Beautiful atmosphere and lots of space to sit and work both inside and outside. Highly recommended for work/study. Their wifi was really good too. Drinks and food seem great too.

This is a chic coffee lounge that serves the best caffeinated beverages. One can come alone to work or catch up with friends. They serve baked breakfast goods as well as toasts, sandwiches and flat breads. Love the ham and cheese croissant, salmon cucumber toast and the prosciutto flatbread here. They also have a savory smoked salmon pizzeta. This is nice place to sip wine later in the day.

Everything was quite good, although somewhat expectably given the cost is more than typical. The nitro cold-brew coffee was strong smooth and delightful. The Chai with lavender was nicely spicy but still the subtle flavor shined through. Ham and cheese Cresent was the most interesting I've had given the lightly sweet coating and contrasting accent of the bite from a bit of cheese melted on top (parmesan or similar). The chicken salad sandwich from the fridge was a nice showcasing of the amazing texture of the ciabatta (very bland in a good way ; ) and the quality side-greens similarly a showcase for the heirloom tomatoes. Pretty bust there, but they keep it moving well. I took it on the go for timing, but it would be a nice place to sit a while especially if I had someone special to do that with. 😪 😉 😂

A nice atmosphere, though not the most serene place or restful place for a coffee shop. It's somewhere between a restaurant and a coffee shop and it's location in the middle of town doesn't help to make it super clear. The food was fine, but for the cost I expected fresher ingredients and a better taste. The Eggs Benedict and Breakfast Burritos didn't taste particularly special. The Mediterranean Flatbread was nice but the avocados were really rough and undercooked. The first set of utensils I received were clearly unwashed, and I had to get a new set. The drip coffee I ordered had no strength or aroma. It was shockingly bland. Perhaps I had a poor experience. But for these three items and a coffee priced at over $60, I expected much more.

Unique decor, excellent service. Though gets very busy and crowded so not the place if you're looking for some quiet time. The coffee is more roasted / bitter than my liking but otherwise it was made quite well.

Parking isn’t the best, have to look for street parking on a one-way street. Expect hipster coffee shop pricing (overpriced but the stuff here is quality and unique). There are several nice seating options either inside or outside. I have only sat outside cause the weather was always so nice (but inside is cute too)! Ordered a lot this time around. They have so much to choose from! There is a bakery window inside and a refrigerated section inside as well (where I love their overnight oats and got those). My friend treated me to their Cardamom Oat Latte (delicious and you can def taste the spices), Prosciutto Flatbread (SO delicious), Overnight Oats (sooo yummy and love the coconut and tapioca mix), and Blueberry crumble (that one was eh. The texture was jelly more than crumbly). The waiter was nice but he forgot to bring us extra plates. It is nice though to not have to clean up and we can leave the dishes on the table.

This is a great place to get a quick coffee. The food is great too! They are always busy. I've had great service here both times I've been. I would say it's above average service.

Tried their charcoal vanilla latte, thought it was good but the taste wasn’t that much special. I love their interior design, although the space could be a bit crowded. There are some outlets for those who want to come work here. Overall, I would give it a 4 out of 5

A solid coffee spot with excellent interior decor and an excellent wine selection too. I ordered their chilaquiles, a flat white with almond milk and their over night oats. The chilaquiles was probably one of the best I’ve ever tried. It was perfectly crispy and flavored/seasoned just right. The coffee was the perfect temperature and flavor was on point. The overnight oats really delicious and I almost ordered another cup. I highly recommend all three. Their cold brew Vietnamese coffee was a great pick me up that I highly recommend. I’d definitely come back again to try their other coffee drinks and menu items.

This place is like a hidden gem. If I live in the area, I will come visit this place frequently. It doesn't tell you much looking from the outside though, the interior is very inviting. It has high ceiling and a few tables for dine in customers. The decoration is very classy. I didn't order a lot during my visit. The coffee and pastries are good. The prices of this coffee are on the high end.

I generally like to seek out new and independent coffee shops when I’m in different areas. While the polished and posh aesthetic of Republik wouldn’t normally attract me, it’s drink menu was enticing enough for me to drop in and check it out. Little did I know their coffee and much more, was worth the stop! The coffee, a latte of cardamom and coconut, was delicious and well balanced. My friend’s vanilla latte similarly tasty. What’s more is that they offer an array of food items as well, way too many for anyone to try in a few visits, but all equally interesting. With a wall of pastries that look like you would only find on your favorite travel shows; a nice selection of wines in a corner wall; and some quick bites along the counter that we couldn’t pass up. For example, a ham and cheese croissant sandwich might sound basic, but these were way different than your typical gas station sammie. This was a nice flaky pastry with honey and cheesy melted on top and ham that was definitely not from your local Oscar. What’s more is that while I’m not vegan, my chemistry isn’t fond of dairy so I was pleased to find a decent selection of vegan options like the aforementioned drinks as well as some food items. The Blueberry Crumble was the perfect touch to a nice lunch. I can only review based on what I had and what I experienced on this one particular day. But it was enough for me to remember it anytime I cruise through Pasadena.

