Of late the staff had started to cheat the tourist .. We went for steamer ride .. At Rs. 1800 we were promised 20 minutes of ride.. As we reached exactly 3 mins into the sea, the staff said we have to turn back now as the ride is over .. however at additional Rs.500 he can give us another round.. with kids with us we had to pay him.. That too lasted for 2 more mins.. Total ride time for Rs. 2300 lasted just 9 minutes.. We felt cheated .. I have been to goa more that 7 times..this was the first time I felt cheated...

Extremely rude and money minded . I recommend all family tourist and foreigners to avoid this water sport provider at all cost.We took dolphin tour from main counter and it was assigned to flying fish . But since their boat was busy, the sea royale boat was free - They took us to tour. It was our second dolphin tour and earlier when we did it with sea grass - we had really great experience. But the sea royale tour was disaster. First he was not interested to show us dolphin at places the water sports typically take, he was more interested to tour around which we know already being multiple time in Goa . We clearly mentioned that we are only interested in dolphin watch and then he was not taking us to the places where most of the boats are watching dolphins and stop the boat in middle of sea and start arguing. Finally after intense argument, he took is to once place where all boats were waiting. As soon as we reach there we saw one dolphin coming out and then he just turned boat mentioning that now you see dolphin , the trip is over.. and returned us back. Also, while coming back he was riding boat very rash and I asked him to be little slow as my 7 year old daughter was very scared due to his rash speed boat driving. He was not listening. My recommendation is to wait and do water sports with flying fish, sea grass and rainbow warrior but avoid sea royale at all cost.

This was one of my worst experience, they said they will give a wake up call before the pick up in the morning but noone called (still no issues , i totally understand) , they took us to the boat whose capacity was around 40-45 people,they boarded more than 80 people. The situation of the boat was worst than a local bus , while doing scuba there was water spreading all around the boat, it took 3 hours to get completed with this activity & they said they will not give food till the activity will get over , all children,men & women just waiting like a nightmare going on.The condition & quality of food was more than worse & now its 3 days i am asking for scuba videos from them , i am sending messages to all the numbers mentioned, but no response, its like I wasted my money & my whole day, Please be aware don’t take any type of package in goa where these dolphin & sports activities are included these are fake people. You will get them on beaches where they will try to approach you for these activities please avoid talking to them, Hell to these people..

Water sports rates are different in calangute, baga, candolim. Baga is cheapest and less price among all. Boat ride id 1500 for 6 people. For 3 people he took 500 from each. Bargaining could have helped.

We did water activities at Candolim Beach through Sea Royale..it was one of the bad experiences. The guides are completely money minded and not at all grateful. For the Jetski ride we asked the guide to let us drive..he said you give extra 50-100 to driver. When we were in the middle of the sea..the driver says he will take 400/- for allowing us to ride..and started arguing over there..Our package included a bumper ride also..even here once we reached the middle, the driver asked for extra money to go further inside the sea..when we refused he returned back driving rashly..Parasailing ride also has the same story..we were in air for not more than a minute..extra money for more than one dip..there are jelly fishes in the sea..which stung me when the ride started..and these guys were least interested....i have done this ride before in Diu and it was a great experience...the stung was itching badly..but got better when i applied ice by a shack guy..Also after our bumper and jetski the drivers came nd asked for the extra money even when we didn't get the experience...I wouldn't recommend any water sports at Candolim Beach...go via some genuine company after all its all about the experience...

Pleasant experience, well mannered Mr 100 Spent extra time for dolphins and swimming in the sea. Worth the charges.

This place does not deliver What they have committed. They do not coordinate properly and do not pick up the calls if we have any queries. They say that they have go pro camera for all the activities but it's only for scuba diving. They said that they will so snorkeling too but that didn't happen. They said that scuba diving will be for 25-30 mins which barely happened for 3-5 mins only totally not worth one's time and money.

A number of water sports are available.... But the charges seems to be on higher side considering the time given to each activity....... Otherwise good...

they try to catch you with 600rs for a jetski ride brabble some things and confuse you and after clearly discuss the duration of the ride turned out the ride will only be for 100meter… if you want a 10 minute ride you have to pay 1500rs. basically no trust before i even payed for something.

I had a very good experience with Sea Royals ! The boatman tried very hard to spot the dolphins, and parked the boat accurately to record photography shots precisely ‼️

If you have came out from a different country, don't ever fall for their trap....we got fooled.... They wake u up before time... They load after people get loaded... Price is high.... They pick up too many people.... By 8am pickup and get to island by nooon...should take an hour max.... Don't get fooled at all by their trap...for people who are cheap... It might be worth it... But pay few extra and get proper tour from hotels...

Very good person and adventurous ride with safety they offer. I have enjoyed dolphin 🐬 cruse ride. Really exciting and adventurous ride with less price.

Went on holiday to Goa and tried some of the facilities and it was a great experience. Helpful staff, good prices and fun times guaranteed. :)

One of the worst experiences, please never ever take it.. Waste of money and time.... I will rate 1/10 just because I have to give a rating, else it's not even worth rating!
