The hotel was 1.3 km walking distance from Calangute beach. There was many hotels near beach but costly. The behaviour of the hotel's staff at this property were good. Rooms were clean. Swimming pool was average. The main door lock wasn't working properly. Ac, fridge, and cookware everything was available but fridge wasn't working. You can rent bike at the price of Rs. 300-350 for traveling from the hotel also.

Very bad experience. No reception. Manager doesn't receive calls on time. Dirty rooms, surroundings. Dark after sunset as much of the lighting is not working. Problems in hot water supply, cleaning, AC, TV, fan. Electrical plug points not working.

It's not hygienic Celling is falling in patches Bathroom is not clean Pool is not what you expected Disappointed. But within the budget it's OK. You can go.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Other than that the rooms and the service is not that good. And the main important factor is cleanliness. Hygiene care is very bad.

The worst rooms and service ,they gave me a room it was worst and they keep on changing the fare Never Ever don't visit this place

5 ⭐ Star for very calm and good nature staff , it's very helpful ,but the property is to old and the photos of the property updated by the owner is very old photos ,the exactly property is not even 10% like this photos and the equipment like AC ,TV was too old and not even properly work , not maintained property all over Dirt. I stayed in the hotel for almost 4 nights. our rooms were clean and they allowed me to check-in early. very important thing, it is very near to calangute and baga beach. rented vehicles are available just outside the apartment and even public transport is available. Ganesh was the incharge of the serviced aprartment and he is very humble and helped to find out different places to enjoy in goa. prices of room is reasonable, spacious and ventillated. Amenities received : Kettle Fridge Free WiFi AC

It was a very good stay. Staffs were very helpful, specially Badal. The manager Ganesh was very kind and showed a very good hospitality. Pool attendant were also very well behaved. Overall this hotel is recommended for stay at reasonable price.

Goa m agar sabse poor quality dekhna ho to hiline hotel book karna. AP life m hotel book karna bhul jaoge. No reception, No tea/coffee, drinking water available. Room like dharmshala. Neither cleanliness nor hygenic this hotel. Poor quality bathroom. Never book this hotel, sorry dharmshala.
