I've been here multiple times. Rarely have I gotten good service. The vast majority of the time it's hard to get a waitress to the table. When we do it usually comes with quite a bit of attitude unless there are other men with us. The staff here has the energy of strip club staff. The girls rely on looks rather than customer service. And the food is just ok. Love a pretty face but i could do without it if the service I receive is going to suffer as a result. there was a waitress who was nice enough to let us switch and took care of us without attitude. She was awesome but I shouldn't have to hunt down our own waitress just to get halfway decent service. I'll just go to twin peaks next time. Pretty women AND good service. Can't beat it. The one star goes to the DJ. He was the only one actually doing his job right.

This was our first time visiting this location our waitress was great...the food..not so much. We ordered the bomb poppers. It came out aesthetically pleasing on a sizzling hot plate but the lack of jalapeno (there was only a small sliver on it's back) left it with no real flavor. I ordered the gung ho and the bread wasn't completely toasted which kinda threw off the whole burger for me. Overall for what I paid I expected a lot better food. Maybe they were just having a bad day 🤷‍♀️

Overall, great spot! The restaurant was spacious with outdoor, indoor, booth, and bar seating options. Waitresses were overall friendly and attentive. There is a live DJ at nights and sports playing on the TV. The nachos were fairly portioned and tasted like your average bar food. Not a bad spot to relax with friends in the evening!

It was our first time here and we loved it. The food was delicious. We had great service, always kept checking on us. The kids enjoyed themselves with the music and the tvs all around the place. Will definitely be back.

Fun when your watching games. The service could be better for sure but it's a crowed place so it's understandable. Family place before 6pm after that would recommend taking kids out there but over all it's chill place

We were seated at our yable quickly but nobody came to wait on us. Servers walked by our table and said nothing. There sere several girls seated behind the hostes stand playing on their phones. After about 15 minutes we walked out and nobody asked why we were leaving or anything. Will not be back.

New waitress this visit but she did good. We ordered an appetizer but it was brought out with the main course. That was disappointing. I little more training will go a long way. Food was hot and flavorful.

This chain has gotten progressively worse over the past 2.5 years. It’s Saturday afternoon (5PM-September 9, 2023) and I decided to visit the Gulf Fwy location only to be seated somewhere I asked to “NOT” be seated and waited for fifteen minutes before deciding to leave because none of the servers were “serving”. There were probably a total of 10 customers, all sitting at the bar, and just as many servers lounging around doing nothing while I was waiting to be tended to. When I decide to leave I noticed everyone was on their phones not too seemingly worried about customer service. This occurrence is becoming commonplace with this chain as I had the very same experience at the southwest fwy location in Sharpstown. This “used” to be one of my favorite chains to frequent for food and the sports atmosphere but it’s becoming more like a daycare with inattentive and immature staff who don’t understand the meaning of work ethic smh

The setup inside was nice . Tv at every booth. Nachos was unique and good . Also the drinks were good. Big portions. Good pricing. The sweet and spicy wings were good. On the other hand the Buffalo wings were not that good nor the salad. In addition shrimp that was inside the pasta tasted like it wasn’t washed properly but I def Will go again and again if invited.

We ate the nachos everytime here. I suggest the cheese sauce they make it thicker. The nachos are ok, but they can be improved. I rate the nachos 1 out of 10 (6) star The wings today where on point. They brought them out while they were hot 🔥 fresh out the kitchen. Remember to ask for extra wet so you'll get extra sauce. We sat in the patio. 10mn amd no service. You have to go to the Host to get service. 6 girls all looked at us and passed us up for 10mn. Obviously you would think one of them would be smart enough to say " Hey Guys, you have to check in at the lobby " Anyways it's a good spot. 👍 I really like it because they have the tables spread out amd there's alot of room. Not crowded atmosphere.

First time here. I ordered a pearl harbor burger, which comes with fries on the side, and asked to substitute the fries for sweet potato fries. My order comes, no sweet potato fries. Just the normal variety that comes with the meal. No problem, it was loud, I figured the waitress didn't hear me. I ate my meal, GREAT food, and got the bill. The sweet potato fries were charged on it. I asked for the charge to be taken off. That's all. I get the bill back and find a much higher charge for normal fries. The waitress Irma had decided to tack that on for a side that comes with the burger. I can't imagine why. I checked at the front; normal fries are included in the price. I won't be going back to a restaurant that rips me off.

You shouldn't have young girls behind the bar, they're on the phone, don't make eye contact, they don't want to be there, it's like they don't care to make more money in tips... You're losing business, we ended up leaving to another spot after an hour of getting there, tab was only $60, drove to chilos and spent $140 in less of an hour because the bar tenders were grown women and are there to make money, they're not on their phones ignoring customers. We normally have a good time at bombs, but today's crew 1/29/23 at 6pm was the worst.

Ever time I come in, Manager Ben is always welcoming and makes sure we have a good time. Service and food is always great. My favorite thing on the menu is the Pearl Harbor burger but everything I’ve tried has been good. Today I got the cheese fries and they were tasty to go with a cold beer.

