The
overall
experience
was
not
great.
Firstly
my
partner
emailed
the
hotel
5
days
prior
to
our
arrival
regarding
the
parking
facilities,
the
hotel
did
not
respond
to
us
at
all.
Once
we
arrived
near
the
hotel,
we
had
to
call
the
hotel
and
the
instruction
was
not
clear
where
to
valet
the
car.
Secondly,
we
were
put
in
a
lower
floor
and
on
main
road,
we
can
near
the
lifts
from
our
room
and
buses
from
the
main
road.
Thirdly,
we
planned
to
go
to
the
roof
top
for
a
drink
or
two
with
our
friends.
The
hotel
did
not
allow
one
of
our
friends
in
because
he
was
wearing
shots!
Do
note
it’s
Spring
time
in
Australia,
and
it’s
2022.
We
felt
that
the
staff
were
not
as
experienced.
Given
the
hotel
was
trying
to
accommodate
due
to
they
did
not
respond
to
our
email
on
parking
facilities,
the
overall
experience
wasn’t
great.
If
this
is
a
5
stars
hotel,
the
hotel
definitely
needs
to
review
their
service
level.
I
would
not
recommend
anyone
to
stay
there
if
you
tend
to
drive
while
in
Adelaide.
