Since my previous post things have gotten worse. Packages are stolen on a regular basis from the mail area. The elevators continue to be broken for months on end. The heat goes out whenever it feels like. We lost out heat for 2 days with 20 degree temps. The trash continues to pile up in the hallways. People smoke in their apartments and it smells in the hall. The paint and carpet in the main areas are filthy and need to either be cleaned or replaced. I’m leaving in 7 days. This was a horrible experience.

yeah dont move here. the bad reviews are so true. I have lived here for 20 months now and had my place broken into (took them 1 whole week to fix my window, to my bedroom, on the ground floor, police report filed and they did nothing). roaches and mice run rampant its nasty. they raise rent prices like crazy, the maintenance people are RUDE. just live anywhere else, cant wait til 3 weeks from now when i can leave!

Watergate pointe apartments turned into Nautilus point and I thought that it would change the management and things would start to get better, I was wrong. The amount of money that I spend on rent (over 2k for a one bedroom) there should not be any cockroaches a if it was not for this water view and the fact that buying a home is impossible, I would have moved a long time ago. Nautilus point as soon as somebody moves out you need to 100% remodel that entire room as well as the HVAC system every time I have my apartment sent to 68 somehow it gets to 72 and then BG&e bills us over $100 for no reason when usually it's like $10. Nothing is consistent here sometimes the pool is open sometimes it isn't. The gym is okay if you only want to use a treadmill and like kids running around breaking things. Also the bathroom for the gym and pool never have toylet paper or paper towels IF there even open that day. If you're here for the water view, expect nothing more. Make sure you have a lighter for the cockroaches. Update they have not fixed the roach problem it's been 6months sense posting this first review.

The only reason I'm not breaking my lease and moving out is because of the view I have from my apartment. Living here has been incredibly frustrating, from the renovations that were done being done very poorly where everything has broken at least once, to having packages stolen during the day from my door step, to having my balcony door being painted shut. I don't care about the renovations done if I can't trust that the place is allowing people to live here that steal. Incredibly disappointed in my experience and I travel for work so I'm hardly even there. The time I am there, there is always an issue.

They actually care. I am amazed. The front office is legit nurturing, maintenance people are outstanding (shout out to Cleo the g.o.a.t.). I have never lived in a place that does its best until now. I've only been here now for 5 months. They will take care of you. There is no need to come at people like you're ready for a stand off, just make your complaints or emergency situations known and everyone does they're scope of practice ( like there are protocols in place, like every place ). They are not neglecting you. So love to my people here. Oh, and my neighbors are cool also.

I just moved in this week, and my experience has been very positive. Dagmar in the leasing office was lovely to work with, even when I asked for an extra showing to be sure I was making the right decision. The minor issues I found upon move-in were addressed immediately. I toured several apartment complexes in my price range. Nautilus Point offered the best value, and I even have a water view! So far, I love it here!

The apartments are beautiful, the water view is breathtaking, and all of the other residents are so friendly. All of the Nautilus Point Office staff members are incredibly helpful and kind. My apartment had a few issues when I first moved in, but they were all fixed very promptly by the awesome Maintenance Team.

December 2022 I just moved in and this has been the easiest apartment leasing process I've ever done. I worked with Dagmar Hinds, who did a great job helping me find the perfect unit that met my budget and preferences. I appreciated the fact that admin and application fees were waived, which of course saves money in what's already an expensive process! Additionally, my unit was in great shape when I moved in. I appreciate that. My favorite part of this place is the location, by far - you really get the most out of the "Naptown lifestyle" living right by the water in one of the most sought-after parts of town.
