With
such
a
large
menu
I
think
they’ve
bitten
off
more
than
they
can
chew.
So
so
many
of
the
items
on
the
menu
were
unavailable
-
personally
I
had
to
go
to
my
FIFTH
option.
Other
members
of
our
group
also
had
to
choose
again
(not
even
the
same
meals
as
me).
Half
our
group
received
their
meal
and
were
finished
before
the
second
half
received
their
food.
Some
items
never
turned
up
(we
were
refunded
for
these).
The
2
people
at
the
table
next
to
us
ordered
just
after
us
and
still
hadn’t
received
a
single
dish
by
the
time
we
left.
One
person
asked
for
a
steak
cooked
medium
-
the
photo
is
after
it
had
already
been
taken
back
once
to
be
recooked
and
yet
still
came
back
bloody.
Don’t
offer
steaks
if
you
can’t
cook
them.
I
specified
allergies
and
my
meal
still
included
those
allergens
(even
after
having
confirmed
with
staff
that
it
was
doable
without).
In
a
group
of
8
only
2
people
received
the
correct
order
with
nothing
missing
or
wrong.
Not
a
good
enough
%.
Staff
were
rude
and
service
was
slow.
there
were
so
many
problems
that
should
not
have
happened
in
the
first
place
and
made
the
experience
unpleasant
for
the
whole
group.
