Jerry was phenomenal to work with! I came in late at night with a broken ring and he did everything possible to make me happy. I have never experienced better customer service!

Jared itself is great. Has some of the best service around especially when it comes to trade in values. However this located chose to not let us in and locked their doors early. They mentioned that you need to buzz your way in now however there was no sign indicating that. They also clearly seen us standing at the door and chose not to help us. I will have to visit Tanger where they would most certainly allow you in close to closing and gladly help you with any of your needs.

Dropped some jewelry off a week ago that I had inherited from my grandmother who had passed, the ring needed a new diamond/fixed prong and the pendant only needed the stone reset. When I picked them up today I was completely shocked at how beautiful the ring looked again! Thank you so much for fixing them both! 10/10 would recommend to anyone, wonderful experience.

Going to Jared’s to purchase an engagement ring was one of the best choices I have made! My girlfriend and I walked in not knowing what to expect. We didn’t know the process, what to look for or where to start. An associate at the Kalamazoo Jared’s, Jerry, greeted us as we walked in & guided us through the process. He listened to every word my girlfriend had to say & paid close attention to the small remarks she had about each ring & diamond she looked at, taking notes as she looked at each option. The genuineness & experience really showed as with each ring he showed her, her certainty & likeness to each new option grew.This was extremely important to me and made me feel comfortable & confident that we were at the right place. After finally getting a good idea of what she liked, we shook hands and walked out the door to talk things over. I returned the next day & completed the process with Jerry & bought the most beautiful ring that I know my girlfriend(soon to be fiancé) will absolutely love. My experience at Jared’s was smooth & easy. They made what could be an uncomfortable situation comfortable & for that I am very grateful!

My experience with Jared has been amazing. While buffing my husband’s diamond wedding ring it cracked due to a thin spot in the gold band. The store manager in Portage, MI, Ms. Gilligan, called us with the news that the piece was broken & unable to be repaired. However, Jared replaced the ring with one of equal value that my husband was able to choose. They even sized it for free!! After this outstanding service our go to jewelry store will always be Jared. We are so thankful for this merchant that runs a reputable business & highly recommend them.

Jared in Portage, Michigan the best jeweler. Each time my sister and I have gone into the store the salesperson Jerry has been awesome along with the staff. Needless to say, purchases have been made. The quality of the jewelry is top-notch.

Highly recommend seeing Josh. He was super helpful! I had a few knots in my necklace chain that were very time consuming to remove. He was able to undo them so it didn’t have to be sent out. Very appreciative for his time!

I didn’t purchase my ring with Jared but they were amazing with my wedding band set and did exactly what I needed and did a fantastic job! Seriously so happy with my experience. I’ve come here for my husbands band too and have never had any issues! The staff is great I had john who worked on my ring, did fantastic detailing, and jerry was such a warm smile to walk into the store to! The ladies and gentlemen at the Portage Westnedge location are phenomenal! I have been shopping here for years and they take such great care of myself and my wife. The jeweler and repair shop are top notch and unmatched and everything is done in house. I will continue to shop here and you should too.

Went last minute yesterday to get a bracelet for one of our kids and needed it short notice. Was immediately helped by the associate and she helped us get it just right. Great experience.

We have been frequent customers for about 3 years now. Every time we deal with the older gentleman that’s been there for “35 years now” we receive a bad experience. This time he told us the warranty we had on our ring wasn’t an option for us before looking at our profile. To come back corrected after speaking to the woman manager who actually looked at the profile. We knew we should’ve got his name the first time we shopped for my engagement ring and he closed the case on us before we were done. Worst service from this man. Everyone else who works here is phenomenal!

We're so excited. we did have a little mix up with ring sizes when we originally purchased, (ordered a 10, recieved a 13) but they fixed it and got us the right ring shipped in within 2 days. I came in on my lunch today to get my watch resized. Jen (I believe that was her name) greeted me right away along with the other staff and was friendly. She had me try the watch on multiple times to make sure it fit how I wanted it too and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Didn't even charge me. Will only be going to this location from now on and recommend it to anyone. I'm very happy and glad I came in.

I brought in a 14K gold watch that had the back of it badly scratched up by another jeweler when they tried to replace the battery. I was so ELATED when John buffed and polished the back of my watch to perfection! Jerry was also very kind and enthusiastic in helping me with this situation. My husband and I visited Jared in Portage to purchase rings for our 25th wedding anniversary. I was a little nervous, having not been to a jeweler in many years. We had such a great time at this location! When we arrived, we were immediately greeted warmly by Linda, the Store Manager, who chatted with us for a few moments, and then introduced us to Jennifer, who was just as welcoming. We ended up finding exactly what we were looking for, and Jennifer was so helpful! While finalizing our sale, the customer software was temporarily having tech issues, so Jen and Linda had to complete our purchase the old school way, with paper and pen. They handled the entire process with lots of patience and a sense of humor too! Upon picking up my rings a few weeks later, we met Brian and then Jerry, who were also incredibly friendly. Overall, we are very happy with everything—our beautiful jewelry, the customer service, the communication and the knowledge of the sales team.
