This is my first stay at Atura hotels and already I am a huge fan. What a fantastic stay. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Great attitude and always ready to help and explain things. The location is ideal and convenient for catching an early flight or arriving late- you just walk from the hotel to the terminal without even going outside. And the rooms are modern, clean, comfortable. The lobby features a nice restaurant and bar that serve food till 10 pm. Food options are delicious. The lobby also offers plenty of nooks to socialize or relax with screens displaying arrival and departure times so you don’t miss your flight. There is a nice pool table right next to the reception and bar area. You can check in and out using a nice self service screen at the lobby. Lovely place. I would stay there again and again.

stayed last night as we had an early morning flight. what am absolutely wonderful experience. we had dinner in the dining room meal and service A1 I would love to know where to purchase the mattress I need to replace my home one with it the most comfortable bed I have ever slept. can't believe the ease of axessing the terminal cannot recommend this hotel enough. we will definitely stay again.

This airport hotel wins big on term of service. This is my second visit so far in a year. Check in this time is a breeze. There is a self check in option with the touch panel. Even with that, the staff on duty Ayaan was particularly helpful. All done in a breeze literally with his help. The location is ideal as it is right next to the hotel and connected to the exit from the international arrival. It is also sheltered, so it will be cool in summer like this trip and warm in winter like my last visit. The decoration of the rooms are beautiful and modern. Very reasonable for a good and new hotel. I like the mattress and pillow. I slept very well and ready to drive off the morning to the areas I have planned to visit. The room is well stocked with chips and drinks. Of course, these are chargeable. I noticed that they are cheaper than the vending machines at the airport terminal itself. The TV in my room has a channel that shows the flights at the airport. This is useful and would reduce travelers’ anxiety. We decided to eat dinner at the hotel’s restaurant called the Hangar instead of venturing out this time. The food was delicious and delightful to the eyes and palate. And we are certainly pleased. A few comments to make it even better. The toilet door is heavy and can be very difficult to open. The tap in the toilet is too close to the edge of the sink making it hard to keep the water within the basin. The coffee maker somehow will drip some liquid with powder even before I make any coffee. Nice - Easy to be at the Airport in plenty of time. Rooms are average - Cracks in tiles and dirty grout but decorated nicely ! 👌 would stay again. Bit pricey but worth it for convenience! The Resturant is delicious... fairly expensive but didn't mind paying for a good meal! Easy check in and check out too which made it all the more easy! 😀

After missing my flight home from Adelaide to Canberra, the next flight out was 6am the next morning. The Atura hotel was so convenient to stay over for the night. I loved the colourful look of the rooms, and the bed was super comfy. In case you are wondering, there was no noise from the airport.

Excellent location for transit. Clean, spacious, comfortable room. Very pleased that we could check in early. Helpful staff. Just one minor issue: we took up the offer of helping us to get a scheduled taxi ride but somehow that wasn't done. Fortunately, getting taxi ride is easy.

Very convenient location for early flights in the morning! Room was fantastic, bed extremely comfortable and great amenities. However, staff were not all that friendly. On arrival, staff at the check in desk were very friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to assist. However, the cafe and restaurant staff were not overly friendly nor approachable (granted not all of them, but a few)

Very convenient and nice airport hotel. Thank you for making Internet access easy. Courteous staff, nice breakfast, and big rooms. Highly recommended hotel. Only one constructive criticism: the beds are too soft.

The room was spacious and I think it was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! Great if you have an early start at the airport as it's just a couple of minutes walk. Very pricey though, you can tell there's not really any competition.

This hotel is LOVELY….so convenient to the airport, staff were SUPER friendly and helpful, nothing was a drama. Rooms lovely, beds comfy, shower hot and good pressure, love the decor and lots of alcohol selection in the room - would definitely 💯 stay again !

