My fiancé and I got my engagement ring here. It was very hard to find a ring with just an opal and no diamond accents, until we found Sweet Custom Jewelry. We were able to look at prices for different metals and stones. Everything was priced reasonably. We visited once so I could get the size right, and came back to pick it up a couple weeks later. I believe it was ready before that, this was just how we fit it in our schedule.

I want to start off this review with the positives of my fiance and I's experience at Sweet's. We started looking for my engagement ring back in January and were recommended to Sweet's by a family friend. Everyone we have interacted with has been very friendly and helpful in terms of comparing different rings, stone sizes, and just generally helping me pick out what I wanted. They were also eager to help me customize my ring a bit which was wonderful. However, the negative part of our experience was the sizing. We visited Sweet's 2 different times trying on different rings before I made a decision on what I wanted. I knew I was around a size 9 because that is what I have at home in all of my rings. When actually being sized there, I measured most comfortably at an 8 1/2 the first time we visited. We came back about a month later after writing down my size for their personal records and it was assumed then that I had measured at a size 8. I am not a size 8. That is the day we purchased my engagement ring and had corrected the size back to what it should have been: size 8 1/2. Thinking everything was settled we wait about a month for the ring to be customized and when my fiance brought the ring home yesterday, the receipt and paperwork all say that the ring is sized for a size 8 - which I am not. Everything else about the ring is beautiful, however I am really disappointed in the lack of attention to a detail such as that. It just feels as though this could have been avoided as I physically tried on the correct 8 1/2 size before we even ordered it. Now we have to bring it back for a resize before I've even had a chance to wear it. I am mostly writing this review as a caution to others thinking about buying a ring from Sweet's as you will need to be very thorough with making sure the correct size is made. I had the intention of designing my wedding band through Sweet's as well but now I am not so sure.

If I could give 50 stars, I would! I can't tell you how pleased we were with the design, work and service of Sweet Custom Jewelry. We were blown away picking up our pieces! They transformed a pile of inherited jewelry into modern, BEAUTIFUL, custom keepsakes!! THANK YOU!

I went to Sweet to get my grandmothers ring (that my now husband proposed with) fixed up and a custom wedding band (or 2) made to fit it. They made all my dreams come true! My grandmothers ring is something so special to me as she and I share the same name and she was married to my grandpa for over 50 years until she passed from cancer. Sweet helped me enhance the vintage look by adding the custom detailed wedding bands. So special!

My husband and I have several pieces from this store, including my absolutely stunning engagement ring which is currently pictured in the Google thumbnail :) I personally know Bob and Alissa as hometown kids - but with extraordinary talents that have led them to developing an exceptional business. I was absolutely lost and all over the place with my ideas and concepts for my engagement ring, but Alissa's enthusiasm and knowledge helped steer me in the right direction and eventually produced my one of a kind piece. I get compliments DAILY. Bob is a true craftsman with equal creativity and dedication. If you can dream it, they can make it. They also have many pieces in their store from other local vendors and can give referrals to other vendors for specialized pieces, as well. Their prices are very fair and the service is always warm and welcoming. I’m so grateful for everything they have done for us; I plan to continue having them make my next wedding band, and honestly any fine jewelry from now on. I’m so proud to watch these people and this business be so successful! They are good, REAL people and have bettered our business community by being a part of it. This business is truly family, truly local, and truly the American dream we should all support. TAKE ALL MY MONEY! WE LOVE YOU!

I got a permanent anklet done here and I could not love it more! The staff were all very helpful and kind, and their jewelry selection is absolutely stunning. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Due to complications with an online order (from another site), I had to do a last minute customized Yeti cup for my father-in-law for Christmas myself, without the help of the online (unnamed) site. Afte calling Sweet Custom Jewelry, they went out of their way to accommodate my customized engraving of a Yeti within a day! They had great customer service and did a great job on the Yeti - my father in law loved it! I will absolutely be back with any engraving needs! Thanks again!

We have been a customer of Sweet Custom Jewelry for a number of years. Most recently, we had jewelry from our parent's estate from which we wanted to create some unique pieces for multiple family members. When my husband and I married in 1989 he gave me a pair of ruby earrings and a matching pendant then several years ago he gave me a beautiful new diamond ring. Sweet Custom Jewelry is beyond amazing! They custom made me a wedding band to fit my existing engagement ring and the detailing was so perfect! They also made a custom anniversary band when we celebrated our five year and you would have thought that all the pieces were made at the same time. The ring is beautiful and I love the craftsmanship on it. I have gotten numerous necklaces and bracelets from them as well and everything has been so nice and held up great over the years of wear. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. My fingers are oddly shaped and figuring out my ring size proved to be a challenge. They figured out the perfect fit after a couple trys and now I have a wedding ring I can actually wear. Thank you for the amazing service.
