Terrible! No chargrilled flavour, the patties look like they've been cooked in a microwave. The worst burger I think I've ever had!

I will change my rating if this issue could be addressed. My toastie had a considerable amount of charcoal covering both sides. Hoping it wasn't Teflon from the toastie machine. The staff were helpful to reorder another one, however the new one still had charcoal chunks all over it. Might be time to scrub the machine or get a new one. P.s. The mocha was lovely.

Disappointing, people are actually ignored . We tried ordering via board but one I tried was frozen so went to counter .. girl on shift actively ignored us . Spoke to gent also waiting and we agreed it would have been quicker via uber eats . He got his order and again girl turned from me so I went to another board to order . On near completion a gent who may have been duty manager asked husband if he needed to order . This all in 15 mins since entering .. food arrived as ordered but took a while . Gent seemed to be running all areas whilst girl stood there .. he made coffee , then in kitchen and til area ..

It can get quite busy here during lunch hour, as there is not many eating options around the area. Service is ok. Food is ok- when they are busy, they do not fill the chip box much- it almost looks half empty. Easy to get in and out of carpark. Place just looks a little old and tired. There is a play area for kids. There is also outdoor seating area where you can sit with your pet as well which is a plus.

An employee named Jerom recently made the best burger I have ever tried. I tried to give him a tip, however he told me to "keep the change and donate it to charity" before flicking some slick shades on and dramaticly walking away. Thank you Jerom for your superb service.

BRO!! Tried going to the ol' bathroom and I ended up falling through the fabric of reality and entering an altered dimension. POOR customer service!! they should fix the bug in the bathroom hallway!!

The burgers basic slapped together, and the wait was long as they give priority to the drive-thru. We sat down inside and the person service us had to keep asking for my burger to be made Afterwards I went to use the 1 female toilet on offer with toilet paper and yuck every , not a very nice experience.

Only had a small coffee while waiting to have an MRI across the road at Ashford Specialist Centre. Was really good coffee..

Staff ignore you . First ordering panel didn't work so tried ordering at counter .. no chance .. was ignored by young lady kept her back to counter. .. other customer waiting said had been there for ages , would have been quicker to uber order ! I went to another panel to order and was nearly done when my husband was asked for order by gent who seems in charge .. he was working all areas of restaurant, coffee machine , food prep . Seems like this jacks is relying on machine ordering only .

Dono how this place exists. I've never gotten food without parking and waiting. Sometimes they forget about you and it the food never comes. No one else here, just want 2 regular hamburgers....

Fast but staff chit chat and unattended (just me and 2 more people in the store). Plenty of charging hub, store is clean.

Service was lovely, I was served with a smile. They also asked questions to make sure my order was correct. Which I thought was very nice? Food came fast and I have to wait too long. Thank you, Hungary Jack's

So no time to eat since there is only one person on the counter and a lineup. I’ve been standing here 15 minutes and no service yet, because one person took ten minutes to place an order

Love hungry jacks, but although I ordered a personalised burger it came out stone cold … super disappointing 😢

Went to the shop today, ask for whopper meal, the bread and patty was cold and I ask exchange the meal, the staff face was rude and second time the bread still was cold!!! Never go to there again!!!

Food was good. But barthroom was gross I would hate to see the kitchen if your public barthroom are that gross . look like it's neve been clean

Called in thus morning ordered my fix of pancakes and coffee order iw n s was was told after food was ready that they could do hash browns don't know if it was to get me to say don't worry' so the profits was up But the lad making coffee thru in extra pancakes and toasties wich were much appreciated

It's ok for a quick stop for coffee!! ☕️ We were early...1 hr early for a marketplace meeting and it was too far to go back home so HJ it was....but next time (if there is a next time)....a cafe it is!!! This food/coffee is for emergency hunger crisis!! 😫🤮

Fast service friendly staff, hot food n fresh. I've been going to this hungry jacks every time I visited Adelaide since I was 6 years old

Every time even I order in the app first, I still need to wait for a long long time like 15-20 minutes just for one regular meal in drive thru, not worth it when I am in a rush and wanna get a quick meal but a waiting time in a cafe. They told me to park aside and they will bring it out for me and I waited for another 10 mins with no one coming out, I have to go inside to get it and the food end up not even hot, it is just close to warm.

My burger was just thrown 2gether n had that much onion on it n only 1 piece of tomatoes n only 2 pickles n half of the patty was curled up

Always something wrong when ordering via drive through at this store. Either chips not salted (very common) or old chips, drink overflowed and all down side of cup - yet not a full drink, or just the wrong burger. 2 stars is being fairly generous imo. Atleast I got the right burger today.