We stayed there several days and were excited because it’s rated 4 stars but were quite dissapointed. We were on the top floor and the views were nice but the shower had no proper glass door and the water leaked everywhere. The taps were badly placed at the edge of the sink so when you washed your hands it splashed everywhere. The mini fridge barely worked and there was no microwave. It’s comfortable for one night for one or two people but not great for families. Way overpriced. I’m only rating more than one star cause the view was good.

Been with Atura a few times now. The service always been great, the auto check in and check out kiosk is easy to use and convenient. The room is clean, décor is simple yet elegant. It's located at the airport so it's a obvious choice for a layover, especially for early regional flights next morning.

Really enjoyed the food downstairs. Was accommodating to my 2 kids (1yo and 3yo). Beds super comfy. Made my 6.30am flight so easy the next day. Woke at 5.30am and was at the gate just in time.

We had a fabulous stay at the Atura Hotel in July. We booked online and we were also able to ‘check in’ the night before we arrived. The hotel’s location next to the airport is great and so easy for our driver to drop us off. At the hotel we were warmly greeted and assisted to use the kiosk to finalise our check in and get our room key. Our room was bright, extremely clean and well appointed. Once we settled in we went downstairs to check out the bar and enjoyed a relaxing drink while ‘people watching’. The bar, restaurant and causal lounge had a great fresh vibe. Check out was also able to be done online but there was always a Manager available 24 hours. We would highly recommend the Atura and it is so convenient, especially for very early flights !

Staff at the coffee bar are always friendly and have excellent customer service. First visit, I ordered a coffee. Each other visit I just said, "I'll have my usual thanks" And unbelievably they remembered my order. Changed my order to different type of beverage, only had to say it once and each time I would return they new my usual even though I changed it. Very impressed with the personal service and exceptional friendly customer service. Makes you want to return, as each time, it is a pleasant experience. Meals look good from viewing other patrons dishes... Yet to try.

Conveniently located at the airport. Friendly staff. Good beds. We had not booked a table at the restaurant, but after a sort wait at the bar, we were seated and enjoyed a nice evening meal.

Not great food. - tiny sliders, not burgers, not cheap. - frozen, budget, chicken parmigiana. Noisy cafeteria style eatery. Adequate. Rooms - quite adequate. Industrial cheap style, but reasonably appointed

The rooms are too small. The beds are not made properly for $300 a night. Ordered a memory foam pillow for myself and my husband for the time we were staying but just after one night they removed the pillows. Had to ring room service to request the pillows again and yet only received 1 instead of 2 as there were not enough pillows to go around. In the bathroom, they have removed the hand creams and small soaps to have refillable pumps in the shower only. The hotel supplies limited staff, so when it comes to calling room services it takes 4 times to ring to get through for some service. Their restaurant food is to die for being the steak, however the prices have increased. It now costs $65 for a steak, but their hotel service is lacking in speed and accuracy. The location of the hotel is good, but it's probably the only thing going for it.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friend and helpful. We asked for the door between our two adjacent rooms to be opened, and the staff did it fairly quickly with no fuss even though it was pretty late at night (we checked in pretty late). The rooms had excellent views of the airport. The restaurant wasn't open when we checked in but luckily the hotel do stock some instant noodles and microwave food at the reception. We did feel the price of the rooms was a bit on the higher side compared to the city. Check in and check out can both be done online, with room cards/keys collected from a computer terminal upon arrival/leaving - very efficient.

Very helpful and lovely staff. Only stayed as I am meeting a family member off a late flight and am unfamiliar with Adelaide. My only criticism/ disappointment is that there is no facility for either somewhere to get a late night snack or room dining after 10pm. Makes it very difficult for travellers arriving late who would like something light to eat and maybe a drink. First place in all my travels I have stayed in an airport hotel that doe not cater for all travellers!

I am very disappointed to see what has become of this hotel. If I want self-service screens that everyone behind can see, I will go to mcdonalds. From now on, i will go to a real hotel no matter how early or late my flights are for less. Edit: The staff themselves are not the issue. They have all been friendly and efficient. My issue is the direction this hotel is going in relation to how they serve their guests.

