Dined in. Tables and chairs all needed cleaning (which didn't happen). Waited 19 minutes for our food, order wasn't correct and fries were inedible. Felt sorry for the young red headed bloke working, as he was the only staff member that knew what was going on.

Ordered lunch & breakfast for 5 people (lots with special orders) via app and drive thru pick up. I ordered 5 minutes before breakfast finished and order was completed perfectly and by friendly staff. I was very pleased with the 100% accuracy of the order - most mc Donald's can't do this!

Worst bacon egg rolling I have ever had. Rubber is what comes to mind. Normally they aren't that bad. This was terrible. My son had nuggets and chip meal... Chips were either black or so over cooked they were hard inside. Nuggets had no crunch. Wosrt Mcdonalds I have ever had.

It wasn't busy by any means, the place was disgusting, dog hair on bench seats, most tables full of crumbs and the floor was covered in chips and trash. We ordered in, needing a break from a long drive. We pre ordered off the app but still waited around 15mins for our order.

I believe the staff with long hair should have it tied up or at least plaited. Had a long hair in my food years ago....would hate to have it happen again 😝

I genuinely don't get the negative reviews. My visit described below, Cleanest loo you could find, considering they're usually not great Food was fast, tasty and hot Tea was perfect Staff very friendly and went out of their way Also seemed to be very happy Compared with the McDonald's I was at the day before, where staff were obnoxious and they managed to mess up a cup of tea, this one was an absolute pleasure. After reading the reviews I even looked around for dirty tables etc and found nothing wrong whatsoever. Would certainly return of course.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Ordering machine was dodgy and I couldn’t tap and pay. I ordered dine-in but it came out as takeaway. The service was slow because the woman that was supposed to be serving was busy chatting up a guy. A young lad that ordered before me got no please or thank you from the same woman but I got some manners at least! The place is filthy and the coffee machine area is disgusting. I won’t be returning here.

I ordered a crispy chicken aoli wrap, the wrap wasn't wrapped properly, it was an absolute mess.

Ordered coffee and McMuffin. There was sauce everywhere throughout my bag, Coffee grounds all over the bottom of my take away cups. It is not the first time this has happened. Very upsetting to see in such a new establishment.

One would think a newer Mc Donald’s would be well ran. I went through the drive through with almost no one in or outside of this Mc Donald’s. I still had to repeat myself multiple times after they couldn’t hear me, lack of customer service with almost no personality. Then the food! I normally finish my meal but after a few bites of the Mc chicken meal I threw it out and went to Oporto! The chicken so just chucked on there and was so dry you could even see by the chicken almost being grey! Absolutely do not recommend! The oil is dirty too!

Horrible atmosphere in this restaurant. Not one single staff member (Manager included) had a name badge on. The girl that bought our food out had no idea what she was doing and the order was stuffed up. Wouldn't recommend

Service is shocking, ran out of water, ketchup not even a serviette to wipe our hands. All the while happy to have taken our $48 worth non edible food Disgusting shall never visit again

The staff all seemed very young, and perhaps that played a part in why it took so long to make our order. And no, they weren’t busy, there were 6 customers in store. There’s also the issue of staff hygiene, one young girl was scratching her neck, another was redoing her ponytail. This store is going on my AVOID list for sure!

Chair and tables were dirty, bins overflowing on the floor. The staff do not care about hygiene or customer service. Watched an Indian boy grab some gloves and for some bizarre reason he chose to blow into the gloves before putting them on? Not sure if that’s just a common occurrence at this store as none of the workers or the manager seemed to care or notice. Felt sick after that, won’t be visiting again that’s for sure.

Will not be returning to this McDonald’s again! 15 minutes stuck in the drive thru after being told no ice creams, I think because I could hardly hear the voice through the speaker. Not one car moved in that time. There was about 10 cars behind me and 5 in front. Worst drive thru experience. For the price of “fast food” these days, I’d rather get a pub meal that is delivered hot and fresh for around the same price.

As usual, at one end of the store, they hold the bag, and at the end is the pitcher once alone a time it was great cheap meal on the run now you have to work overtime to afford it quite disappointing. you can sit down at faster pasta,marcelinas or excelsior hotel and get better food cheaper

It was busy but had to wait 30 minutes to get my order taken, missing food. They gave us sweet and sour when we said we wanted ketchup. Workers attitude was also not good. Not happy!

Second worst Macca's I've been to. At night, the eat in service is terrible. My last few visits I've waited 15-20 minutes for simple food items even though I was the only customer ordering. Almost no one visible working there in the kitchen, but lots of shouting and laughing. It does have a playground for kids, plenty of tables and is wheelchair accessible. Tables were clean ish (small amount of drink spill). Bin was overflowing. Probably best to visit this one as a drive through.

My friend and I showed up at 1am to get some food. The restaurant was not busy in any way (we were the only ones in the drive thru), but we waited around 15-20 minutes for our food. We were not upset about the wait at all, they could’ve been frying fresh chicken or onion rings for us, but what I am truly upset about is the food 1. My double quarter pounder was supposed to have extra onions and no pickles, I instead got extra pickles and barely any onions. I’m allergic to pickles, so I am very upset about this. 2. My friend ordered a chicken big mac with added bacon, their chicken patties were stale, the bacon was old and hardened. 3. We both ordered onion rings with barbecue sauce. Firstly, we got no barbecue sauce, which was annoying but tolerable, but what annoyed me more was the quality of the onion rings. The onion rings were drier than the Sahara desert, and really oily. Absolutely disgusting and we couldn’t even eat them. Considering that we waited a long time in the drive thru thinking that we were going to receive fresh food and instead received incorrect, stale, dry food, I’m left asking myself: why did we wait so long? Incredibly disappointed as I normally receive better food and service from this location.

I used to get food here late at night but for the past few weeks the quality has gone downhill completely. Whenever I come around 1am the food doesn’t taste right and is always slapped together, and the customer service is shocking, seeming annoyed that I’m coming through after I finish work, and you can’t even understand them on the speaker when ordering so it takes way too long to even place your order. Do yourself a favour and drive on past!

My order is number # 57 ( family package) , in our double cheese burger, 1 of the patty has been bitten (big bite). It is so unethical and I’m so angry because it’s happened in Christmas date and I had to drive long way to pick up the order.
