I hadn’t ever had Jackie Chen’s until recently even though I’ve lived in the area the majority of my life. I’m probably the only native that dislikes China Jade, and was on the hunt for a new Chinese place and decided to take a huge leap of faith - every New Year’s it’s been tradition to order a boat load of Chinese fare (as you can see in the picture) in my family. We ordered pretty much every standard popular Chinese favorite, and everything was delicious. It’s for the most part standard Chinese fare that you’d expect from anywhere with just enough of a twist to make it less generic and set it apart from every other place - but all still familiar and expected. I’ve since made it my go-to and have ordered several times on a much smaller scale with just as pleasant of results. The bourbon chicken is my favorite!

The beef wide noodle was missing some brown sauce. The chicken Bourbon was very sweet, and meat a little dry. I thought over all was better than most in the area so far. The service was fast and courteous. I would definitely give them my business in the future. Maybe something savory and spicy next time. The parking was ample and easy to get to.

I had the hibachi chicken. It was ok. The chicken was a little dry and tough. I thought that I had pork fried rice... There were a few pieces of pork but not much. The spring rolls and the egg rolls were tasty.

I just moved to the area and this was the first time I ate here. The reviews don't lie, the food is amazing! If a place makes good egg foo young then you know everything else will be good. Everything we had was really good from the wonton soup with shrimp chips, beef lo mein and Hawaiian fried rice, and the egg foo you g, which was the best I've had in years. I would definitely recommend this place for amazing Chinese. The website says they deliver, but they don't you'll have to use Door dash or other service. I recommend ordering online using Google. It's much easier and then you don't have to deal with the rude person who picked up the phone.

Food was very on point, haven’t had egg rolls this good since the old days at china kitchen 2 in Garfield. Friendly service, love the storefront atmosphere.

OMG, what amazing food. It took me years to try this joint out, and I am thankful I did. Best pork fried rice ever. No joke. And the house special beef is, to me, perfect. My one and only take-out place in Parma.

This is the best restaurant around this part of town. They have the freshest vegetables and the flavor of their dishes is phenomenal. You won't be disappointed. They make it so easy to order online too. I recommend this place!

Second time visiting Jackie Chen's Asian Diner! Food is Amazing! Everything we've ordered has been delicious

The food is great, fresh mushrooms, the broccoli, onions, green peppers etc. are cooked just right, after you're done eating you feel nourished rather than bogged down. I've tried many dishes and pretty much all of them range from decent to very good, but my all-time favorites are the Hibachi chicken, Kung Pao chicken, veggie fried rice, and chicken fried rice.

They have the best fried rice it’s flavorful and soft as it should be. Other takeout places the rice is hard and I have to put soy sauce on it in order to eat it but never here great rice!

When we first moved to Parma my husband and I truly enjoyed the food. I ordered a large shrimp fried rice cost 14.00 a week ago. It was not good at all perhaps there are new cooks not sure. I will state this when a business increase prices the quality of food should increase not decrease drastically.

We used to come here all the time for dinner when I was growing up- the dine in experience is missed! I come for take out regularly still and I have never had a problem with quality or service. Everyone is friendly and polite, the orders are made within a reasonable time and prices have remained reasonable for portion sizes and taste. I will never go to another take out restaurant that isn’t Jackie Chen’s!

Food is always hot and fresh. However I ordered 2 shrimp egg foo young and received a pork egg foo young. I received one shrimp and one pork. I can only pray the other person who might have the other shrimp egg foo young does not have seafood allergies. I did not bother to return it only because I was able to feast however my husband does not eat pork so instead of having leftovers for tomorrow for him I have to cook....lol😆

I ordered Seafood Delight, replaced white rice w/ fried rice, when I got home all I got was rice!! I called back and he said "I thought you didn't want it anymore. " He turned it around like it was my fault. I didn't get what I ordered sir that's your fault. We are long time customers. I will NEVER go back! I'm pregnant, not a bird. I didn't want rice only!!! Extremely disappointed!

My favorite Chinese restaurant food. Great serving size and good prices. Very clean RESTAURANT and the staff is very nice.

My go to spot for about 5 years now. Always hot and clean. Awesome proportions more like a meal than "mall" food.

Not only is this place the highest quality Chinese food Not only is the price amazing Not only are the portions amazing Not only are they very quick I drove there in a blizzard and forgot my wallet. Yong let me take the food home and pay with my card when I got home. A great person with a great restaurant!!!

I ordered pot stickers and was couldn’t make out what they were stuffed with. First time ordering from Chen’s. Very disappointed. They are not like any other pot sticker I had ever ordered. 👎🏻

This might be the nastiest Chinese place I have ever ordered from. The sweet and sour sauce is way too thick. And the chicken pieces are so big they weren’t cooked all the way. Fried rice was over cooked as well.

Really good food! Need to be more careful bagging food. Some of the food was in the bag when picked up.

One of my favorite go to spots. The portions are amazing for the price and all the food I've tried here is amazing. Plus you can buy siracha and other condiments/sides directly from here if needed!
