It’s been a horrible experience since the beginning. It took a very long time juts to get the initial appointment. Once I went in, the doctor seemed in a rush and made me feel like I had to leave right away. The doctor then said that they would order my CT scans from Kaiser because he wanted to take a look at them. I week passed and I didn’t hear back. I called the doctors office and they advised me that they were waiting on my insurance to approve new CT scans. I asked why was I initially told that the doctor wanted to look at my Kaiser CT scans. They said they wanted to to date scans. Another week passed and I didn’t hear back. I called the office and they then told me that I needed to get the CT scans Kaiser because the doctor cannot request the scans from Kaiser. At that point it was already passed 2 weeks and I am in a lot of pain. I asked the receptionist why didn’t they tell me from the first visit that I needed to request the CT scans from Kaiser. I would’ve had them available by this time. I received the Kaiser CT scans and personally hand them to the receptionist in the riverside location. I was given an appointment for 10/17/22 at 2:30 pm in the Corona location. I received a call at 2:21pm on 10/17/22 to be told that my appointment was cancelled. I’m still in a lot of pain. I am very disappointed and unhappy. These doctors don’t care about my pain. There is really no human experience here. I just feel like a number. It’s been over a month and I haven’t spoken nor seen the doctor.

I am yet to meet with a doctor there but I am appalled at the attitude of front office staff... they put you on a long hold just after picking up and saying hello, when someone finally comes online they talk with 0 compassion. I was calling to schedule for my old parent's appointment as he has been referred there. I got an appointment which is far out and was requesting if he can be accommodated in case of cancellation. There is no provision to make note of that and they very rudely tell you to keep calling to check. Its a surgical clinic and people need to have some courtesy on how to talk to patients and their families who are already stressed ... Hope the management sees this review and change the front office staff or teach them some basic mannerism on how to talk to patients if they cant make the system easy and friendly ... I am hoping experience with doctor is good

First let me say I like Dr. Vega and most of his staff but there are one maybe two individuals that don’t really seem to know what’s going on. First my dad‘s procedure was marked as a stat yet it took at least two weeks to get the approval for the ultrasound done & as soon as that finally got submitted it got scheduled right away; secondly since I had been having trouble reaching someone and getting anyone to return my calls for some questions I had, I made an appointment online although I wasn’t told to make that appointment by the doctor for follow up, I had made it on my own in case no one returned my voice message or texts, which turned out to be the case. Finally did reach somebody and I’m told that the submittal for the insurance approval still hadn’t been done because I had to keep this appointment first for a follow up…tried to explain that I wasn’t told to make that appointment by the doctor and why is something that’s marked a stat have to wait for a follow up? But this person insisted that “this is the way it’s done there’s a procedure before anything happens” so I hang up frustrated with this person because I know she’s wrong besides a little rude! Anyhow, a day or two later I get a call about scheduling this said procedure from the doctors assistant/scheduler and I’m told that wasn’t correct when I relayed that conversation to her and that this lady had already taken care of the approval from the insurance etc. & we just needed to schedule it…so I said well that makes more sense since it is supposed to be a stat….anyhow, hope the gal I spoke with realizes I’m talking about her & she improves her knowledge & customer service skills! BTW, the procedure was flawless & the nurses terrific! Dr Vega is wonderful!

Let me start off by saying that the doctors and some doctors assistants here are AWESOME. All the doctors here get a five-star but this Clinic itself gets a zero. This Clinic has some of the most incompetent people running this office. The staff is very unorganized and they lie a lot to cover themselves. They will cancel your appointment last minute and make up lies or excuses on why your appointment is cancelled. My surgery appointment was canceled three times before I actually had my surgery. Oh and please don't have surgery and need paperwork filled out. They charge you $25 to fill out your disability paperwork and then don't fill them out. You have to call everyday just so they can lie and give you the run around. It took almost 2 months to fill out my EDD forms. It would have been longer if I didn't actually go into the office because I was tired of being lied to. The doctors are not the issue here. It's the staff that is giving this clinc a bad name. I was so frustrated I wanted to email the president of the clinic Dr. Michael Chin. But of course no one at the clinic wanted to provide me with his email or contact info. I wasted a lot of my time dealing with their Shenanigans and incompetence.

Dr. Vega is a wonderful, caring,compassionate, loving Dr who cares about his patients needs. I'm going to recommend him to all who will listen, he is one in a million and I wished others were like him. He made me feel comfortable and I totally trust him in my health care and will continue to see him threw all my years. Thanks Dr. Vega for being such a wonderful human being and great Dr.

Love Dr. Cornateanu! He has taken such good care of me since surgery. He always lifts me up even when I’m not at my best. He did such an amazing job! Definitely recommend him.

Dr. Randall is the best. He gave me my quality of life back. No more GERD and chest pain. He is definitely very qualified and extremely experienced in what he does. I’m so thankful!

