    My cold sub was a super sub, regular sized. It was very tasty! The help could've been nicer though. I don't expect off the hook cheery, but at least be pleasant. The help acted like they were going to a funeral.

    Chef was extremely rude. This was earlier this year. I was looking at the menu, and I take time in making decisions. I don't recall exactly what he said, but it was something along the line of "You're in here all the time, it's not that hard." That's how you treat repeat customers? I tried to get his supervisor's name and he wouldn't even give me the information. I even went so far as to call the store and they wouldn't answer. I hope that he got fired. I have never felt so disrespected in a restaurant in my life. Jersey Mike's subs are top notch, but wow, your management needs some basic customer service interaction training. I confronted him on the rude comment he made when he walked to the back, and I had to tear a half-genuine apology out of him. I loved Jersey Mike's until this experience, and I hope someone at the regional level sees this and realizes some work needs to be done. Honestly, your chef lost my business. I know he doesn't care, but your GM's, RM's, VP, CEO will care. If this happens at one location, it can and is probably happening at other locations. Thoroughly disappointed. Haven't been back to any Jersey Mike's since✌️

    Should have taken a photo but order a Giant 66 and they forgot the meat! My girlfriend opened up her sandwich and their was pepper mushroom and cheese! We asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give us one because their was no manger there. Or a phone to call one lol ? Still haven’t heard from management or owner and had to call another store in order to speak from someone in management! Very poorly ran store with kids that don’t care about other people and have poor attitudes! Spent 30 dollars and waited almost 30min for 2 sandwiches!

    Always good sandwiches. Never messed up my order. Go to this location for lunch. Haven't been there for over a year due to covid but all new staff. Never seen a group of 4 employees that disliked seeing a customer walk through their door. 1 is busy ignoring customers while stocking chips. The other wiping down tables and everything else with same towel. The one making your sandwich seems to be the only one there to work and actually enjoy what's she's doing, while the one cashing you out has the most "I don't wanna be here right now" look on her face and wants you to disappear already. Used to love going in there with previous staff but now it's a toxic atmosphere. Would be a 5 star a year ago

    Ordered a Portabella sandwich and got a cheesesteak. Went back to get the right thing and they looked at me like I was stupid. New sandwich looks nothing like their menu - it was mostly bread.

    On 1/29/2023 at 7:30 pm We stopped in to find Brown lettuce soaking in water When we asked about fresh lettuce the person working said that's the lettuce we serve. This location needs more training or new management

    Took a bit to get acknowledged so we could pick up our online order. I didn't complain when one of the girls dropped my sandwich bag on the ground, picked it up and put it in the paper bag. Got our order home and 3 of the 4 items were wrong. Their $10 salad barely filled half of the container and was missing items. The BLT minus tomato and add pickles was missing the Pickles and had the tomato. The other BLT had jalapeños on it, the 12 year old did not want those on her sub. I drove back up there to have them correct the order and they were extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I asked them to remake my cheese steak so I would have a somewhat hot sandwich when I get home and they argued about that as well. If I were you, I'd go to a different location. They truly do not care about their customers. The two girls behind the counter need to find different jobs.

    Rude worker that wouldn't check to see if the pickup order was ready. She just snapped that "they were early". I waited for a bit only to find that the meal was sitting there the whole time. Not the first time I've seen her be toxic at this location, she needs to find a new job with a little less customer interaction.

    I understand the work shortage but having a body there isn't always the best went there today and the young man that was working was making it very uncomfortable for his coworkers and customer at 1 point he said he wasn't making anymore hot sandwiches the female there told my husband she would make his food. Get rid of your negative staff and this place would be so much better.. the females working appeared nervous but were very friendly this happened on July 7th @6pm.

    Walked in during lunch time , only to be told as I approached the order counter that " sorry, we are not taking any walk in orders right now". I thought that was what this sandwich shop's main source of customers was! This franchise owner needs to know that they are turning away walk up customers. I would leave no stars, but then I couldn't leave a comment. Won't return, and I have ordered numerous times here for parties, etc. GOOD LUCK! I'll take my business somewhere where they understand what customer service means.

    Went into the store at 830pm to order a cold sub. Was told all they could make was a tuna sandwich as they had closed the whole station down. Closing is 9pm. I worked food industry for over 10 years, and this is not how you run a food business. Used to love this location and it’s going downhill. Find better help.

    I was just at this location getting a meal to-go. The doors were propped open and it was 88 degrees outside, so I thought it was a bit odd. It was blazing hot in the restaurant. The woman at the register was nice, although she was covered in sweat. I asked about the heat and she said the AC is requiring a part that they are waiting on, and it’s been like 3 weeks. Every employee that has worked during this period deserves some kind of bonus by the owner/company. It was so hot in there that the moment you exited the restaurant and walked into 88 degree humidity, it felt like a relief. The food was very good despite being made in those condition.

