First
let
me
say
I
like
Dr.
Vega
and
most
of
his
staff
but
there
are
one
maybe
two
individuals
that
donāt
really
seem
to
know
whatās
going
on.
First
my
dadās
procedure
was
marked
as
a
stat
yet
it
took
at
least
two
weeks
to
get
the
approval
for
the
ultrasound
done
&
as
soon
as
that
finally
got
submitted
it
got
scheduled
right
away;
secondly
since
I
had
been
having
trouble
reaching
someone
and
getting
anyone
to
return
my
calls
for
some
questions
I
had,
I
made
an
appointment
online
although
I
wasnāt
told
to
make
that
appointment
by
the
doctor
for
follow
up,
I
had
made
it
on
my
own
in
case
no
one
returned
my
voice
message
or
texts,
which
turned
out
to
be
the
case.
Finally
did
reach
somebody
and
Iām
told
that
the
submittal
for
the
insurance
approval
still
hadnāt
been
done
because
I
had
to
keep
this
appointment
first
for
a
follow
upā¦tried
to
explain
that
I
wasnāt
told
to
make
that
appointment
by
the
doctor
and
why
is
something
thatās
marked
a
stat
have
to
wait
for
a
follow
up?
But
this
person
insisted
that
āthis
is
the
way
itās
done
thereās
a
procedure
before
anything
happensā
so
I
hang
up
frustrated
with
this
person
because
I
know
sheās
wrong
besides
a
little
rude!
Anyhow,
a
day
or
two
later
I
get
a
call
about
scheduling
this
said
procedure
from
the
doctors
assistant/scheduler
and
Iām
told
that
wasnāt
correct
when
I
relayed
that
conversation
to
her
and
that
this
lady
had
already
taken
care
of
the
approval
from
the
insurance
etc.
&
we
just
needed
to
schedule
itā¦so
I
said
well
that
makes
more
sense
since
it
is
supposed
to
be
a
statā¦.anyhow,
hope
the
gal
I
spoke
with
realizes
Iām
talking
about
her
&
she
improves
her
knowledge
&
customer
service
skills!
BTW,
the
procedure
was
flawless
&
the
nurses
terrific!
Dr
Vega
is
wonderful!
