We "WERE" long time customers! We have been going to Ni's since they opened! It is sadly time to move on. There prices have been going up. While there food quality has diminished. There menu indicates pork fried rice with the Combination Plate but now you only get Fried rice. Upcharge for meat! I will pay extra if that's what's needed to give me the Quality I expect but "DECEITFUL TACTICS" will drive me away. If you decided to try them after reading this review, MAYBE you will have a better experience. As for us, were done!

This is the second time I've been to this place for takeout. Each time, the person on the phone is friendly. The prices are extremely reasonable and you get value for your money. The picture is of orange chicken ,and it shows time, talent, and care (great presentation and taste).

Just found a dark hair in my egg foo young , total turn off, had to throw it out. First time totally disappointed, usually order a couple times a month. Turned off now for awhile.

Tried to place an order over the phone and asked a question about the combination platters and she said “you can come in and look at our menu bye bye” then hung up…. Very rude won’t ever eat here.

We tried this place couple of weeks ago. I will not say it was great but it wasn’t that bad either. Tried their vegetarian fried rice , it wasn’t authentic Chinese fried rice. It was ok.

I was jonesing for some shrimp egg foo young, Ni's satisfied that craving. Surprised how cheap they were. Our total order was just over $25 which got us a free order of a small pork egg foo young, which was large enough for a meal. If I lived in the area I would frequent them.

We will wait hours for their food, it is absolutely delicious every time we order. They are wonderful people very happy and considerate over the phone and in person. They have great deals and their food is the best prices around. Everything we've ever had has come hot and ready to eat. They try to deliver as fast as they can. The delivery drivers are very sweet and kind also.

Chicken chow mein?! This is NOT chicken chow mein! Stay away from here. Better off with Panda Express. From what other reviews say, I see a trend and this business needs an attitude adjustment. Hope this business has a nice life!

I love Ni's Express! They have some of the best General T'so chicken in the area. The chicken pieces are just the right size with a bit of crunch, the sauce is actually spicy and it always tastes fresh. Unlike a lot of other local Chinese places, the chicken is never soggy either and I've ordered from here multiple times. Always ready fast within 5-10 mins. Love their broccoli and fried rice too. The girls working there are always super nice too, never had any problems with customer service. In my opinion, the best place in Parma for Chinese food!

We tried Ni's for the first time this weekend since moving to the area. It was great! Taste was as expected, everything was fresh. Quantity for price was great, I fed my family of four 2x for $40 delivered. This will be our new go to location 💕🍚🍤🥠🍛🥢

Ordered for the first time tonight after seeing a recommendation on Facebook. I never hold high hopes for new places with this style of food, but wow. This was so amazing. The crab Rangoon, while being the traditionally made fun of small triangle style, were the best i've ever had from anywhere. The general tso chicken was the perfect amount of spice, and the beef lol mein was perfect. The best finish to this meal of perfection was the wonton soup. Perfect finish to a perfect meal. Came super quick, and driver was a delight and super friendly. Absolutely recommend, and this is my new go to place.

Don't ever order online for pickup. They will sneak a tip in and a convenient fee for placing your order. Just call and watch the billing process close

My husband and I both got lunch specials today and they were delicious! I got shrimp fried rice with the sweet and sour chicken and I was pleased with the amount of shrimp that was included. Will definitely order again sometime!

First time ordering and it was amazing. Got the family dinner for 3 with broccoli chicken orange chicken and sesame chicken and we loved it. The fried rice was filled with veggies and pork. The egg rolls were so yummy and the wonton soup was prefect. Will be coming back for our monthly Chinese take out.

#1 Chinese place in Parma! I usually order every or every other Saturday while I'm at work. I get it delivered and the food is always hot and well packaged when it arrives. My order has never been messed up once in all the years I've been ordering and I always get exactly what I paid for! The prices are great and they give you very generous sized portions. The food is absolutely delicious! I usually get the Sesame Chicken, Shrimp Lol Mein, Shrimp Egg Rolls and Fried Dumplings and let me tell you I have never never been disappointed! I always feel full and satisfied after every meal. This is one of the very few food places I can say is absolutely perfect every single time! Ni's 4 Life!

My co workers and I order from Nis express every so often. They are always friendly on the phone and in person. Very convenient and fast with our orders. Our food is always fresh and delicious!! This is definitely our go to Chinese restaurant!!

I come to Ni Express semi-often and always enjoy my food. I get the Singapore Chow Mei Fun and it's delicious. They are very friendly on the phone and in the store. Prices are reasonable, the food is good, and you get a lot of food for the money.

Best Chinese food in the area! Prices are very reasonable, the staff is always super friendly & welcoming. Food is always piping hot & fresh. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes on my food. I recommend this place a million times.

The general tso dinner i order wasn't good. The chicken was very gommy. I recommend china dragon on buckeye.

Today is Sunday and Ni’s advertises on their website and their menu that-they open at noon .We called. 5 or 6 times between noon and 12:20 pm to order takeout. Instead of a person answering we kept getting a recording of their hours. We gave up calling and ordered takeout from a restaurant that answers the phone and is open when they say they are.

It's okay, I use this place for delivery mostly. So many Chinese places around us that do not deliver. In a pinch, it's decent eats.

The food is always tasty and fresh. And the people who deliver are friendly and polite.
