    This is hands down the best training staff in Frederick. Joel is a fitness genius and really knows his stuff on a deep level. As a biochemist I can tell he takes a scientific approach to his work which I really appreciate. One of their trainers Joey has helped me immensely and is extremely good at what he does. These guys are no joke. Their approach to training is SMART and bring results beyond what you thought you were capable of. I am so grateful to have found Vetted Trainers!!

    I love, love, love Vetted Trainers and my personal trainer Joey! I have been going to VT for a year now for some shoulder and hip pain. Joey has been incredibly patient and encouraging me hike helping me get healed up and stronger! He’s an excellent instructor on each move and exercise. He’s friendly, responsive and flexible in adapting my exercises based on my body’s current issues and pain data. He’s always willing to advise me “off hours” if I need help with some pain. I highly recommend Vetted Trainers!

    I just started training with this team and I've been completely satisfied thus far! I've been specifically trained by Tim and it's great how open he his to work with clients that are only available during non-traditional hours because it's hard to find trainers who do that. In addition, I love the idea of being trained through a physical workout while having the opportunity to be strategically released as well because I've always struggled with properly healing my body after a workout. Overall, this team operates differently from other personal trainers and I definitely recommend individuals to be trained by this team!

    Best gym in Frederick Im a massage therapist , 40 years . It has been really nice working with a gym that helps the clients needs as far as strengthening and stretching. It takes a team to work with the human body . Vetted Trainers is the gym for reconditioning the body! I can’t say enough

    I originally searched for personal trainers to improve my form when lifting as it was causing me pain in my lower spine and my knees. That's when I found Vetted Trainers and my oh my. I am beyond amazed on the service they provide with their clients. I train with Tim, and he is very knowledgeable on the anatomy of the human body and the muscular system. With his expertise, my form significantly improved and I am able to lift heavier safely. The pain in my back and knees went away. During workouts, we focus on mobility first and the usage of the massage gun to be maximize range of motion during exercises. He documents my progress based on the goals and does the exercises with me and suggests small alterations to emphasize mind to muscle connection. He is truly a remarkable trainer because he cares about his client's overall well being. If you want to become the best version of yourself and invest in someone who is an expert, full of positivity, and a great motivator, I highly recommend Tim because training with him has been a 10/10 experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Bonus: He'll play the music you like!👍🏼😊😂

    I was referred to Vetted Trainers by my physician and I am grateful for it. The owner, Joel Arias, is extremely knowledgeable about the human body, nutrition, fitness, and strength training. He designs individual fitness plans for the clients delivering results and keeping them motivated. I've been training with Jose Recio for six months now and have learned proper form, muscle release techniques, and mobility exercises. I'm thankful to have found an excellent trainer to help me with my fitness goals and I've never felt better for it. After several months at VT, I gifted a family member training sessions with trainer, Michael Johnston whose enthusiasm is contagious and his dedication to his clients is beyond comparison. Vetted Trainers is a well organized, client focused group of dedicated trainers.

    This place is great. I have no motivation so I was looking for a personal trainer. I looked at either 4 or 5 places and Vetted was one of them. I ended up choosing them and I am so glad I did. The guys really care about their clients and want the best for them. The owner Joel makes a plan tailored to each client based on their goals and needs. They also provide nutrition counseling. The price per session, you can't beat it. Gyms that offer only half of their services costs anywhere from 5 to 25+ more per session. I have been training with Tim. I have to admit. I was a little intimated at first, being a female with only female docs, dentist, massage therapist, anything. But Tim made me feel super comfortable and at ease. Each of the guys is solely a professional and they all are just great. They each get to know every one of their clients and vice versa. If you try Vetted, you will not be disappointed.

    If you are experiencing pain have mobility issues or just want to increase your overall fitness and strength this is your go to training gym. The individualized attention one gets starting from the initial physical evaluation through to the design and implementation of a customized workout program is truly unique and not something you will find at the vast majority of local gyms or fitness centers. All the trainers I have encountered are true experts in all aspects of fitness training and passionate in helping their clients achieve their fitness goals safely and pain free. I have been a client for over 2 years and could not be happier.

    Great gym with fully trained and knowledgeable, vetted trainers that work with you to achieve your goals, fix what is hurting you, or just to improve your flexibility and mobility. I can't praise this place enough!

    March 2021 I was fortunate enough to be introduced to my trainer Joey. My painful scoliosis caused my spine to continue hunching over and this was worsening. I depended on my cane, my posture was very bad with little strength in my legs , all related to ankle surgery several years ago. Joey taught me helpful stretching exercises and I worked to incorporate them into my daily routine. Joey used the “releasing “ exercises to soften up the overly tight muscles , in addition to the “gun” apparatus. Combining all 3 started my new improvements. Joel’s introductory evaluation was amazing and he pointed out other spots on my torso that needed correction and help. Joey jumped right in and began working on my several most troubled spots, always verbally explaining each movement and what effects what other part, plus the scientific names. Today, I use my cane only occasionally, I can bend and stretch without much difficulty, getting down to the floor and back up is only a minimal problem, my back is only occasionally painful and my hunched over posture is much better. Joey is always positive and never discouraging, I feel this is company policy with all the trainers. When appropriate they advance ones routine according to your skills levels, keeping each week interesting and helpful. I highly recommend Vetted Trainers, each staff member seems to take a personal interest in their clients and encourages us to be the best person physically that we can be! I am so grateful to have found them, at 83 yrs old! Makes me feel younger too!

    Amazing trainers, motivating and enthusiastic environment!! Vetted Trainers will exceed all of your expectations when it comes to personal training. The workouts are customized for your individual needs. Nick Rispoli is my trainer, he’s extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. He motivates me to achieve my personal best. I look forward to my sessions every week. When I leave, I always feel great!! Choosing Vetted Trainers has been the BEST decision I’ve made for myself!! I HIGHLY recommend!!

    I have only ever had a positive experience here at vetted trainers. My trainer Mikey Johnston personal helped me set up reasonable goals and continued to push me to achieve those goals. I have lost 56lbs with his weight lose regiment/diet plan, which has helped me too feel more confident in my image. He also helped me with my lower back pain, making everyday tasks more comfortable.
