    This Sam's is pretty good, employees are very nice, the store is kept clean and organized. The only complaint I have is, when I walk down the very first aisle by the electronics/ cell phones there is always a couple of sales men/women trying to sell us phone service or tv service... We and others I've talked to, avoid this area completely , which might be costing Sam's sales on other products in that area.

    Sam's club is the best! I always feel welcome. Greeter is so sweet, she always cleans the carts and has them ready,pulled out waiting for us to grab and go.That's above and beyond in my opinion. Cashiers are always nice. Keep up the good work!

    Great selection and friendly staff! We have been shopping at Sam's Club for several years. The membership is worth every penny! Great deals on household products, quality clothing in a variety of sizes, home goods, and big selection of grocery, personal care, and seasonal products. They have an automotive department and vision center, but we have not utilized that part of the store.

    Sam's Club is a warehouse club retail chain. They have very good product selection. The membership fee might be a deterrent for some, but the savings on larger quantities and discount prices on premium brands can quickly offset this cost. The store layout is spacious and well organized. Customer service is fine except during peak hours when it can be a problem. They offer additional services like cafe, optical, hearing, pharmacy, and tire and battery centers.

    Had problems signing up for my membership today, But Wendy at Customer Service was Fantastic. She went above & beyond, especially when I was trying to check out ( more issues ), she was going on her break and stopped to help us. She definitely needs recognized for her customer service it was A+++

    My wife was shopping at the Sheffield, OH Sam's Club today 7/20/2023. The motorized cart stopped. When she asked an employee for some help. he looked at her and walked away. She asked a 2nd time, same response. Will shop elsewhere in the future. Bad service!

    Before you buy, check the expiration dates! I went to Sam's on July 12, 2023, it wasn't until I got home I noticed the 40lbs of dog food I got expired in March of 2023! Another item of snacks I got, will expire in November 2023, long before we will eat all of them. I don't have the time to search for expiration dates. Besides, I think the manufacturers do their best to hide those dates.😆

    Stood in line and waited for a register to open the place was packed my first time being in here, the cashier was very sweet she helped me out. We were then leaving the management had one person at the door and they started scanning almost everything in your cart for a second time before you could leave. I thought that was a little bit extreme to be scanning a cart with four items in it I had the receipt in my hand.

    Always clean. Lots of choices in all departments. The produce and meat products are always the best quality in my area. That is saying a lot since my husband works for Meijer!!!

    They have the best fresh vegetables and fruit, and when you need to buy something that's there for supper that's already prepared it's great and at a decent price.

    I always find what I need here. Plus a whole lot more. At least they still have 1 cashier left. And when the cashiers are gone, so will I be too. I won't shop where I have to check myself out. Sorry

    My preferred store for my shopping needs is Sams Club. Everything from food to electronics is available there for incredible costs. Finding what you're searching for is simple because the store is tidy, well-stocked, and organized. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make sure that customers are satisfied. Also online ordering and store pick up is extremely convenient.

    They just got a shipment and stuff we were looking for was not on the shelf stocker happily stopped what he was doing and checked and got the products we needed then with a smile told us to have a good night

    I was at Sam’s club yesterday and I accidentally left my phone on my cart I know stupid but I noticed witching 5 mins. I zoomed back with my boyfriend to where I left my cart to see the cart attendant pocket my phone and take a picture of himself. I asked him if he had my phone because that’s where I left my cart at and he told me no. I immediately log into find my iPhone and start pinging and pinging it and what would you know it the same man was bringing me my phone back. Really hope you guys pay more attention to who you hire because this is absolutely ridiculous

    I can find what I want to eat and I can never find anything with 4 or 5x on it as far as clothing go a lot of those guys out here that wears 4X and 5x a lot of money is being left on the table because places like Sam's only go up to 3x but as far as food go I can find anything I want and I can get help whatever I want

    Your employee's including the fast food area are very rude. They dont acknowledge the customer at all. You get out of the way so they can get through and all they do is walk past instead of a thank you. The food court employee's treat as you are a bother. You need to get with the employee's to about what customer service is. Only person that spoke to us and were polite were at the door doing checkout. Not impressed with the store. I will go to Costco.

    This was my first time in a Sam's club. The warehouse was very clean, relatively organized. I am used to costco's layout so it may take getting used to. The variety of name brand items was extensive and well priced, I appreciate the msrp listed on clothing and other items. The food court was closed when I went, about 630p so I will have to go back another day to try that out. Overall nice wholesale club.

    Love this Sam's Club. Always clean. Always have what I need and friendly staff. The bathrooms were very clean and I do not usually use public restrooms, but did not have a choice in this instance.

    It was very busy, but had no problem getting in and out. The parking lot is definitely the worst part of going there. They did not have the correct scheme of the lot for the number of customers that it handles. They much need to make an improvement to the parking for the people that pay their bills.

    Crowded as usual and yet, only 2 registers open. Lots of employees watching but none helping. Went to pay a bill and guess what, they no longer do that at the customer "service" desk. I stood in one of the two open lines just to pay my bill, how convenient?

    Today was interesting. The gas prices went down and you would think an apocalypse happened. Cars in every gas station opening were filed back to the parking lot. The gas attendee was very helpful though. For one person working he hustled and did his job well!

    It's a challenge to find things in this store, selection is ok, variety of items carried is great and customer service is stellar and unique. Most stores have great customer service but they treat you like your toddler but not Sam's. So far my favorite wholesale store. Just fix the organization of items or develop a map of where to find items and Sam's club would be the best. Will be returning.
