Burnside village is a luxurious large integrated business center in Adelaide. Concentrated on many businesses such as shopping, leisure, catering, entertainment, banking, insurance, pharmacies, books and so on. The environment is very beautiful and the service is great. Both the ground and lower ground parking lots are large. The toilets and Parents (baby) Rooms are also very commendable.

It has been a while back, it's a great shopping centre, with all the glitz and glamour Zara and Camella and more branded stores. In the time of writing seen a construction and cranes suggesting of expansion of the shopping centre.

Mother kindly lead me by hand past Polo Ralph Lauren's shop and the Cibo Espresso coffee shop and all the other highly priced stores in Burnside Village. The Non-compounding Dispensary next to Aesop is there and I can't afford it but they have Channel no 5. Nice. My mother wears that eau de cologne. I was wearing Havana and Very Valentino. Discreetly here and there such as at Calvin Klein Underwear and Tommy Hilfiger. I like to shop for my family and there is Imagine If. YouTube this places' glory vines. They are the living symbol of Burnside Village.

This shopping centre is bright and clean . The underground carpark has lights the let you know if there is an empty park so you don't waste time wandering around. The clothing stores tend to be of reasonable quality to some high end fashions. I Think this place is well worth the shop for the discerning customer.

I had the worst experience shopping at ‘The Village’ this evening and I won’t be returning. To add context to this review; I was in desperate need of a dress to wear on Christmas Day. I had looked online and had an idea of what I was looking for however, I had trouble finding the ‘Gorman’ boutique (it is tucked away and it was easily missed). I went into a few boutiques but couldn’t seem to find anything I liked as it looked different online. It was until I walked into Witchery that I sensed and realised I was being followed by someone, who had “Burnside Village” embroidered on their vest. When she noticed me, she touched a piece of clothing, made eye contact with the retailers and walked out. I felt so embarrassed and I didn’t dare ask to try anything on - had I found something I actually liked. I am absolutely disgusted that I was treated like I was a shop lifter or something of the sort! I couldn’t care less if that’s what she is employed to do. It was so disrespectful and made me feel so self conscious! I don’t think I’ll ever shop at the mall again, I’ll buy online to avoid feeling paranoid that someone is following me and “WARNING” retailers that I’ve entered their boutique.

They call themselves the Fashion capital of SA, so you won’t find run-of-the-mill shops like Target or Kmart. Convenient location, easy parking, food court is not really a food court. Three stars is pushing it, but hopefully management listens.

Besides the construction works and traffic jams to the undercover car parking, What’s there not love here. It’s a prestige shopping mall, with boutique branded stores. The mall is roomy and undercover, with play spaces and benches around the shopping mall. Facilities are kept clean.

Love this shopping hub – Adelaide's cream of the crop! Whether it's customer service or the stores, it never disappoints. Excited to see them expanding – looking forward to a bigger and better shopping experience! Just a heads-up, during the expansion, some parking spots and shops might be unavailable.

A great place to visit whether you want to do some shopping, buy vegetables, or even to kill time. The weekends seem to be busy. This mall has many branded shops, and also an extension that has vegetable, meat, cheese, and food shops. The inside of the mall is beautiful with many pleasant views unlike many other malls I’ve seen in Adelaide. So it’s interesting to visit this place even just to have a walk doing window shopping.

Lacks a bit in the options, but has a major construction of new shopping underway (early 2024). In the mean time there are several cafes, supermarket, chemist, Haigh's chocolate and clothing shops.

Elegant mall has a couple of shops not available anywhere else. Needs good dining options, which I think it will be available soon after finishing the new extension.

There's so much to check out a Burnside Village especially the Village Bakery, with their award winning vanilla slices a cup of coffee. Always a bargain to be found in amongst the designer labels and stores. The shopping centre has many entries and parking around the entire complex, makes it easy getting in and out. With indoor and outdoor dining, it sure is a good place to be.

Haven't been for a while as we live interstate. The new extensions are affecting current retail choices, down somewhat. We will time our next visit when the expansion is complete, sometime around '25 we understand. It will then be a centre that's a 'go to' destination.

Impossible to find anything not made in China. Looking for local artisan gifts. You'd have thought with all the affluence of the area and the prices being paid for imports that you'd find support for locally or Australian made. There are 2 shops that sell some clothes made in Australia.

Wow... I haven't lived in Adelaide for a few years now, and Burnside village has grown up. It's beautiful, with super classy shops. Seriously fancy and well worth a visit!

Easy parking, great selection of shops, a very clean centre Very busy Friday afternoons but the red & green lights are great when looking for a park

My favourite shopping place in Adelaide, lots of items and designs to choose from kids to adults and not very common...food court is very clean too.

Nice mall.... Good range of quality brands like Polo Ralph Lauren, Peter Alexander, Mimco...

Normally I would give it a 5 but the way the current carpark is set up is confusing to navigate. The current construction works have really reduced the parking capacity and made traffic clog up really quickly. I hope it improves dramatically once construction is finished. I would like to really explore the shops there with less stress of finding parking.

Very busy mall, especially around lunchtime. A lot of lovely shops, cafes, and coffee is very nice from wherever you go!

Great shopping centre with a lot of different options for shopping. I go to the Coles here regularly. My only complaint would be the parking situation. I have a toddler and there are a few parent-specific spots, but certainly not enough as they always seems to be full. The regular spaces are so narrow that it’s incredibly difficult to get my kid in and out of his car seat. It would almost be better to remove a space or two to give all of the general spaces a bit more room…

Very well organized shopping center with the best brands in Adelaide. Glass roof top give really good lighting. The car parking is the biggest. Great experience

  • 1/5 Austin S. 8 months ago on Google
If you have a car taller than 2.1m, good luck getting a park. 10/10, would get trapped by low roofs with no warnings and leave without buying anything again.

