information of what kind of car I wanted and as soon as one came in, she called me immediately. My sister and I went to look at it, and I bought it immediately. I had gone to Toyota and the sales man tried to tell me that a 2016 would be rusted. On the contrary, Jen found me a beautiful, perfect 2016 RAV4!

    Went to Victory Honda service center after the family car needed a small emergency repair during vacation. They took a look at the car and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. The staff is super friendly and helpful (and very generous with their pricing).

    Couldn’t be more satisfied with my used car purchase. This was my first experience doing anything like this. Patrick and Vanessa made the experience as smooth and seamless as possible and I love my car! Edit: I wanted to add a shoutout to the service department for honoring the warranty that was included with my purchase. Took the car in, had a nice loaner within a few minutes, and my car back within a reasonable time for the work needed and absolutely no charge to me. So much win with this place!

    I will never buy another Honda ever again. Every time I have had an issue with my vehicle, I have been told either the warranty doesn't cover it or I have to jump through thousands of dollars of hoops to get my warranty to honor anything without reimbursement. The spam from here is endless, Mike will absolutely destroy your mailbox/email inbox with deals that aren't in your best interest. My car wasn't even 3 years out from the factory and have had a few parts leak or even fall off from "natural damages" and they still don't honor anything. Service is wretched, I'm glad I wore out my Car Doc (not as good a deal as you think) so I will never have to deal with them ever again. Tried to go over their heads and I keep getting a voicemail that never calls back, I've sent emails that never get responded to, I'm just done. Get a Toyota.

    If you’re in the market for a brand new Honda, I would highly recommend that you look into another dealership. Victory Honda is charging “market adjustments” for all vehicles. It’s understandable that more rare, in demand vehicles (Civic Type R) would be marked up, but the Accord Hybrid I was interested in can be found for MSRP or less if you find a reputable dealer. I have taken my business elsewhere and am completing my purchase for a fair price.

    I'd been having trouble finding a car place to finance us because of the negative equity in our old Jeep, but Patrick at Victory Honda did a magic trick or something and got us into a newer car for the same monthly payment and a shorter loan term. PLUS we have Car Doc included in the price, and we get free car washes as a little bonus. Definitely talk to these guys if you're looking for a new car.

    Out of town client and Max the service consultant and the ace accredited mechanic really came in clutch and they were really busy. They have earned my business in the future ! No pressure at all either ! Come here and you will not be disappointed !

    Lost the only key I had to my car. Called these guys and they were able to get me in the same day and get me two new keys within about 1.5 hours. They even washed my car for me after getting the keys done. Robert in the service department was very helpful! Thanks again! You guys are awesome!

    Took a vehicle in on a Saturday morning without an appointment not expecting them to be able to do much that day. To my surprise they had the vehicle on a lift within ten minutes and the problem found. They said they could actually get the part within an hour and have it installed within a couple hours. Two or three hours later they called and said the vehicle was ready. I live two and a half hours away so this situation could have been way worse! Thanks for saving the day!

    For us this place is average. They play the games like they all do. General rule of thumb is always ask for "whats the out the door price?" We bought a new car and they added about $2000 dollars of up-charging. (mud flaps,wheel locks,nitrogen and Elo GPS tracking system so they can sell you service more efficiently) They say these add-ons are non negotiable and cant take them off. (bs) The staff was nice as with most places. Just a heads up.

    I have always been very satisfied with Victory Honda. Tommy was my salesman “go to” for several of my leases. After a reshuffle of sales people I was very pleased with Brooke’s salesmanship. I was treated with respect and thoughtfulness. Of course this was all done before I opened a new lease. After sales was very accommodating as well. Please, no further query’s. I am very satisfied and know that future services will be taken care of professionally too.

    What an amazing experience. I went in as my lease was ending to buy out the current lease. Once we arrived there was a welcome party to greet us at the door. We sat down with Jennifer Kelley and she said let's look at the options first to see what may be best: buying current leased vehicle, buying a new, or to lease a new vehicle. It was very apparent to either buy a new car to lease a new one rather than buying out the current one. We test drove one on the lot as to see the changes. The trim I was interested in they currently different have but it was enough info of what the difference would be. Jennifer is a Civic gal as well so we got along great! There was no pressure of sales or adding on like bells & whistles like most dealerships you go to. It was more family oriented and they just understood. So needless to say I'm no leasing a new 24' Civic thanks to Jennifer and I love it! She went out of her way to deliver the new Civic to my place of work to switch out the vehicles. Thank you to Firelands Honda and all that you do! Very satisfied Civic driver ~Haley~