Great location, me and my buddies came through after work and sat outside. There was live music but also a community cultural gathering right outside that was fun to watch. Michelle took care of us and she kept drinks filled and was great with suggestive selling! Will be returning

Definitely will be back, wings were good, drinks were strong and we stayed a lot longer than we typically stay at restaurants. good vibes for fun but also to eat! Michelle was our server and she was great at explaining, revisiting and making sure we were having a good time.

Really loved the service and the food. Our server, Kira, was very attentive and helpful. It was busy but she still offered world class service. Definitely would come back. Highly recommend the burgers!

It was my first time to bombshells. I went with a friend who had been before, but not at this location. The menu consisted of Americana style food and drinks. The service, was scantily clad in standard uniforms of deep cut blouses and miniskirts. I ordered a burger that came with fries, and the portion size of the hamburger was expected and the toppings of lettuce tomato were scarce. The Patty itself was cooked as desired and quite meaty. The service on the other hand, was almost non-existent. It took quite a bit of time for a server to arrive to the table to take our order. Once we received our food our server came back shortly to check on us and then completely disappeared. When we were complete we waited for close to 10 minutes to find her only to find her sitting at the hostess table. Overall the experience was okay, it will be highly unlikely if I return again.

The food was great I came in one day just looking to get a small bite to eat and my waitress Whitney was so pleasent and our experience was great. She was timely and made sure our items came out right and we didn’t wait too long for the food either. Would definitely come back and I’m not even a sports bar type of person

This place around 11-2 is jumping! Lit music, good food and some tasty eye candy. Me and some buddies met up for the fight and had a blast with Michelle. She was frequent with keeping our drinks filled and always in eyeshot. Definitely recommend

Awesome service the food was fresh and delicious. We went there on veterans Day which is always nice because the veteran gets their meal for free and the rest of your party receives 20 percent off their plate. I had the ribs and they are so delicious you can't go wrong the meat just falls off the bone 🦴. Thank you bombshell for your support and for the great food and service you provide.

It was my birthday. It was wonderful. It is also the last Place my old son was. Before he passed away, he died in a motorcycle accident on the freeway in front of bombshell 2019. So I wanted to come the place he was in. Before he passed. Wonderful place.

We came for Vetrans Day. Our 1st time here. The staff are amazing friendly. They had a free meal for Veterans and 20% off for the family. This is amazing. They put on a TV for my husband's college football team so he could watch it 🫨. The food was delicious! We had the salmon, we've never had such fantastic bar food. The atmosphere is chill and if you love sports lots of tvs. We will be back.

We had a great experience here thanks to our server Whitney. She was so professional, gave great recommendations for food and drinks. She was constantly checking on our table making sure we was good and had everything we needed. Just wanted to say she made the experience well worth it. We most definitely will come back and ask for her as our server.

Ordered a chicken fried steak....probably should have avoided getting that just a smashed up burger patty and deep fried... first server sounded and looked very confused at what we Order either didn't know the menu or had trouble understanding English then she forgot to take the other from the Main person who we had gone with for his Batchelor party..second server was amazing way better than the first one. I'll have to think about returning any time soon .....also if you're handicap ♿️ get there early cause people like to park and block the Handicap access ramps .

Not a bad seat in the house a tv where every place you looked, waitress staff was friendly and inviting, food wasn't that great but very pricey. The traditional wings weren't that great I wouldn't recommend the tajin lime rub or the parm garlic, most the other sauces were good. If your looking for some eye candy this place has it.

Friendly servers. The menu has fun names for the food. Food is delicious. Military friendly.

If I could leave 0 STARS I WOULD! We have 2 toddlers. We waited 20 minutes for our drink orders and appetizers, and then waited an hr just to get our food order taken, the waitresses were ALL either sitting at customers tables or they were huddled up at the front door entrance. We asked for the MANAGER and instead they sent us our waitress. We kept waving at them to get there attention and they just smiled😒 not ever going back. Do not waste your time here.

The only issues is if you need the handicap spaces they are always double parked and full. The establishment will tell the employee that's parked there to move but other wise they won't bother. Great service otherwise.

The service was extremely slow. I sat at a table next to the bar And watched as the drinks at my table were ordered would sit on the bar mat for 10+ mins before being brought to us. No one likes a warm beer. I've also noticed the receipts only have a Total amount for the bill, it's not itemized. Doesn't tell you what you ordered and how much for each. I dont like that as they could add secret charges and/or taxes. And if they aren't doing that, I strongly recommend they update that system. For those reasons I won't be back.

I have been coming here for about 2 years now. The food is good, beer is nice and cold, mix drinks are OK, the waitresses are also OK. Not a bad spot to just chill with a group friends.

This was our first time at the facility. When I walked in there was five people standing up front talking on their cell phones and talking amongst themselves. We sat on one side of the bar and on the other side of the bar appear to be regulars. The girl that was walking back and forth behind the bar was more concerned with her regulars than the two of us and then eventually a third person. The food is pricey for what you get but it is decent food. I've gotten the same food with better service for Less.

Food was great. Stinger sauce (spicy lemon pepper) is amazing. Prices were within reason. 40 plus screens but only 3 channels showing. Only 20 people in @ 1800 on a Monday night. Although plenty if eye candy service was only average...