Nice rooms and hotel with an "Industrial" feel/vibe. Outstanding option if you are departing on early flights and pre-positioning at the airport is more convenient. Good size rooms that are well optioned with amenities.

Room was nice. Location was very handy. My shower had mould and black grime in the grout. Was very off-putting watching black specs run down the tiles in the shower.

Shocked at the price. Rooms are fine, but not $520 rooms at all. Internet is super slow, breakfast is not included, and again...it's just a regular hotel. I'd give 4 stars if it was priced fairly but it's a ripoff.

We moseyed our way to the lobby area after arriving in SA and had an hour to kill till our mates arrived on a later flight. Ordered brekkie and drinks (coffee, Irish coffee, OJ, Guinness, .... the usual for 0830 lol). The food was good, as was the coffee. We played pool to while away the time and watched the sports on the Tv's around us. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The venue is a great spot as a meeting point or to kill some time when waiting for people.

everything was good... when checking in all the employees were very friendly. perfect clean room. delicious food. What I didn't like was that when I checked out the male receptionist only had Sati. Check out December 15 2023 morning. The male employee looks like he's Indian, doesn't smile like he doesn't like his job.

Overall, the stay was good value for money and didn't disappoint. Despite our initial low expectations for an airport hotel, the proximity to the terminals turned out to be amazing. We stayed one night with a baby. The spacious and surprisingly very quiet room, along with excellent air-conditioning, made for a comfortable night. The rooms are nothing special, but everything was functional and very comfortable. While the beds were a bit soft for me, they were comfy and no problem. The shower had great water pressure and temperature, although the shower head sprayed at a weird angle, creating bit of a mess in the bathroom (not a big deal). The provided portacot for bub was a good quality standard portacot, pic included if you are curious and traveling with a baby. While the room and hotel were generally very clean with clean surfaces and sheets, a deep clean wouldn’t go astray, including vacuuming corners and scrubbing bathroom corners (it was no big deal). They did get us into our room early to facilitate us getting bub into bed, so maybe they rushed the clean in our room to try and help us out. The staff were super-friendly and helpful. I think Aimee was looking after us and she was great. The food at the downstairs bar was good although pricey but that’s to be expected.

Ideally located at Adelaide airport. Rooms are certainly not what we expected in terms of decor but we arrived at 9pm and left at 4am so it didn't need to be anything more than a comfortable clean room. Very funky industrial vides. We didnt interact with any staff, check in and check out was all completely computer operated.

In love with this hotel. Booked for the night before an early flight, mentioned the special occasion and hotel staff have been beautiful and kind to us. Amazing room, amenities and cleanliness.

Great food, great layout, excellent customer service and even better coffee. Lucinda served our entire team and made some of the best coffees we have had in a while, so we had to leave a review. All the other staff members were friendly, engaging and fast! Would definitely recommend visiting The Atura.

This hotel is by far the best I’ve been to ever! From the amazing staff & management to the edgy, industrial vibe rooms in a brand new establishment with coffee machine in room, colourful abstract design painted on ceiling, sensational views, the most comfortable plush mattress & bedding from beginning to end, it was fantastic!!

Stayed here with a great state voucher. Amazing service. The staff were friendly and informative. They always greeted us with a smile on arrival to the hotel. Room was clean and tidy. The bed was so soft we both had a great night sleep, I wish we could take the mattress home. We chose to have breakfast served in our room and it was hot with plenty to eat. A variety of dinner and lunch food also available in the restaurant area on the ground floor. Great vibe overall. Only issue would be there is no hotel parking so could become quite expensive to park there at the airport each day.

Comfy bed and QUIET. Imagine that at an airport. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The vibey casual ground area served a great range of drinks and meals. The complimentary buffet breakfast was EXCELLENT before a day travelling. Best idea to stay before flying from Ads. Very impressed!

When my company booked me AT the airport (Artura) for a week, I wasn't happy. Not much in the way of restaurants around, laundry facilities etc, however I found as a 1/2 night hotel it was basically faultless. Rooms were excellent, and I had several very good meals at the restaurant downstairs. Compliments to the kitchen, the steak was awesome. A great stay.

