Bad management. Very difficult to communicate with. They even limit the colors you can paint your house even if they just brought in a brand new one with the same colors. Very picky about the smallest things and make it hard for you to sell your house in the future. They also consistently raise your rent.

Pretty calm and clean place to live. I like it. Rules are pretty strict and facility hours could be a little more flexible. Rent does go up but goes up everywhere. Still cheaper than renting and apartment or buying a house. If you keep your space neat they don't bother you.

Park has declined in the last couple of years. There are no speed limits or noise limits. Boom boxes and souped up cars make the streets dangerous and rattle windows. Manager disinterested in rectifying complaints and makes lots of excuses.

I just want to say that my family has had a very positive experience living at Wildwood, and management has been very helpful to us. I can't speak to what others say they have experienced, but only know my own, which has been very good. The park is peaceful and quiet. I can also walk through it at night for exercise up and down the hills with no fear for my safety. It is a beautiful place.

Pretty but rundown grounds. Some of the units were newer and nice, others were kind of shabby, which affected the overall ambiance of the property. It's the sort of place you'd expect to go visit grandma.

The view was amazing and even though I was working the whole time I was there I was still able to breathe some of the fresh air....๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜‰

Beautiful, sleepy little Mobile Home Park. Excellent security for those of us who enjoy well monitored Community Living. Probably best kept real estate Secret in Hacienda Heights. Well manicured units in a quiet area with remarkable views of San Gabriel Valley.

Over the last 35 years there has been a decline, but for the most part itโ€™s clean and quiet at Wildwood. The biggest problem is everyone thinks theyโ€™re Jeff Gordon, and fly down the streets like itโ€™s closed circuit. You have to walk or drive to take your trash to the dumpsters. Heaven forbid youโ€™re walking when one of them drive by because you instantly feel like Frogger dodging movement from the passers by like your life depends on it, and they are going fast enough that you are definitely NOT getting a redo. Visiting hours are lame - 10am to 10pm, and security will tow your car. There are places that say visitor parking, but they arenโ€™t, and thatโ€™s how your car gets an expensive game of hide and seek from ASAP Towing. If youโ€™re lucky enough to catch the driver before he leaves with your car, then he will drop it for a fee. There is a dog park, but people walk their dogs just close enough to let their dogs mud butt on the street or parking areas instead. The Sheriff stays out of here unless they are called, which isnโ€™t too often. Security isnโ€™t here 24/7, but be nice to them or they will violate you for every rule they can find, and they are the ones that initiate that game of hide and seek with your car.
