My 10 year old son went with a small group to celebrate a birthday party and they had an absolute ball! He usually fears heights, but the staff were so patient and took the time to build his confidence. By the end of the climb he was on an absolute high, telling me he wasn't scared anymore and couldn't wait to get back up there. Needless to say, I've booked the family in for a climb soon and I'm so excited to join in myself. 10 out of 10 for both the experience and the passionate, friendly, caring staff.

$55 for the mega climb seemed a bit steep for a family of 4 but it took 3 hrs to do the course so well worth the cost and it was amazing experience (& exercise) for the kids! Our youngest is 9, 130m tall & they did fine. They allow minimal height of 120m but there is a kids course that is designed lower level for the little ones. You pay extra for the giant swing and they can cater the height they drop you down from. Plenty of seating area and grassed area perfect for a picnic. They do have a limited undercover seating area but I wouldn’t recommend coming here in extreme hot weather or raining cold day.

Adrenaline pumping adventure! If you love a challenge and want your heart racing this is for you 😀 It progressively gets harder as you climb higher. The Giant Swing is a must try and to the highest point (my heart fell to the ground 😝). For younger kids doing the swing, you may decide to go halfway mark so it is not so scary for them. The Jump (20m high) was fun too. Our kids love the Jump. Our 6 and 8 year old did the Kookaburra Course. Kids loved the obstacle course. Exceptionally great service and every staff member we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. A great fun family day out. Highly recommend!👍

Absolutely loved every moment of the experience!! The staff are wonderful, they know how to work around your nerves and get you excited. A special thanks to Urie who had a lot patience and was extremely gentle with someone (12yrs) who was very scared. Thank you guys! See you again soon!

I did this with my 3 boys (11, 9 and 8 yr). We had a fantastic time. The staff were friendly, helpful and fun. The challenges were varied and interesting. They were also great to test our skills and gave us an adrenalin boost! The boys did the swing at the beginning then we tackled the high ropes. We had loads of time there and still didn't do all the challenges. We will be back for sure.

Scariest but most exhilarating experience of my LIFE. My adrenaline was skyrocketing and my legs were trembling. The first level wasn't hard but it wasn't easy. Then I got to level 3 and I was scared for my life. After finally finishing almost all 70 obstacles I triumphed to the top and climbed up to "crows nest". The view was stunning. Then, it was time. Time to jump off. As I trembled to the edge I took one last breath, looked into the distance, and stepped off. I couldn't resist an AHHH until I slowly fell down and kissed the floor at last. Highly recommend it, even if you're scared of heights like me.

The Adventure Crew make this experience 100% worthwhile! We went as a group of 3 families on a cool, blustery day, and still managed to have such a great time. The team were so incredibly supportive of the kids (aged 5-10) as they navigated the kids ropes course, even as it began to rain the staff were there encouraging and guiding the adventure making it so much fun! The kids just kept going around and around not feeling the cold at all because they were so engrossed in the challenge! Thank you West Beach Adventure Crew, we will be back soon!

This park is great fun and adventurous, not only for the kids but for adults too. special shout out to Arie and Jackson. both of them are professional, kind and thoughtful specially when it comes to the kids and helping them navigate the ropes. there was no pressure to try new obstacles and they were fully supportive and kind. both the Mega and kids course was great. We would recommend giving this obstacle course a go.

An absolutely enthralling experience! Wife and I decided to try something adventurous whilst in Adelaide and boy did this live up to our expectations and then some. The entire park serves up a great variety of challenges, while also being accessible to most people. Although I must admit, I wasn't fit enough to conquer a few of them, so YMMV. We're not the most athletically gifted individuals but still had no issues in participating in the various activities. No issues aside from the crippling fear of heights, of course 😂 The harness system is extremely safe and provides redundancy of protection as well, which I inadvertently tested when trying to bicycle across a dangling platform with one out of the two hooks not firmly secured. A huge shout out to the staff (the name escapes me) who helped us out throughout the entirety of the course. My wife, especially, really needed that extra boost of confidence that the staff were able to provide. If possible, do try and go on a weekday, on a late afternoon slot. It allows you to pace yourself while not holding anyone else up. The staff will also be relatively free, and can help you navigate them tricky obstacles. Pro tip: I highly recommend shelling out some extra bucks and renting a go-pro cam from the facility. The photos and videos are absolutely worth whatever the 20 odd dollars!

