OMG!! I’m so glad I gave this store another chance. I literally went to two different ones prior and the experience was not the best at all (Baybrook mall area are just there and gloomy & Fresno area are very rude and attitudes 🙄) Alvin’s staff was amazing and their store was so clean and to say there was a sale going on it was so nice and neat. The store was full of life. Rose, Brittany and Glen were bouncing around keeping everyone laughing and making us purchase stuff we didn’t know we needed! I will drive the hour and a half to come here!! Pop Shelf has a great team here!!

What a great store! 1st time here and delighted with the variety of products, great prices, store is very clean and well organized.

It is an interesting store. It's kind of a high-end dollar general store. Clean, neat, and bright layout to the store. The prices are reasonable. The products appeared to be of a better quality overall. If you are looking for seasonal items, beauty products, living room decor, party supplies, candles, craft materials, kitchenware, and more, you will find it inside their stores. It appears to be of the self-check out model (which is why I did not give it 5 stars), but they did have friendly staff walking around to see if they could assist you. Their POS system was simple to use, and they offered paper bags instead of plastic, which is nice. They did offer everyone a $10 off coupon if you spent more than $30, which we did end up using.

Rose & her team are incredible! There customer service is A+. We had our students go shopping there from Rainbow of Hope Texas & the management, employees were amazing! They all went above & beyond to make us feel welcome!

Amazing variety of items to choose from. I thought it was a seasonal store like decorations for each season. It has self check out and fairly priced, well-made items.

I went into this store for the 1st time last week because I was curious as this was my second time passing by one. The employees were super nice and very helpful. I was very very pleased with the entire experience. The employees interpersonal skills, the cleanliness of the store, the items being sold and the pricing. PLEASE GO SEE FOR YOURSELF. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! Many Thanks to you at this location and keep up the good work. You definitely deserve MORE than 5 stars and you have a new customer.

This is my favorite shopping store in Alvin. It usually has difficult to find items in stock, at exceptionally low prices, and the staff is wonderful. And most snacks and candies are below grocery and big-box store prices.

Very cute store! Employees were super friendly. Think of a 5 below that actually has cute things that are also organized. Will be back!