Don't bother if you haven't car transport. Pedestrian access is very difficult, even crossing at the traffic lights is restricted by the ubiquitous black fences. As for the signage, maps and general information, forget it. Will not return and the site managers should be re-educated on pedestrian traffic. Just a horrible experience. Boo and hiss.

Best place to shop with luxury. Adelaide doesn’t have many places which gives this kind of feel but this is too good. We have one and only one Zara here in this mall.

  • 5/5 David T. 7 months ago on Google
This used to be a great toilet stop for tradies on the road. Everything is clean but access is now almost impossible. Council has restricted parking further.

  • 3/5 Rebecca S. 5 months ago on Google
Limited options in food court area and not really enough seating. Entry to park is difficult even without the construction works. Nice toilet facilities.

A great selection of higher-end fashion clothing stores mixed with some good eateries and grocery options. Always really clean facility, and staff around the centre are really friendly. Quiet-ish and laid out pretty well. Pity about the old gun tree that died :(

Really nice shopping centre to spend my weekend

  • 4/5 Melanie H. 2 years ago on Google
Nice indoor-outdoor shopping centre with just about everything you could need besides a hardware store. It is mostly higher end shopping so if you're looking for bargains, go when the sales are on. Favourite big shop here is Zara. Lots of parking on ground level and undercover parking too. Many entry point. Nice toilets. Clean and organised.

  • 5/5 Flick L. 2 years ago on Google
Great selection of high quality shops. Many are the only store front in Adelaide. Parking can be a bit of a squeeze, but I believe that is being rectified.

Lovely shopping centre. Clean, great atmosphere and a nice variety of shops. It's always very pleasant to be there.

Well presented and clean, shopping facilities for men are scant and outnumbered by women's needs! Disappointing and blatantly skewed towards female shoes, clothing and sundry needs, poor form!

I like the design of this mall. There's nature and plenty of shades for the outdoor spaces. The indoor place looks spacious and luxurious (?).

Haven't been for a few months. Still a nice place to wander about in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Found new boots in Shouz I had been meaning to buy and nice sheet set in bed bath & table. Delightful staff in both shops. Excellent service.

Well located and expanding it seems .Helpful staff. Centre clean , good parking spaces abit narrow possibly. Watch out for the support pillars thoughtfully painted in different colours they dont move as you park. Variety of shops and goods on offer. Check it out worth the visit go early

The toilet block I went to had a very dirty floor it was extremely closed in with very high wash basins. In Zara the change room had fluff and hair on the floor. Eating at Cibo it was hard to find a table which had been cleaned and when I asked for mine to be wiped a very wet cloth was used, no spray and crumbs were flicked onto me. This is supposed to be the premiere shopping Center on SA I will not be wasting my petrol again thank you.

A nice place in Adelaide, if you are looking for a good collection of high-end clothing and accessory stores like Zara and CK. It has some good eateries too.

We dined elsewhere and then had cake and coffee at the Burnside Bakery. Then window shopped plus searched for a new fountain pen. Not discovered but found a variety of stationery to add to the home office.

This place is great chilled place to shop or go to a cafe. Just 5 minutes from the city. Heaps of shops and cafes to choose from. The atmosphere has a chill and relaxed vibe. All the staff seem friendly and ready to help. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Upmarket and modern in design. Plenty of fashion stores to choose from as well as a large Coles and several coffee/lunch options. A lovely place to visit!

I visited Burnside Nails and Spa today. I have been frequenting this nail salon for many years every 2-3 weeks. Over the last few months I have taken a break because I could not afford to get them done, so I saved the money to get special christmas nails. I thought it was the best nail salon in Adelaide and often recommended it to other ladies in need but after my horrendously bad experience there today I will NEVER go back and encourage others to steer clear also!! First of all, along with everyone else, my schedule is jam-packed until Christmas Day and when I booked my appointment with my regular girl I made sure to call to double confirm my appointment as I had to be somewhere straight after. I arrived promptly on time to be told they had double booked and I’d have to wait 30mins at least, I told the owner I had to be somewhere at a certain time then i was told to wait a couple minutes which ended up being 25minutes and she started my nails. From the very beginning of my appointment the nail technician made me feel very uncomfortable and it was clear to me that she did not want to do my nails (I often request designs and pay extra for them). I showed her some pictures of what I wanted and the owner said it would cost $115 which i was happy to pay granted that i got what I wanted. I described what I wanted very clearly but she wasn’t interested and painted them white instead of pink and when I questioned her about it she stated that it’ll look okay because of the nail art she was doing on top. That is irrelevant, I was paying good money for what I asked for and should get what I paid for. She then proceeded to accuse ME of being rude and always complaining which is not the case and told me if I’m going to be like this she won’t do my nails again. I informed her that I would never come back and that she had been rude to me the last visit (where I didn’t say anything at the time) and today. She upset me so much that it literally brought me to tears!! They didn’t even finish my manicure (because I had to get out of there before I broke down completely) and the owner STILL charged me $115!!! I told him with tears in my eyes that I shouldn’t be leaving here crying and being made to feel so bad for wanting what I OVERPAID for and not getting it because his staff don’t know the difference between white and pink and his response was “yea”. I could not believe it. Very unprofessional and the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced!! It’s mind-blowing that a prime establishment like Burnside Village with its impeccable reputation would allow a business like this to operate under their umbrella. I am beyond disappointed and mortified.