My experience was great. All the staff was nice and had very well courtesy but for the most part is that The Doctor took me on with my issues and did a hell of a great job taking care of me. I am and was very pleased and greatly appreciated by the service I was provided. Dr. Chin is the one that did my surgery and he did an excellent job and made me feel very comfortable and confident through the whole entire process before during and with my aftercare. And the office girls are amazing and Cristina is very kind and caring and a ray of sunshine and that’s what we need when we are going through turmoil in our lives of any kind. Love Dr. Con because I cant spell his last name correctly, we will leave it as Dr. Con :) his is the best bariatric doctor I know :) he is so nice and explains everything to you and answers all your questions and doubts about the gastric sleeve procedure, I am still in the process to go forward with the surgery but I would put my stomach in his hands lol :) Dr. C your the best see you soon! My wife was referred to this clinic for her surgery and it was an urgent, had her first appt with the Dr. back in October. I called the office in December to check the status of her surgery date and come to find out they just barely submitted her authorization. We’ve been calling the office numerous time to check the status of and kept getting the same response “ looks like all files are good to go, I’ll go ahead and email the scheduler and the Dr. I even told them that my wife went to the emergency because of her condition. We still haven’t received any calls from this office till now.. Update: 1/23/22 So my wife was referred to a different surgical clinic and had her consultation today and I was amazed she got her surgery scheduled in a couple of days…Mission Surgical clinic responded to my review and provided a phone number to call but I called the number over 10 times and no one was answering…

I went for a consultation. I got there and they were very busy. I started the first patient paperwork and they called me in. The doctor was very nice and helpful.

It was my first time there checking in with good. Looks like you guys are doing some remodeling so I can give you that but I was a little worried of being sent upstairs to wait again I’m sure it’s because of the remodeling other than that, I had a great experience.

Dr. Vega and his staff are all very professional and kind. They take their time to explain the procedure and make sure you feel comfortable. I am very pleased with the results. My left leg feels great and the varicose veins are gone. I highly recommend Dr. Vega and his staff.

Dr. Michael was very welcoming and nice. He made me feel relaxed and at ease throughout the whole process and procedure. Christine was so funny and answered all my questions. She was very helpful and supportive. Kent was amazing and explained step by step and held my hand through the whole process

I'm extremely satisfied with my surgeon Dr. Judy Wang. She was very informative about my options and the procedures. I chose to go with the gastric sleeve and everything went well. The recovery was bliss and my incisions were small. I'm now looking at having my gallbladder removed and I could not have asked for a better person to do this procedure on me than Dr. Judy Wang. She is always telling me to call her if something comes up. She is very attentive and genuinely cares about her patients. Thank you Dr. Judy Wang for doing such a great job in taking care of my needs and for helping me become a better me for my family.

The Dr. Was delayed due to a surgery. His nurse was kind enough to alert us to the fact. Dr. Chen's staff are very personable and kind. We were both impressed at how well the office is run and we will continue visiting his office for any surgical procedures. Dr. Chen explained why my husband needs surgery, showed us the ultrasound and explained it to us. We believe he is everything a Dr. should be and his staff is exceptional.

I like the staff. They are friendly and helpful. Had difficulty getting an appointment after leaving multiple messages with the appoint scheduler and not getting a return call. Waited 1-1/2 hours past my appointment time for my first procedure. Dr. Vega seems very competent and has good bedside manner. Looking forward to positive results.

My husband and I have always relied on a specific physician for our health concerns. When we tried to schedule an appointment with our primary care physician, we found out that the earliest availability was one month away, which was too long for us. We reached out to several other doctor's offices in hopes of securing an earlier appointment, but their availability was even worse - they were booking new patient appointments two months out. Fortunately, we stumbled upon Mission Surgical Clinic and confirmed that they are in-network for our insurance. Dr. Wang and her team are truly exceptional. The front desk staff and Dr. Wang's assistant were not only friendly but also highly efficient. Seeing a new doctor can be uncertain, so we are immensely thankful for the positive experience we had. Dr. Wang showed great compassion, listened attentively, and encouraged my husband to ask as many questions as he needed for peace of mind. She conducted herself very professionally and effectively communicated what steps to expect next. We greatly appreciate her flexibility and her sense of urgency in addressing our needs. Dr. Vega Is very Thorough with his exams, and makes you feel very comfortable! He is also very Compassionate! We enjoy coming to his office.

Surgeon was excellent and very helpful in actual surgery and post recovery and rehabilitation of my neck area deep tissue wound. The staff was very cooperative and supportive. Will recommend for any future patients needing assistance with treatment of issues or wounds.

Dr. Wang has been a blessing. She has been most comforting and the best Doctor I have seen in this processes. She makes sure to check on her patients and will go above and beyond for them. She went above and beyond for myself as repairing things that were needed during surgery too. Don't let the staff discourage though, Dr. Wang is worth it. Dr Wang is amazing. I was having so much pain from my hernia. She got me into surgery quickly. Plus, during surgery, she found an additional problem & took care of it at the same time. She is an excellent Dr. She is also wam snd caring, as is her entire staff. I would definitely recommend going to her.

Dr C is a great doctor. I have had nothing but great interactions with him. He preformed my surgery and it went great. Happy with him and the clinic. Definitely recommend MSC.
