I've been skeptical of Cryotherapy for a while now, but after coming here I'm definitely a convert. I came in pretty tired from a long restless flight a few hours before and after two and a half minutes in their cryotherapy chamber I felt pretty great and energized. The staff is just as great as their service! They are all friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. They are actual physical therapists after all. Think of it as the complete opposite of a sauna. It essentially boils down to using extreme temperatures to coax your body into releasing neurotramsitters and promote natural rejuvenation and relaxation. Many athletes, gym-rats, and anyone going through some kind of physical therapy will find familiarity in Cryotherapy as I found it to be an extreme form of an Ice bath, only twice as effective. I highly recommend coming here at least once to give it a try.

I am really getting the hang of the cryotherapy thing! It has been a few weeks now that I have been going routinely and I can say that it has been invigorating and interesting! I feel good after each session and I am waiting to see if the cumulative effects will help the back and shoulder issues from which I suffer. The staff is fantastic...friendly, intelligent and patient! I would highly recommend this spot for its inherent benefits. You have nothing to lose and lots to gain!

Amazing place!!! I go regularly for CryoTherapy (5 times a week) and for NovoThor Red light therapy. I love it all! After treatments I feel super energized and my skin looks really good. There are also many different beauty and health treatments they have which I heard really great and Top notch. Also, this place has an awesome stuff of friendly professionals. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Can’t express my gratitude enough to this amazing people. This place has became my second home, has been coming here every single day for the past month, using Pulse bed with Cryotherapy! Improved my sleeping, decreased anxiety level. I always thought Cryotherapy was only for the muscle soreness or physical issues, apparently it improved my overall mental and emotional state. I have had Chronic shoulder pain for 10 months, I couldn’t sleep properly because of the pain. I went to see a Chiaropractor, Masseur , Acupunture, Trainer, Healer…. Barely got any improvement. I discovered US Cryotherapy one moth ago. I purchased a package with 6 full body chamber cryotherapy sessions and 6 localized sessions on my shoulder. Before my package expired the pain was gone, completely gone and never came back. Chris and Andrew have taken great care of me. They are experts in their field. I never thought I would enjoy cryotherapy as I hate the cold and being cold with a passion. I came here out of desperation due to the extreme back and neck pain that I was in. My physical therapist thought it might help relieve some of my inflammation. Well, it did that and so much more! After almost a month of coming almost every day, I am a complete cryo lover. The benefits are so much more than I could have imagined. Not only has my inflammation gone down, I am in a better mood, all the rest of my joints feel better, I'm able to workout mor, and I'm sleeping BETTER!!! This is the first month in a year that I have stopped taking my sleeping pills and anti inflammatory medicine. I also feel more energized and productive. The cryo is awesome and the staff here is amazing. They know their jam and they are so friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like part of the family. I highly recommend this incredible facility.

I had tried cryotherapy before, the nitrogen one. Today was my first time at that location, first of all the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and very informative. Secondly the electric cryotherapy they offer is waaaaay more powerful and efficient than the nitrogen one. Day and night, I highly recommend

The Cryotherapy facial is a fantastic experience. The technicians who actually do the facial are experienced and make you feel completely comfortable. Amazing! I had the Anti aging Cryo Facial (I'm 51) and I'm thrilled with the results!! I'm a few days post treatment and my skin definitely looks firmer, texture is much smoother, fine lines are softened and my whole face looks plump and dewy! Lauren was my technician and she was great! Facility is clean and welcoming and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!
