    The coaches (Bronson, Jamie, Mary and Nichole) are very friendly and accommodating. They are super helpful with technique and find scalable options for all levels of fitness.The classes really make you sweat, with a lot of variety and core exercises as well as interesting variations. I have seen huge progress during my training here within few months, particularly in strength and mobility. This is one awesome community of athletes.I HIGHLY recommend Ellicott City Health and Fitness as the BEST CROSSFIT IN Ellicott City!

    I've been coming to Crossfit PCR for over six months, and I have enjoyed it immensely. It's a fun, relaxed environment. The coaches offer great instruction every day, and encourage us to meet our goals. It's a great community of people striving to work hard and get stronger. I've never felt better about my fitness than I do now. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a change of pace from the regular gym!

    My GF and I dropped in 3 times during holidays for Crossfit classes. We tried many Crossfit boxes during our USA trip and this one was our favorite. Very welcoming, great community, really good coaching and advices to improve our movements and our performances. I highly recommand that box if you want start Crossfit or be better at it. We definitely will come back for our next trip around Maryland.

    This gym is an amazing place. Everyone works at their own pace and to their fitness level but also appropriately pushed to improve either by adding additional reps or weight. They are super aware and cautious if you have any type of injury or surgery in the past. They tailor to YOUR individual needs. Personal trainers here are the BEST!!!! Even though not at my goal weight I am stronger and getting stronger everyday. I am more aware of my body like when sitting at my computer I am sitting up taller and using my core. This really is THE HAPPY GYM!!!! Thank you Kim, Marc, Megan, Eric, Michael, Cole Train for the support and help. I feel I will reach my goals because of this wonderful place.

    Awesome gym and coaches. Very motivating team. The app that they use for the work outs is great and you keep a track of your work outs. There are classes all throughout the day so that helps, if you miss a class you can always join a later one. I haven't worked on weekends but the gym has some sessions over the weekend too. The "Hero" workouts are crazy but fun.

    I love this gym and the crew here. The workouts are challenging and fun and keeps me eager and excited to go workout as much as possible. The coaches are considerate and work with me in spite of my limitations and health issues. I feel like they have become a family I love exercising with. In addition to all the supportive coaches, the other patrons are equally supportive and inspiring. I love it here and intend to stay on for a long long time!

    Both my daughter (13) and I (48) are Crossfit members here. Amazing place to workout and make lots of friends. They foster a super positive, encouraging environment, and they really help you zero in on your personal fitness and nutrition goals. Trainers are knowledgeable and make the workouts a lot of fun. I give it my highest recommendation.

    Great people that are dedicated and enthusiastic about helping each person achieve their goals in a way that is safe and effective. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful. And while the workouts are challenging (as any "workout" should be or it's not really a "workout") the coaches encourage, correct your form, or provide a variety of alternative moves so you can fully participate. It doesn't matter what your fitness level is coming in, but I've seen improvement in just one month. Very pleased and I highly recommended ECHF!

    My CrossFit experience spans over three years at three different gyms in two different states. The coaches at CrossFit PCR have been some of the best coaches I've worked with to date. They are extremely friendly and focused on athlete performance and form. Since joining PCR I've personally broken 2 PRs both of which I had no intention of breaking that soon. As one of the few inaugural members that had experience with CrossFit when the gym first opened, I can say I'm amazed with how fast the new members improved in under 6 months. If you're looking to get into CrossFit I would highly recommend joining PCR, you won't be disappointed with the results you see after just a couple of months.

    Kim & the Staff here are extremely accommodating and flexible. I dropped in here a few times over a span of a couple months and they were always very welcoming. They did a really nice of job of warm-ups/cool downs for every workout, so I always felt like my body was prepared. Very knowledgeable and provided helpful advice for exercises/movements. Just an overall great experience!

    I signed up to do their 16 week bootcamp. I enjoyed it and the people were great, but the reason for the one star is because my account was sent to collections after I completed the 16 week bootcamp. My credit card was stolen in January after I paid for the last 4 weeks of training. Getting a hold of the billing people is nearly impossible, so I simply walked away after my 16 weeks. Apparently CrossFit PCR uses small print that says I have to give someone my new billing information, but I tried that. I also tried calling the billing company back and they never returned my call. Now they sent me to collections for nearly $500 worth of gym time that I never signed up for, or used. Why do gyms have to use small print and why do they have to make it even more difficult to cancel your membership? They have record of who attends classes and who doesn't and I didn't attend any training post the bootcamp class.

    I’ve dropped in a handful of times at this gym and every time has been great! The coaches/members are welcoming and it’s always a great workout. As often as I am in town, I will continue to come back!

    Been a member going on three years now and coach for about a year. Only good things come to mind when I talk about PCR to my friends or family. If its about the coaching, programming, atmosphere or the other members. There is a great comradery amongst the staff and members. My favorite thing about PCR is the programming. PCR uses a progressive programming which uses strength and skill progressions to engage athletes during the progression process. If you stick to the programming and give it a chance you will be amazed at the results that could come. Come in and give it looksee, you wont be disappointed.

    The instructors are very good and detailed in giving direction. The workouts are challenging and there is a good sense of community.