    The #5 super sub was tasty and had plenty of meat. The two men making the sandwiches however were slapping each other, pushing each other and acting like they were in a Bar not a sandwich shop. Very unprofessional .

    Horrible! Waiting to place an order, this other customer and I were asked to stand by the “place order sign” which neither of us saw, but the worker point the sign out as if she was irritated. Ok, we can’t help what we did not see. The customer I stood with made a comment about their rules and a guy working said “what rules, we’re busy. That’s it!” After that customer received his food and left the 3 workers ranted on very unprofessionally about his comment and how we didn’t read their sign, etc,. I thought “I’m still standing here, can you at least wait until I leave to bad-mouth us”.. but I didn’t say a word. Unlike them I handled myself with class. First time there, and last time. Very poor/horrible customer service!

    The door was locked a half hour before posted closing time. Is it just pick up only after a certain hour? That would be nice to know. There was quite a few staff members inside.

    Ordered 3 subs. No vinegar n oil on either. Third had 4 times the amount of mayo on it. Bread was hard and no extra bacon for the BLT. so 30 bucks down the drain . Thanks Jersey Mike's. How about a refund?????

    My co-worker and I have been coming here for nearly a year now. We can tell you that this is one of our favorite lunch places to go out to. Food is fresh, fast and very flavorful! Place is kept very clean and the 2 employees there ( Jeannie and Antwohn) are very helpful and nice to deal with! You can definitely tell these 2 have worked together for a long time and keep this Jersey Mike's flowing smoothly. I have been to others and this particular location is hands down ran like a machine! If you want quick and fast friendly service come here! Hopefully you'll get one of those 2 helping you and making your lunch or dinner pleasurable!

    Antone or whatever the cook at this location is a super friendly guy who made a great sandwich. It’s Employee’s like him that keeps business running, he went out of his way to make us comfortable while we waited and gave us sub cards towards our next visit. Hope we got his name right? He definitely deserves a promotion Jersey Mike’s would be crazy to loose him .

    We love Jersey Mikes. I have tried most of the subs and have not been disappointed. Every store I go into has an incredibly friendly staff that is always smiling. Even when the lunch rush is on, you are greeted with a "hello welcome to Jersey Mikes". For employees to stop in the middle of a chaotic day and greet you speaks volumes to the business. We can't wait for the Wadsworth store to open since it's close to home.

    Maya Cece and bri were working so hard on January 20th management needs to get it together and not allow three girls alone on a Friday night. Making sandwiches and dealing with impatient and rude customers is not fun at all. These three girls definitely deserve a raise! These girls are hustlers! I’m disappointed with how they were treated by customers and by management leaving them with just three people on a busy Friday night. Jersey mikes do better!

    The kids working at this place took off the nozzles on the pop machine an hour before the closing time and did not tell us when we ordered a drink causing us to be drenched in sugary soda for the rest of the night. There was only 1 other customer in the store and 4 employees (not sure why one of them couldn’t put the nozzles back on when they saw us trying to pour a beverage?). The sandwich was decent. The service needs some work.

    Jersey mikes is always one of my favorite places to grab lunch at. The giant subs they have are most definitely giant. Good quality ingredients and usually im always vibing to the music they have playing ☺

    If you like dibellas you will like this place. Massive sandwiches with that rosemary bread and that jalapeno jam hit different tho it doesn't have as many topping selections as dibellas Only complaint is that it's 15 bucks for a giant.

    When I ordered my family #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and #8 Club Sub subs, I like the staff. They were friendly and helpful. They were fast making the subs and they asked me about the toppings to put on the subs. I noticed not very much toppings to choose from. Maybe in the future, more toppings, but like the friendly staff and nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Love, Love, Love their cookies and brownies! They are so awesome, soft, and good!

    After going there a few times, still no idea how points system works. Asked the staff a few times about it, got mumbled answers. It seems hard to get a toasted bun for my sub. So I eat elsewheres where that's not a problem toasting a bun.

    This was my second try, my first time the sandwich was so dry. This time I got the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and it was great. A little messy but really good. Service was good and the restaurant was very clean.

    This is apparently a salad. Didnt receive any silverware for my salad. Whoever made this salad shouldn't be allowed to use knives! Awful next time ill go in to make sure they can properly make my food.

    I tried the tuna sub on a italian bread with herbs, not bad. Only thing i would change is their atttitude. Not polite, not even a smile. You do not feel welcome upon arrival and while waiting for your food. So sad!! Customer service is so important nowadays. Junior

    I just literally watched an employee make a sandwich, ring up the customer, accept money, brush off the counter all with gloves on. Then proceeded to fix the other customer's sandwiches. All without changing his gloves. He even went to the back and still came back to the front of the store with the same gloves. I DIDNT ORDER A THING! I didnt get his name but hr has curly hair.
