Fantastic service and delicious, authentic food. We had a great time for my sister’s 45th birthday. They even sang a song for her. But when she made a wish, the candle didn’t understand her — being Malaysian and all.

Pro Meats are very soft and chewy. Food are very tasty and delicious. Customer service is good Con Waiting list and wait time long due to popularity Price may be a little bit higher than average Food may be a bit spicy due to pepper for adolescent Overall, it is worth to eat here with the wait because of the excellent food. You won’t be disappointed.

Malaysian cuisine at it's finest, great atmosphere and friendly service. Great attention to details, like adding banana leaves to even the carry out is the real deal.

There used to be a Belecan nearby in Torrance. Now I travel to Tustin whenever I have a craving for Malaysian cuisine. Well worth the trip. Delicious 🤤

This is it!! As a Malaysian, I can say that their food are considered very authentic. Top two Malaysian food I had tried in the USA (I like to look for Malaysian food when I go to a new city). I am really glad that this is only 1.5 hrs away from my home. Wat Tan hot, Laksa, mamak mee goreng and of course roti canai!! Wonderful atmosphere and service on top of that. We asked and learned that the chef is from Ipoh (food city in Malaysia), no wonder!! Highly recommend!

They're chicken satay is the best in the world. And there are other spices and dishes that are Malaysian influence that are delightful. A nice place for something different and novel that is reasonably an appropriately priced

Love this place as it’s food I grew up with. The staff is very friendly and cares. So make a reservation as it gets busy especially during the weekends.

Awesome food. Must try. I was really craving some authentic Malaysian food and this is the closest one to San Diego. I drove an hour to try the food and this is something that I plan to do regularly in future. Murtabak is good, very meaty. The specialty drinks are must try like Rambutan ice, Lychee ice or the Teh Tarik. Daging Kecap Manis was too good. I am sure all the menu is good. Everything we tried were delicious. The place gets busy, very busy. Book ahead of time.

We wanted to try Zov's Bistro and found this restaurant next to it and packed of people. I smelled all the delicious food and was surprised that yelp never recommended this restaurant in Tustin. We ended up changing our mind to give it a try since I have never tried Malaysia cuisine and love trying something new. We ordered calamari, crab rangoon, and a cup of hot and sour soup as appetizers. It was the best fried calamari we ever had, super flavorful and crispy good quality calamari. It was not over breaded or double fried like a lot of fried calamari from other restaurants. Also the best fresh hot and sour soup I have ever had, the peppers the egg and the vinegar just exactly the right portion. The rangoons were basic with fake crab, but a good portion at a great price. For entrees, we ordered Beef Rendang and the seafood clay pot curry with coconut rice & chiken rice. You can choose normal steam rice, brown rice, coconut rice and chicken rice. OMG, the coconut rice is like a dessert, smell delicious and it is such a great taste. Seafood clay pot is sooooooo good with fish, scallop, tofu, bunch of veggies and eggplant all in a spicy and savory broth. The beef rendang is soft, flavorful, and great quality. The curry spices used perfectly complimented the meat without overpowering it. It you want to try extremely good Malaysia food!! Definitely give this place a try.

I love Malaysian food and have been wanting to come here for awhile. During our visit only half the restaurant was open to guests. They had a nice flow of people coming and going. We were fortunate to not have to wait. Service was great and so was the food. We ordered the… Nasi Lemak - better here than most places I’ve tried. Their spicy sambal is really the star. Elevates the dish. We asked for extra on the side and added it to everything. Char Kway Teow- big portion, nicely flavored, and noodles were cooked perfectly chewy. Curry Laksa - also big portion. Noodles were a little soft for my preference and the broth was slightly bland. Looked jammed packed with flavor but was on the milder side. Roti - delicious! Half Hainan Chicken - moist and soft three sauces. We were full off everything else so we took this home.

Most of the dishes taste good, including the curry seafood and the kankung vegetables. The hai nan chicken is ok. We ordered for to go and the dishes were packaged very well so they would not spilled out even during driving a car.

I’m a huge fan of Malaysian food. When I lived in Japan, I would fly to KL just to eat. I’m sorry, but the food here is just so-so. I’ve had takeout from here and it was half-decent, so today I went to dine in, hoping it would be better. I had the Chicken Rendang lunch special. The chicken was too tough (overcooked?) and mostly bone, with very little meat. The soup they give you is that typical American hot & sour soup (not even a real 酸辣湯), and the “salad” is some of those fried noodles (from a can?).

A really great place for Malaysian and Chinese fusion cuisine. The food was really great but it was a bit on the pricey side. Also it was a chilly evening and we were oddly seated outside without any heaters. Other than that 10/10 would recommend!

I ordered these on UberEats and the food was fantastic! Lots of noodle on the Laksa which was spicy (medium). The Nasi Lemak has a great combination of all good stuff from the rice to the spicy anchovy! The shrimps on Char Kway Teow are yummy! Would definitely come back to taste these authentic Malay food.

This is my first time here. I don’t know if the service is usually this slow or if it’s just the Friday rush. The Roti chanai was good. I got the Indian style noodles and it was OK. The vegetable fried rice I got with okra is delicious. IMO, the fried rice is a must try. White rice with coconut chicken curry is pretty good. I did the patio seating and the waiters set up the patio heaters when I asked them.

My husband lived in Malaysia for 2 years. He struggles to find the foods that he loved when he lived there. This place took him right back to Malaysia! Amazing food! We don’t live near by but will definitely be traveling here more. Worth the drive for sure!

Food is very delicious with a kick of spice! Service was great the only thing was that they took long to serve us our main dish but well worth the wait! Great looking restaurant and people and staff were nice! Overall great place to eat Malaysian food!

Front rank of atmosphere for party with friends. The food is amazing in quantity, but the real Malaysian flavor or not depends on what you order. For example, the curry chicken I ordered is 100 percent genuine as the Malaysian flavor standard. But, Shrimp sauce water spinach is a little bit spicy even I can eat spicy food very well. The sambal shrimp had a flavor of sour sweet. Nevertheless, the restaurant reserves a visit.

Been in the area after many years and went to try out lunch with few friends. We all liked the food, ambiance and the service we received. Roti canai and seafood curry was exceptional during our visit. One of the best restaurants serving Malaysian cuisine!

This is a good place to try southeastern Asia food. Of course it cannot compare to Hawker center in Singapore, but it is okay enough. Service is great. All the waiters is very helpful. I would recommend chicken satay and Gado Gado. Price is decent too.
