A challenging and well manicured course that will push you fitness at times due to significant changes in elevation. The rough will mostly keep your ball but you can often get lucky finding someone else's lost ball to replace it.

I proudly joined the member regardless people around me recommended many others course. I like it because it is quite, the view is stunning, it requires lots walking energy as well.... Challenges vs skills. If i can play well in this course especially placing a ball on a good position, then i properly could play many others as well.

We stayed overnight at the golf club. Parked at the designated parking spot. Next morning we saw the car windshield got smashed due to a golf ball. The manager Paul refused to help us out and said it was at our own risk. We were not visitors but staying overnight at the motel. This is ridiculous.

The positives: Beautiful comfy bed, Very nice view. The negatives: Room was drafty. The decor was in need of a serious update. Service could be improved overall.

Played with a group of mates, we came over from Melb and were keen for a hit and so happy we found this course. Awesome layout, good mix of types of holes, few challenging ones, few easier ones. Didn't seem overly busy which was good because it allowed us to play at our own leisure. Nice little drinks esky cart around the 9th hole and the bar/verandah was good for a cold one. Would definitely recommend this course and will definitely be playing this course when we come back. Cheers.

The husband and I stayed the night and enjoyed a game of golf in the morning. The course looks like it’s a post card, amazing view after amazing view. The rooms are motel style, I was a little nervous about this initially as I’m a bit fussy about a nice bed, however no need to worry, the bed was better that the (5 star) Pullman we stayed in the night before. Staff were great, so accommodating and helpful. We will visit again.

Really good golf course in a great location. I have lived around blackwood for most of my life and didn't even realise this course existed. Really nice greens, the course has a fair bit of bish around so can be quite tricky in places but it is not too hard. I shot one of my best scores there. Afterwards, the clubhouse is over looking the 18th hole and you can sit there having a beer or two with hills with pine trees, a lake and a nice hole to look at. Staff were all very friendly, I will be going back, this is highly recommended to check out

We booked accomodation here last minute over a long weekend where we were visiting a sick relative. From the last minute phone booking to the minute we left, this place and the service provided were outstanding. When we arrived, we were welcomed like family, by Andy in particular and later at the club rooms for dinner, welcomed warmly by Andy again making sure we had all we needed and also by all the club members, inviting us to the warm fire for a chat. Comfy beds, beautiful surroundings, great food. Will definetly be booking again here next time I'm in Stirling. Thanks Andy and the team. Julie

Absolute goat track of a golf course, avoid wasting your money here. On two holes there were randoms just hitting balls around the fairway who clearly hadn't paid their green fees. Won't be returning here anytime soon.

Had my wedding at The Stirling Golf Club and I was blown away. Not only is it a gorgeous and super picturesque spot, the staff are absolute legends. They went above and beyond for us over and over again, genuinely wanted to do a good job for us and were as fun-loving as us too so we had the best night ever. Could not have chosen a better venue, it was a privilege having our wedding there.

A little boggy after the rain but still enjoyed it. I will be back in finer weather.

Breathtaking views, the best bed we've slept on in a hotel. Beautiful quiet location. Rooms were average, they could do with an upgrade. The sink in bathroom kept blocking up. The room was clean except the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly, which I had to do 🤮. We were only there to sleep so was tolerable. Disappointing that we didn't get fresh towels or a restock of soap for the time we were there. There's no turn down of rooms. So don't expect that to happen if you stay here. We had to reuse the towels over the three days, which was annot. When you're paying that kind of money you kind of would like fresh towels each day and even the bed made. The only other disappointment was on the Friday night we ordered takeaway pizza as we had driven 8 hours and tired and hungry. We were told 25 minutes so went back to room. When I went back I was told that I shouldn't have been told 25 minutes as he needed to get meals out for the golfers first. I was actually disgusted and let it be known, that we are paying customers so why doesn't that make us anymore deserving. He was apologetic, but still didn't change the fact I was told what I was told. Overall we had a nice stay besides the towels, soap and restaurant

Great course. Pretty muddy as still drying out from a wet winter.

I was staying at Stirling golf club for a night and I found the team does not have any familiarty with hoteling and hospitality concepts. It was a very disapointing issue when the electricity was dead, after one hour, no-one was thinking about guests who are staying in entirely dark and cold rooms. I do not recommend staying at this place as the team and management even do not know to response guests' complain repeated few times through phone calls and emails. I think the behaviour is not polite and I do not recommend others to stay somewhere that the team do not consioder their responsibilities.

Great course, stunning colours this time of year (April/May). Don't be put off by the daunting first holes hill, especially if you're pulling your own buggy, is not all like that 🙂.

Great tasty food. Staff helpful and efficient. Attended the club to listen to the Adelaide Big Band with singer Greg Meyers and guest artists the Fernando Brothers. Had a fantastic day listening to live music. All performers presented as professional and it was too class entertainment.

I like this golf course. Your never board walking up-and-down the course sightseeing some of Australia's beautiful Kangaroos, watching the ducks either crossing The golf course or swimming in the waters around the course. The beautiful green surroundin's of the golf course is breathtaking. After a round of golf sitting upon on the balcony having a drink looking out on all that beauty is well worth it.