Went in the school holidays. Very fun waterslides for the kids and the 1 hour combo is a great amount of time to spend there. Has a small kiosk selling hot drinks, cold drinks, icecream and basic snacks.

Came with a big family group, littles to grandparents; we were absolutely blown away by this experience. Watching our under 10s bravely challenge themselves on the activities was incredible but the absolute highlight was the staff. Every single person really took the time to make sure we were comfortable and relaxed, helped the kids tackle difficult activities and celebrated with them when they managed it. I cannot recommend this activity more highly, huge thank you to everyone for an amazing day!

Let me start by saying I am terrified of heights, but I had the best time! The equipment provided and safety measures we ran through at the start, gave me peace of mind throughout the entire adventure. The staff at West Beach Adventure are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. They went above and beyond to ensure that we all felt comfortable and had a memorable time. I was even convinced to go on the giant swing which was a sensation I am unlikely to forget any time soon!

This was by far the best high ropes course I’ve been on. I’ve been on at least 5-6 and the staff in West Beach Mega Adventure were super kind and helpful! Especially the 19 year old boy on level 3 (sorry I couldn’t remember your name)! A big thank you to this park! Definitely worth the money and a great experience with a mate/partner!

Lots of fun for adults and kids - with a designated trail -, with obstacles and challenges up in the air. Definitely requires a good level of fitness and courage, but most of all a great desire to have fun! Giant swing and the final jump are a thrilling must!

  • 5/5 Mark S. 2 years ago on Google
The kids had an absolute blast here. The best thing is they have plenty of staff on course to supervise, encourage and when needed assist. They had a good balance of letting the kids challenge themselves and only stepping in if they had to. We enjoyed being able to watch from the stair case and get great photos. Do note it takes a couple of hours to complete the course so plan around lunch etc.

My 3 kids aged 7, 8 and 10 had the best time here today. They were a bit scared at first doing the kids course but with the encouragement and friendliness of the staff, they got through it and went on it again multiple times again with confidence. They also did the big swing which they loved. My youngest was the only brave one to do the jump from the top which he loved! Will definitely go back again and hope to have a birthday party there for one of my kids down the track. It’s a great half day out which you can finish off with a delicious ice cream as a treat. If you haven’t tried it yet, go check it out, it won’t disappoint!

My 6 year old granddaughter went on the Koala climb yesterday for the first time and while scared at first loved it and didn't want to leave! Staff were awesome and This was $25 well spent for an hour of fun and experience she absolutely loved. I'd recommend this to anyone! I also liked that the harness goes over their shoulders and between their legs not just around their waist, so they are really safe and secure. We will definitely be going again !

We had an impromptu family weekend away down at West Beach and West Beach Adventure was the highlight of the whole trip. We spent both Saturday and Sunday morning there, the kids loved it. Staff were friendly and helpful, the kids felt comfortable and at ease even when jumping off the tower. The kids park was great and us parents were able to relax with a coffee in the sun. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back.

Such an exhilarating experience. Incredible staff were extremely helpful and patient. Georgia was amazing with my 8y/o niece and was able to get her confidence from not wanting to go on any of the courses to going on all of level 1 and moving her own clips herself. Would highly recommend!!

Amazing place! Kids really enjoyed and loved it! One of the must visit places in Adelaide

  • 5/5 Karl B. 1 year ago on Google
The course was really interesting. I have done plenty of these in bush settings so it’s nice to see a different take on it. This course is a massive solid steel structure. It has lots of fun options like bikes and scooters to ride between posts. And boats. Even a picnic table suspended on cables you can sit on! We easily spent 3 hours there. You can go at your own pace as long as you want which was fantastic. It can get windy so on a cold day come with warm jumpers. Jackets are a little awkward due to the harness. The guides and service were great. Toilets were clean.

My 10yo and 13yo loved their visit. The run through on how to use the ropes and clips was thorough and both were confident to get into it. They liked being able to go different ways and never got caught behind someone that was going slower. My 13yo made it to the top, great that there are different obstacles for different confidence levels. Boys had a ball!
