avoid
at
all
costs
if
you
want
a
consistent
&
pleasant
experience.
i
have
been
here
four
separate
times
now
due
to
ease
&
paid
anniversaries/holidays
-
this
is
the
closest
hotel
to
me
&
is
one
of
the
only
ones
that
has
spas
(which
is
the
primary
reason
i
use
hotels).
3
out
of
4
times
the
wifi
that
is
‘provided’
with
the
rooms
has
not
worked,
despite
only
ever
booking
the
two
most
expensive
rooms
you
can
get
here.
last
time
there
was
a
fire
alarm
that
went
off
that
they
failed
to
clarify
was
a
false
alarm
-
not
very
peaceful
or
relaxing
at
all,
and
incredibly
inconsiderate
to
fail
to
inform
the
people
staying
in
your
hotel
it’s
a
false
alarm
(i
only
found
out
after
stumbling
out
barely
dressed
into
the
hallway
&
heading
down
to
reception).
there
is
a
50/50
chance
you
will
have
cleaners
randomly
barge
into
your
room,
&
if
you
complain,
managers
will
rudely
ask
if
you’ve
ever
attended
a
hotel
despite
failing
to
understand
that
their
own
cleaning
is
wildly
inconsistent.
the
cleaners
do
not
even
clean
well
-
stains
&
dark
marks
on
the
wall,
this
last
room
i
was
in
had
GUM
ON
THE
WALL
when
we
first
entered.
they
‘automatically’
keep
doors
locked
that
you
have
to
request
the
key
for
-
even
though
you’ve
paid
for
(presumably,
you’d
like
to
hope)
access
to
the
whole
room?
terrible,
rude
service
who
will
try
to
justify
their
own
inconsistencies.
which
one
is
it?
do
the
cleaners
automatically
come
in
every
day
or
do
they
not?
&
if
they
do,
why
have
they
only
ever
come
in
half
the
time?
&
if
they
don’t,
why
do
they
barge
in,
see
bags
everywhere
&
still
clean,
before
claiming
they
‘didn’t
realise
anyone
was
still
in
the
room’
when
questioned?
this
is
the
last
time
i
will
be
coming
here
unless
Arkaba
can
figure
out
the
ways
in
which
they
wish
to
run
a
hotel.
the
location
is
great,
but
the
management
&
pretty
much
everything
else
about
it
is,
frankly,
abysmal.
