Always
enjoy
The
Highway
-
it
has
a
casual
vibe
and
the
staff
are
always
friendly
and
happy
to
change
what
they
can
for
dietary
requirements.
My
friend
and
I
usually
sit
in
the
bar
or
in
the
outside
area
-
but
decided
to
sit
in
the
restaurant
in
this
occasion
as
it
was
quieter
.
We
were
offered
sparkling
or
still
water
as
we
sat
down
-
and
I
decided
to
order
a
Boston
Sour
(
which
is
a
whiskey
sour
with
shaken
egg
white
and
Angostura
bitters
)
.
They
used
a
bourbon
called
Buffalo
Trace
,
which
had
a
lovely
smoky
flavour
like
a
Southern
BBQ-
definitely
recommend
this
if
you
like
a
good
bourbon
.
My
friend
and
I
ordered
the
fried
haloumi
with
lime
aioli
and
za’atar
(
which
is
a
Middle
Eastern
herb/spice
mix
with
toasted
sesame
seeds
)
and
served
with
a
lemon
wedge
.
The
haloumi
was
lovely,
fresh
and
crisp
-
you
could
hear
the
crunch
when
you
bit
into
it
.
For
mains
we
both
had
the
King
Henry
pork
cutlet
with
whipped
feta,
puréed
spinach
and
lemon
and
oregano
potatoes.
The
pork
was
well
cooked
and
flavourful
and
I
loved
the
whipped
feta
-
it’s
a
pity
that
there
wasn’t
more
of
it
as
it
paired
really
well
with
the
potatoes.
Wasn’t
sure
about
the
spinach
purée
,
it
was
only
a
smear
and
there
was
no
flavour
,
but
that
the
only
complaint
that
I
had
and
I
thought
the
bourbon
cocktail
was
so
good
that
it
made
up
for
any
shortcomings
.
Staff
were
attentive
and
friendly
and
it
was
,
as
usual
,
a
relaxing
enjoyable
place
to
sit
back
and
have
a
meal
.
