Ray at the Chevrolet blvd location needs an attitude adjustment. We have ordered delivery for years. Yet 2 weeks ago ray said they only deliver 3 miles out. I explained we were 2.2 miles as the app and map quest tells me. But ray said no we were 3 and he couldn't place the order. 3 days ago I spoke to another associate, placed my order and voila, pizza arrived. Food is great, delivery driver was very nice, website is terrible. Kept getting booted off. Emailed the company about issues. No response .

I picked up a pizza last night and when I got home it was completely raw in the middle. I had made it a couple bites into a slice and realized the pizza shouldn’t be consumed. I woke up the following morning feeling sick to my stomach and spent most of the morning running to the restroom. I called the restaurant to let them know the situation and asked about a credit and offered to bring the raw pizza up. I was told that they don’t do that and I might get a gift card in the mail. Definitely not the first bad pizza I received from this location but it’s the first time I got sick and felt the need to speak with a manager. I don’t feel like I was compensated for being out $20 and worst of all getting sick. Update: 1 month later and still no gift card or call from the manager. I’ll never return.

I've tried to eat here twice, both unsuccessfully. About a year ago I arrived about an hour before close and there were no signs of an employee available to take my order for a few minutes, so I left and went to the parmatown location. The other time I called at 9:41 and they said they already had everything shut down and closed up, no more pick-up orders for a single pizza. Antonio's is good, but this location needs help.

I made a mobile order for 830 pm as that is when my girlfriend would be home from work. At 715pm I received a call that my pizza is here, I informed the driver my order is for 830. He tried to convince me to take it at that time and threw a fit that he had to return at 830. I called to the store to inform them and ask for my pizza to be remade at time of my delivery at 830 I was told it would all be remade. I received my delivery around 845pm and opened the box to the driest and hardest pizza ever. I worked in the pizza industry and can tell pizza was not remade and just thrown into the oven to warm up by the way the cheese looked and the hardness of the pizza. Also the pizza had no sauce. I called for a manager and she basically told me I was lying and that she is the one who remade the pizza and that that she can’t give a refund. This is the worst pizza buying experience I have ever had and will never return here. 1 star is too high of a rating. Very rude, unprofessional and serve horrible food.

People from work ordered from them. They must be used to poor service. Never delivered my order and never answered my phone call. Just left me on hold. Still waiting for a refund on my order. Take a pass, and order from Kickers. Fast delivery and the cost was way less. Or order from Pizza Hut, they have fast delivery, and always answer the phone. Update: Checked to see if I was charged for my order and I was. Called the store manager that just made excuses. Was told the general manager will call me to discuss the problem when they come in tonight. After 2 days still waiting for that call. It’s been 10 month’s and still no one has called.

Had a taste for an Antonio's special salad with extra house dressing and pepperoni. When I ordered I was told it was $11.99 for a small salad and $17.99 for a large. Then $2.00 for extra dressing and $3.00 extra for extra pepperoni. I have had numerous bad experiences and never a call back or a credit on our next order. I refuse to pay that for a salad. I have now boycotting Antonio's and The LoSchiavo Family has become a parasite on the community.

I would like to start off with I like to have pasta with my sauce. There was so much sauce on the spaghetti it made me sick. But we could not send it back because our waitresses never came back one time other than to give us the bill. I should have known when I seen her coat when we walked in she was wearing a hoodie jacket that said...HIGH.. how are ya.. for some reason this place does a good carry out so I'm assuming that their carry out food and service is a lot better than when you are dining in but in the two hours it took them to make the pasta I overheard people calling in complaining so I'm sure I'm not the only one that has bad complaints about this restaurant I don't know why I keep giving it another opportunity but I can guarantee I'm not going back there again I wish I could give it a negative star. By the way the picture of the sauce on the table is the way they served it to us!!! I almost forgot one thing I ordered a small plate of plain noodles for a two year old and they gave us butter garlic and I couldn't even return it because they never came back to ask how we were at work to even give us a refills on our drinks

I have been let down the last couple times I ordered from chevy blvd antonios. It has been burned both times. Yesterday I ordered a pizza and pepperoni nuggets and only received the pizza. When I called I was told that I 'didn't order the nuggets' in a rude manner. So instead of getting upset I reordered the nuggets and added mozzarella sticks. Then I opened the pizza and it was a thin crust when I ordered round and burned again. 2 hrs later the nuggets and mozzarella sticks finally arrived (supposed to be here in 1 hr) and the mozzarella sticks were so over cooked there was no cheese in them. I've been a loyal customer since the original restaurant opened years ago and this one is definitely not earning any points with me. When I spend $50-100 every time I order and recently I can't even eat what finally arrives... it will cost a customer fast.

Never bring everything you order then tell you 20 plus mins before they can bring you the rest of the food you ordered 👌 like people love to eat cold food

The worst pizza I ever had. Don't order the classic cugino. It's so thick and greasy. Horrible like eating a dough ball. Nasty. No one can make anything g right anymore.. haven't been here in a long time and it will be even longer if at all. Out of 8 pieces we can only stomach 3 the rest will go in the garbage. Shame on you for such a horrible pizza.

Some places are frugal with their toppings, not so with Antonio's. They are always plentiful and delicious. Great tasting pepperoni and large cubes of ham. I always love their doughy crust too. It's that perfect Midwest crust thickness. I have been eating Antonio's pizza long before they franchised and they are just as good now as they were when they opened, no matter which location you go to. Well worth a stop.

Ordered a pizza at 10 am for a 12 o clock pick up for my lunch break. Not a person in the restaurant and the pizza is still not done at 12:30. Won’t be returning.

Ordered 1pound of wings 😆! Flavor and service were good but these wings were the smallest wings I ever ate!! Not worth the 14.00. Don't order these!!

Told me it would be delivered in about an hour...hour and half go by my husband is outside sees a car stop in front of our house then drives away and the same car comes back half an hour later and drops off our food we questioned him about stopping at our house and not giving us our food and he said he had another delivery but yet he was stopped Infront of my house with my food!!! Two hours later we get our food it was cold and half of it was wrong! Would NOT recommend! Just horrible and the manager didn't even care!

Great deep dish pizza! 6/3/23 they fell short of a deep dish pizza today. I guess there's a first time for everything.

If I could give this location a zero I would Emily is very disrespectful and does not know how to treat her customers there Communication is poorly if you’re short on drivers and it’s gonna take longer than an hour you should communicate that with the customer so they know whether they’re going to place an order with you or not and being a family restaurant I would expect better service I would appreciate someone to train there teams better for if I was working there talking to my customers like that would have never happened they be out of a job

Husband went to pickup our order med pizza, meatballs and salad, lady at the counter gave him part of our order pizza and meatballs, when he asked her about the salad her response was I will make you one but I dont work for free, when I took the salad back because it wasn’t made the way it was order she was very nasty when she brought it out of the kitchen slammed her hand on the counter and said here’s your salad, when I asked her what’s her name was she responded I don’t have one. Bad customer service. Will think twice before I order from this location again just sad.

First time trying it and I really enjoyed it! I called my order in for pick up, even had them customize something for me with no issues. Definitely will be coming back
