I ordered vegan cheese garlic bread and they gave me the regular one. I could taste the dairy cheese and there was no spring onion. Also ordered a vegan pizza so could clearly figure out the cheese was not vegan on the garlic bread. Really disappointed. Staff want very helpful too. Just kept telling me they've checked and they did give me the right garlic bread. Yet again today I ordered a spicy peppy paneer with vegan cheese and mushrooms. They made the worst pizza ever was super cold when it got delivered and there was no tikka sauce. They put regular tomato sauce and this was the worst pizza I had. Absolutely tasteless. Never ever ordering from this domino's store again. Last time the staff have excuses and this time they chose not to even answer the phone. Constantly putting on hold! Really bad service. No other domino's has this kind of service.

Absolutely RUDE and DISGUSTING service! I gave 2 and a half hours notice and the driver did not show up! I later called them and they said I wasn't there which was NOT TRUE! Then they said they would be here in 5 minutes. It ended up taking them 15 minutes. When the driver finally arrived, they were on the wrong side of the road and refused to drive over. I then walked over and approached the driver. I attempted to hand him the money (with a tip!) and he drove away! Never ordering from here again. I wish I could give this zero stars!

I wish there was a 0 star rating cuz this piece of garbage really deserves it. Had not had domino's pizza in over 3 years and now after ordering it from this store, I remembered why I stopped having domino's in the first place. The food arrived 30 mins late and the taste was below par. Above all, the stupid person left it literally on the floor outside the door step even though I told them to leave it on the chair. Pathetic idiots. Never ordering again.

Ordered a pizza and garlic bread, the staff member said it would be 10 minutes, I waited for 35min in the store in full view of the counter while they called other people's names for pizza. Went up and asked where mine was and the staff member grabbed it from a bottom shelf where it had been waiting the whole time. I asked why they didn't call my name and the staff member said "I dunno" then just walked away. Folks it's cheap pizza, that's what you pay for, but ya know what being nice is free.

The food is as you’d expect. But what wasn’t expected was for the driver to leave the pizzas in the cold in front of the building without attempting to contact us or buzz the doorbell. Had to call the store an hour later to enquire where the pizza was to be told the driver had already left. Completely unacceptable. Buyer beware.

Terrible pizza base, it’s basically raw dough. Tomatoes smelled stale in margherita pizza, edge of the crust was burnt to a crisp. Not ordering again, to anyone who is reading this, trust the reviews here. It’s worth to pay a little extra for fresh pizzas and not a load of uncooked+burnt bread.

To be frank it's gemmy, not coaly. I received the product and i was delected, uncoaled, pleasured. The pepperoni was pleasant and supple. The ground beef was delectable und irriguous. To be honest I'm delighted, captivated, charmed, ecstatic, elated and enchanted.

We get pizzas from here lot because it's convenient. Firstly the pricing is really good, but even better the actual pizzas are delicious. And we can vouch for the gluten free crusts and vegan range - they're very good.

Rich in cheese pizza, little more thick dough comparing to other Domino's. Also it felt more fatty than usual, bad luck maybe. Fast enough. If you want to have your pizza inside, consider talking to staff for the AC - they usually turn it off for the visitors part of the shop. Many many flies around, but I begin thinking it's a norm in Adelaide to have flies in a restaurant.

For a domino’s pizza place this was quite nice. The pizzas and garlic bread we ordered were fresh and delicious and the 12 pack dessert was yummy. They were quite quick with service and very friendly. Yum!!

Domino's pizzas are not bad, but they are not the most delicious. The other detail and very important, is that being this place a small place, it is dirty, the only table, full of boxes and food waste.

Ordered on the app for delivery, the delivery took over 30 minutes, when we finally received the pizzas, they were cold and soggy. The bottle of Pepsi we got with our order was warmer than the pizzas. Don't bother trying to call the store as they won't pick up.

We haven't had Dominoes in a while, so thought we'd take advantage with the 50% off deal. I'm glad that's all we paid as we were extremely disappointed with the large size only being 10inches now and they weren't worth extra money. We got a variety of 6 pizzas to last 2 nights, but with the downsize, it isn't enough for 2 meals. It was also extremely disappointing to pay $7 for a large ham and cheese with minimal, poor quality toppings. All the pizzas basically tasted the same except the Peri Peri. We will be going back to our local pizza shop for better taste, size, service and won't bother with Dominoes again.

i enjoined my time in this dominos store. The employees were super friendly to me and helped me to get a good evening. They gave me free tap water, good large pizza and helped me to charge my phone what I really appreciate. Thank you so much. for me it is the best dominos store i ever visited in adelaide. i only miss the music and to get his phone number lol

Pizza is really good but they don’t bother to clean the tables and it’s really small. It’s really good if you get it on Uber eats and don’t enter the store lol

Not picking up the call when I tried to place an order over the phone. When I went directly to the shop to order, The staff were very unfriendly to customers. Poor customer service.

All good apart from food quality. I took a Vegorama and Butter chicken pizza but both pizza packed cheese and flavour, was like eating stale bread. Better pizza places

Tried to order pizza and the girl kept me on hold for almost 10 minutes so I had to hang up and call again, after a few attempts they picked up the call and again kept me on hold to confirm the order so I had to hang up again and kept waiting for them to call me back but never did. So disgusted with their poor customer service . I never thought I would ever leave a negative review for any business but I believe they must hear of what people think of the service so they improve.

I order from this store once a week for lunch and usually am happy with service. A couple weeks ago the delivery was over 30 minutes late making the food cold, they apologised and offered a free pizza and garlic bread for the next order. Today I mentioned in my note as advised by dominoes what pizza I wanted and the garlic bread, upon being delivered the driver was rude. Advised driver a pizza and garlic bread is missing, the driver pretended to make a call and tried getting back in the car, I spoke louder telling him there is a pizza and garlic bread missing to which he responded “not my problem, call the store” I was not impressed with this attitude. Tried calling up for over 40 minutes to have this rectified, dunno if I want to be a repeat customer if this happens again with the drivers behaviour as this was horrible customer service and a horrible experience.

The thin' and crispy crust was good, compared to my expectations of Dominos

i hate it. my burger was mouldy. and my pasta toastie was burnt. i am not vegan for your information. i will never buy burgers or pasta from here ever again and i am not a vegan. i will never ever be vegan 😭🧸

Pizza was fine, but had to yell to get any attention at the front counter. Most pizza joint that don't have a dedicated front of house staff would have invested in a bell for this very reason.

Why my pizza looks like this even with the quality checker.... Lucky the pizza looks average when it came. Never came across Tomato Capsicum Sauce Swirl on a Supreme pizza before. Every state has something different on there Supreme pizza..hmm Just needs a little more time in the oven..

Pizza was great and up to standard, however our lava cake was broken before it even got to us at the counter. Poor customer service as the cashier was very short with me at first. The manager however was great and refunded me appropriately due to a charging error on the initial order.

I normally don't leave the review but I got wrong pizza delivered. I spoke to manager Harsh was really good and compensated me with right pizza and free delivery. The delivery guy Shaun was really nice too brought me in pizza in rain. Birth guys done good job !

What a brilliant veggie supreme pizza. Is it extra chilli flex or super duper extra chilli flex? What do you think guys?
