Still waiting for results for a covid test after 96+ hours, tried calling them and couldn't get through to anyone multiple times

Always a warm welcome and fast service here, I've always had blood tests here and they are very professional.

When other covid testing station choose to become booking only, here still trying to test as many people as possible, although it took me 4 hours to line up and almost 4 days for the result to be sent. Thank you for all the hard working and keeping this community safe <3

Absolutely terrible. I arrived at 4:45 and waited until 5 to be seen only to be told because the blood test I needed took 10 mins they refused to do it stating it was 5 already and she wanted to go home. Terrible service considering I had arrived at 4:45. So I have had to go elsewhere for my tests.

Had a covid test done, expected delays but not that bad considering the frontline staff had to work with not much protection from the pouring rain and cold today. I really felt for them and think they do a great job with a smile on their face. Thank you for all your hard work👍🏽

The Asian lady who took blood from my wife was absolutely disgusting. It was a HCG blood test and the worker literally reduced my wife to tears with her mannerisms. Let alone not listening to the fact my wife knows where is best to place the needle due to collapsed veins and scar tissue and the worker came back saying "oh what you're the expert now" while waiving the document around. Absolutely ridiculous. It was 10:30am on Wednesday 14th June and I will be seeking further action. This woman didn't think that we have trouble conceiving and this was infact our first positive test after months of miscarriages and negative results. So thanks to this perticular worker for making this so much more enjoyable for my wife and I...really appreciate it.

Staff are beautiful and friendly!!! So much appreciation for them. Nothing bad at all to say about them BUT the company should not advertise 7.30 am when it is actually not open until 8.15-8.30. Last test took 6 days to get back. Hope second one quicker

It’s been 4 days now since we had our covid test but until now we didn’t have the result as we mentioned to them that we are HEALTH WORKERS…we tried calling but can’t get through 😞 Health workers need to go back to work 😞