I tried their black vanilla latte and it has a very interesting taste. Turns out that it has unique texture in the latte because they mixed charcoal with it, it's good for your body! I'd love to try their matcha latte next time, their vanilla latte is good but maybe the texture is not for me. I prefer charcoal that is more enhanced and non-texture, but it's hard to make that. Parking is hit or miss, there's a 1 hr free parking on the street.

Find this place while looking for a coffee shop. Very nice coffee shop but I feel it is too crowded. There is not much space between your table and the next. I just don't feel comfortable eating or drinking inside. Service is good and the coffee is also good. For Vietnamese coffee, it is not as strong as the regular ones from vietnamese restaurants. The shop also serves breakfast plate which looks yummy but we didn't order them. Maybe next time.

Who doesn't love a solid brunch spot? Republik Coffee is as solid as it gets. It has good food, good coffee, and a good ambiance, which makes it a great hang out spot. There's always a long line that never seems to go away so finding a seat might be a little difficult. My wife and I shared a breakfast burrito, an almond danish, and a hazelnut cappuccino. It's not a large breakfast burrito, but I felt like all off the ingredients were good quality. The danish was good, but a little overpriced, and the cappuccino was solid as well.

Their toasts are delightful and overall breakfast items. They’re actually much more filling than expected. The lattes are very tasty but very sweet so I would definitely ask to limit the sweetness. Parking is difficult- if you can’t park directly in front of the cafe, I’d just keep going down on Green St. Dog friendly- 5/5: very dog friendly. A lot of outdoor seating.

I visited Pasadena and came across Republik Coffee Lounge. I wanted a dark roast coffee, so I decided to try their Vietnamese Cold Brew. I must say that it was robust and bold as I wanted it to be. I am definitely coming back when I visit LA.

Very quaint coffee shop-great for an Instagram worthy brunch date with some really quality coffee. I had the charcoal coffee and really enjoyed it! I like my coffee generally on the sweeter side, but this was just sweet enough that even my mom who likes her coffee strong, approved. My sister tried the cardamom and it was a wonderful blend of spices-kind of like if chai tea had a coffee baby. We were all happy with our choices as this was a post Mother’s Day brunch for my mom. So we were happy to spend a little extra for the experience and celebration, but for coming on a regular day, this place was a little pricey. For myself, my mom and my sister, we each had one drink and one item to eat and our bill was almost $80. Kinda crazy for a coffee shop. I took off a star because the seating was a free for all, so if you come during a busy morning like we did, you have to kind of hover and grab someone’s table as they leave. This means no one will be cleaning your table before you can sit. The servers were nice, the food was fresh, but between the price and the the seating, I had to take off a star and probably won’t be coming back until I have someone visiting and want a nice coffee experience for them. This is definitely more of a treat in my book.

Ambiance: Love the mood and energy they have created with their space. So many wonderful details. It gives off a warm and inviting vibes. Definitely a space I would want to spend time. Service: Friendly and helpful staff. They explained the menu items and gave recommendations that turned out to be just right for me. Food: Beautiful presentation with taste and flavor to back it up. I was very impressed with the French toast served as two thick slices, topped with fresh fruit, a delicious whipped spiced topping and a subtle syrup. It went perfect with the savory Asada Avocado toast. Best of both worlds. The toast should be salted to your preference. It doesn't come overly salted which gives you room to add more or go with less, whichever you prefer.

One of my favorite local coffee cafes. Their menu is perfect for Southern California tastes and they take pride in their Armenian roots, which I feel helps them stand out in a crowded area. My go to is the sea salt cappuccino and avocado toast. Even as a Gen-Xer I got to hand it to them, their toast is the bomb. Coffee portion could be bigger for the price but it’s tasty. Unfortunately like a lot of popular places, there’s just no parking. It’s a walkable neighborhood and it’s very safe but if you’re in Pasadena, it’s just hard to park on a one way street to get to here. Come during quieter hours in the AM, expect a long wait if you arrive closer to noon but it’ll be worth it.

My favorite coffee and breakfast spot in Pasadena. They have a great selection of coffee- from the usual suspects of macchiato, cortado, cappuccino to the unusual - charcoal latte is my favorite. They also have great food for both breakfast and lunch.
