I come from Encounter Bay to Seaford just to see my GP Dr Adil💗 for 6 years now, why? She is compassionate, thorough, and just a nice person all round. I find the staff really helpful and accommodating always. The surgery is modern and best of all they bulk bill us oldies. Thankyou for your attention to detail always.👍

Medically discharged from the Army, I came to Seaford day and night clinic by word of mouth. I chose the same Dr as my wife and have not looked back. The attention to detail is very clear and precise, watching my health as I either improve or fall away due to many surgical procedures. Once very early there was confusion over appearing for appointments, but that was resolved quickly and with the Drs support. As the clinic has grown, so has the excellence I have experienced from the staff, my main Dr and my backup Dr. Being DVA, puts a strain on them sometimes, getting approval for my medication and other needs. I am pleased to say that my Dr has been well up to the task and she can have my medals for dealing with me and DVA. I also want say the support given to my wife is nothing short of fantastic. When she arrived in Australia her English was almost non existant, yet thru interpreters they were able to detect and prevent her from becoming a cancer victim. Solid proof that early detection can save your life. I attend now, mostly for prescriptions and check ups. Doc has me tuned well, but still fusses over some things that seem to be frustrating us both, but the cause is medication for my well being every day. We keep working on plans and she does not stop or let it go. That is what I like the most, the tanacious attitude to getting to the bottom of the issue. The staff are always there with a smile, and maybe I am old fashioned, but I like to have a joke or chat before I sit. Just to let them know that I appreciate them as well. Lots of words, I could have said... Sure it's nice and the people are good, but to me, I feel just a bit more than that. I feel safe and have every confidence in my clinic, it's doctors, nurses and staff whenever I am there.

Seaford Medical Centre is in a very convenient spot and has a Chemist in the building and opposite is a small shopping centre with Foodland. There's very nice Doctors, and is fairly easy to get appointments. All in all it's fantatic

AHA Seaford are amazing. Reception is always manned well, nothing is too much trouble. The staff make you feel welcome. The doctor that I see for consultations is warm, welcoming and offers every assistances when caring for me. Thankyou.

There was a time where finding an appointment with the GP you wanted to see was difficult. But recently things at the practice have improved a lot. Dr Annie Dehestani in particular is just standout - for our son who is 18 months old, for ourselves as parents and people. She is full of fun and positive energy, compassionate, kind, interested and she listens - all amazing qualities in a GP as it builds trust which is fundamental to feeling supported and well advised.

All the doctors are friendly and have always been great with my kids and very gentle and patient. It's easy to book online and find a time convenient for us.

I needed to book an appointment today and the clinic had a few doctors with different availability’s throughout today which was really relieving. A lot of clinics are booked out for at least a couple of days. I was welcomed as soon as I walked into the clinic, sat down for maybe 2-3 minutes and then I was called up by my doctor. I was greeted warmly by my doctor and was walked down to her office. Great experience.

The worst experience of my life they rang me to say I need to see doctor for test results , I opted for phone consult I said I don't want gp I saw as he was quite rude they said if it's not urgent we can do next day. They rang and said gp needs to see you today I absolutely stressed thinking it's was a ad result stressed all day then they rang saying it's was fine I explained how stressed I was and they laughed and said sorry 71 dollars never again most terrible clinic no empathy except for receptionist. Sorry but I'm absolutely going to rake this further the steessvits caused was immense to me and family and my work

I have only ever had good experiences with registrars from this clinic - any permanent doctors have either been dismissive of my conditions or straight up refused to treat them unless I change medications that I’ve been on for years. They refuse to honour my concessions because I’m under 65, therefore apparently it doesn’t matter what condition you have or if the government says you don’t make enough money to pay full price. The final straw was attempting to get my records shared to another clinic. A request was sent from the new clinic, after a month an a half of waiting no records had showed up. I visited the clinic THREE times, told each time that the records would be sent immediately. Only after the third visit did I get a call to say “actually you have to pay for this and we can’t send them until you pay”. Unbelievable, not only have I wasted my time and my new doctor’s time because this clinic is unable to do basic functions, but now I’m being charged for it? Not only that, they now charge a surcharge on card payments, but don’t accept cash. There is no disclosure that Telehealth appointments cost you, but I get told about it when I come in to pay for the transfer (which costs I was also not told about). If I call about anything ever, it takes at least 20 minutes to get through to someone, and majority of the time the call goes straight to Seaford Meadows AHA who literally can’t answer any questions I have. They call you and you miss it? Good luck finding out what the call was about because you’ll wait on hold for 30 minutes only to be put through to SM who can only say “oh we’re not sure, just see if they call back” and hang up. I’ve been going to this clinic for over 10 years, and in the time since renovations it has just become a money hungry feed. Just glad I finally have my records and I can see someone at a clinic that respects me and my concession.

Friendly admin at the front desk. Dr Ulanov is Punctual and never seems to run late. He has a good manner,straight to the point but not blunt.

Dr Fulton was amazing. I think I’ve found a great Dr so don’t want to say too much and make him too popular!! Jokes aside it was a great and easy experience and I will continue to go to this clinic

Have seen some great doctors here over many years and the patient experience has matured and adapted to change. Thanks for being kind and accommodating to my needs at some difficult times.
