The guy posting about one of the hostess is a drunk. He just comes into drink and he’s An alcoholic. One day he got mad about something petty and decided to cause a scene. I am a daily customer there and I witnessed this. He also tried to come back another time I was there. Turns out he is banned now which is good. This place is 5/5 everyone is great and friendly, food is great. Don’t listen to a drunk.

Good food and great service. Previously, I had the fried rice with beef and we tried #33 during this visit. It was very good and I will definitely try that again.

Amazing authentic place hiding in plain site. An excellent restaurant with great food and a great price too. Very clean place with quick service. I've been here several times and had a great experience and great food every time. The pho is very good, the fried rice is good, and the tea is has a very nice flavor. My husband and I had the pho this time (regular and deluxe). This is served with a place full of fresh Thai basil, sliced hot chilis, and bean sprouts. It allows you to add whatever you would like.

This was my first experience with Vietnamese cusine. It was a great experience. I was eating the bean spouts before the meatball soup came and the waiter kindy told me it was for the soup. The blend of bean sprout abd greens i. The soup gave it a unique flavor that was new to me. The portion was an ample amount for a full meal. Cant wait to try more selections.

Just because the food is good doesn't mean you should eat here the service is where it lacks. Order take out and save yourself and your young children the headache. The woman running the front end is so GRUMPY and not welcoming nor prompt. Don't trust her word when she says the wait for a table is 15-20 mins and then it's been a half hour and no acknowledgement of when we're supposed to be seated when ALL the tables are full and no means of people leaving anytime in that 15-20 mins stated. I would not recommend dinning in. Really disappointed with the service.

I just loved this place. This is not a huge restaurant when you look from outside. Might not even give you a great feeling. But, once you get inside, that's when the real magic begins. Ok. So they are situation in the Chagrin Boulevard, opposite to Wendy's, which you may be able to see from the main road. You can use the parking lot outside. The interior decor are very basic, and give you a homely feeling. Although we were not sure how the food would be before we reached there, once inside, we were half confident that the food must be good. Why? Well, simply because we could be several Vietnamese families having dinner there. When native people come in numbers to eat food from back home, that says a lot about the food. The staff were just great. Made us feel at home. This was the first time my friend and I were trying Vietnamese food and hence knew nothing about their cuisine. The staff guided us and helped us zero down on the food. I am posting some pictures of the interior as well as the food we got for ourselves. The food was delivered within proper duration and was simply delicious. We went for vermicelli noodles and the taste was so fresh. The vegetables were very fresh, you could say that easily once you saw it. You may use either a fork or chop-sticks. We went for the chop-sticks. The food was very light. Both of us were feeling pretty full after an extremely heavy lunch and were not sure if we would get the food finished. But both of us did, it was so light and refreshing. And to add to that, the cost is nothing compared to what you would expect it to be. I would say that they are one of the most reasonably priced restaurants in and around Beachwood, Ohio.

The food is consistently delicious. The hostess is polite, professional and sweet. We have been weekly customers for years and never disappointed by the food, service or atmosphere.

Tried the PHO GA (chicken noodles soup) and it was tasty. Vegetables were fresh and soup broth was really good. My bowl should have come with fried red onion but unfortunately I did not get them. This place is worth checking out, but if its take out, double check for all ingredients before leaving.

You can trip over good Pho/Vietnamese joints around Cleveland and they're all good. Bowl of Pho doesn't meet the level of the Asiatown Vietnamese restaurants. The menu does hit a lot of the trademark notes: pho, vermicelli, banh mis, etc.. The quality feels lower, though not necessarily bad or bland. If Asiatown or Parma is too far, Bowl of Pho is a solid option, don't turn your nose up at it. It's tough for weekday lunch as it can be a little slow and a bit busy. It is a little on the pricey side, as well, for the amount of food you get.

Excellent service, fresh, authentic. Best pho I've had locally. Will definitely be back. This restaurant is also very clean. Highly recommend!

Food quality is way down. Ordered bowl of pho with beef. The amount of beef is less than half of other restaurants. They substituted basil for parsley (what?!) and the broth didn’t fill the bowl. Last time for me - I’d rather travel downtown for a decent bowl.

Me and my family were hungry and Bowl of pho was right up our ally. The food was great overall and we had a great time. The service on the other hand was not great. Two waiters came up to our table and asked if there was something wrong with the service and asking about the tip, making us uncomfortable.

Orlando was our server!!! He is amazing I strongly suggest coming in for him. I agree with the reviews saying food is bland I had the pho deluxe never again!!! Protions are small I had 2 tendon, 2 meatball and probably 4 slices of beef The noodles portion didn't even make up for it. I had no onion at all Got the bun mi for an app. They charged full price for a veggie one and barely any veggies even tho the sever put extra veggies on the ticket. (The special notes come printed on your bill) they were pretty bland compared to others I've had niot pickeled very well.... my boyfriend had the shrimp and rice He said it was pretty good but you get 4 shrimp and a pile of rice . So protien to carb portion is not good. Again Orlando was amazing And for the size of the resturant he was extremely busy Sometimes the service just sent enough to get people to come back. The food was to much of a let down to want to waste the gas and money for a second chance

Ordered the spring rolls which were extra crispy, fresh and delicious. Got the deluxe beef noodle bowl, it was tender and hit the spot ❤️ thank you for a tasty lunch