I'm here on an extended stay and can I say how happy I am that I chose this place. The service is fantastic, the rooms nice and clean exactly as advertised. The best part however is I just had the best steak I've ever had at their downstairs restaurant. Would definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay, rooms were great, bathroom door was only a slider so had a gap and did not close properly. Friendly helpful staff. Loved the pool table and bar downstairs. Overall will definately stay again. 👍

Great location with the airport next door! You definitely pay for that luxury though!!! The rooms are modern and clean. The beds are very comfy but it’s a lot of money for what you get. We stayed for the convenience of an early morning flight with the kids. It would be lovely if they had more affordable rooms for families.

We hosted our work event and highly recommend for any work function. The service and staff were amazing and professional. From a personal perspective staying close to the airport was a bonus but we did not expect it to be this good. Also the accommodation was very clean and the room was so quiet. Highly recommend - worth the stay!!!

Handy if you have a late flight into Adelaide. Location is great you don't even have to go outside of airport. All under cover. A bit over priced considering you don't even get bathrobes, but you pay for the location. Very basic, but funky modern, bright, rooms with yellow being predominate. Pleasant service

We flew home from Carrapateena mine. And thought it'd be great just to sit down and share drinks together. The ladies at the bar were friendly and helpful. It was a clean and comfortable place to sit and relax. The chairs were comfortable to sit in. It was nice to be able to take it easy there. I recommend going to the airport earlier, so you can relax with a drink before your flight. Or stay a little longer on the return to have a drink. You won't be disappointed.

Stayed here four nights with my daughter. Can’t recommend highly enough. Staff are fabulous, rooms are really comfortable and servicing was excellent. The Restaurant - wow, superb! Best salmon and the steamed veg 🌟- to perfection - I’ve had anywhere.😍🙏😁

Good hot water, comfortable beds and the location was perfect for an early morning flight. Dinner in their restaurant was also delicious. Pork with mashed sweet potato and baby pears was different but so yummy.

Great rooms and the service were great. Ordered room service and the food was lovely. Ultra convenient location for my early flight in the morning. Pillows could use replacing tho as they were flat and lumpy which was a shame as the bed was super comfy.

Cant get any closer to Adelaide airport than the Atura. Rooms are modern and stylish with an aviation theme. Food is hotel priced , but quality to match. Bar has a great variety of beverages, and staff are very helpful to your needs. Great for an overnight stay to catch an early flight. JP

Cosy little room perfect for a 1 night stay. Had all the mod cons and felt like home. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Very conveniently located at Adelaide airport and an easy walk from the baggage claim to the entrance.

As convenient as it gets. Probably a 2 min walk if that, once your out of the terminal. There’s also access through the terminal as well. Reception staff are polite and friendly. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained. The detail is quirky and subtly appealing. Great views of the city at night from the back rooms. Noise of the planes is not so noticeable. Quite pleasant watching them ascend. Would stay again.

This hotel is stunning! The rooms are spacious and comfy, the beds are king & extremely comfortable, the restaurant is inviting and well thought out. The food…. Was cooked with absolute perfection, looks amazing and the steak was juicy the chicken was moist and delicious… breakfast wasn’t just as amazing! Thank you for your hospitality Atura Adelaide

Hotel staff lovely, reception as nice as they can but definitely need to have a conversation or two in regard to the car parks. Stayed for 7 days with parking included and was told by one staff member car park cards were valid for 72 hours only. When that ran out to comeback and renew. Came back to renew and another staff said that’s incorrect and proceeded ded to tell me I needed to pay for more parking etc.. back and forth and was finally handed another card. Very confusing and frustrating however lovely hotel and very comfortable beds. Thank you

Nice, clean and tidy rooms with a great view. My family had pancakes and big breakfast and we enjoyed it so much. So far the best pancakes I've ever had in my life. I could tell they were freshly made. Loved the caramelised banana on the top. presented very nicely. We will definitely be back.
