Came in to do a haircut correction, and had it essentially redone and blended (after I tried to fix it myself 1st and made it worse lol). I was impressed with Eliza's manner & her staff all seemed super friendly. The newly updated salon looks amazing & the location is great. Eliza was very patient and I felt she was happy to take a bit longer, rather than rushing. I'm always nervous when trying someone new but I felt Eliza was skilled as a hairdresser and a good communicator. She understood my needs, but also explained what can and can't be done and checked in during the cut, at various points, to make sure it's the way I want to go and I am happy. I will be back and have also recommended the salon to a friend who's looking to try someone new 👌. Thanks Eliza ❤️

I got my hair washed by there lovely apprentice Laura. Even in training she was very professional. The salon was immaculate! The cleanest salon I’ve ever walked into, the newly renovated salon was up to standard and there was plenty of room to move around. Overall I left feeling relaxed comfortable and confident. As a first time customer I’ll definitely be back ❤️

Eliza and her team are amazing! I’ve been so happy with Eliza cutting and colouring my hair over the past couple of years, and have also had services from Amy & Rebekah who did not disappoint. Highly recommend the Vine Salon 😊

First time visiting Vine Hair Salon and had a very relaxed experience. Staff were very helpful, listening to my hair ideas and guiding me with choices. It's a really relaxed feeling and they offer a range of beverages like coffee and tea available. Half head of foil and hair cut come out at a great price. Will be back!

Amy and Eliza saved me after I tried to cut my own hair - I called in a panic and Amy was able to book me in right away. Eliza did a beautiful job fixing it and I am so grateful for their talent and kindness. I've also found my new go-to hair salon!

I have been coming to The Vine for many years and Amy has been the best stylist I could have asked for. I am someone who has had bleached/blonde hair for a majority of my adult life and the quality of my hair is never something I’ve had to worry about with Amy. She always leaves me feeling confident and fresh, and I couldn’t recommend her and the team at The Vine more highly. They’ve always made me feel welcome and my hair has never looked better! It’s been a pleasure to watch the salon grow over the years :)

I have had to console my poor Mum after she had chunks of hear breakage from a toner and blonde colour put in. There has been so much damage. She has had the same colour put in for the last 12 years, but careless and sloppy hairdressing by an apprentice and a seemingly lack of care by Eliza have become more common. Still feels fit to charge a premium price for an average job. We used to be very loyal clients of The Vine, but it has come to a point where we need to go to a different hair salon, as it keeps happening and she just get arguments back when she raises the issues. My mum went to see another stylist for a second opinion, and was told she would need to have a wig as there is nothing they could do for her until her hair grows back. She's absolutely devastated. Unfortunately our time at The Vine has come to a very sad end.

Amazing service! Eliza and the team always do such an amazing job with my hair and know the best way to get the results I’m after. They always go the extra step with their attention to detail and providing such a calm, relaxing and welcoming environment. Couldn’t recommend a better salon experience!

Mahala did a wonderful job of my cut and root colour - she also gave me some good advice regarding my hair cut and what to do with my balayage next time. Thank you as well to Eliza for communicating with me when there were some initial issues with my appointment.
