Eos has it all. Fantastic service, immaculately clean rooms, excellent location and lots of complimentary extras. Stayed in a River View Allure room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bed was so comfortable and pillow menu was a luxurious extra. Didn’t use the pool or spa but they looked sparkling clean. I like how the pool goes under the hotel so there is shade to protect you from the hot sun if you want it. We had room service but I wouldn’t rave about the food it was edible but expensive. Adelaide casino is a lift ride down and Rundle Mall Shopping is a short walk away. Adelaide oval is across the bridge and tram stop is right out the front of the casino so perfect location really. Great hotel for a romantic get away or holiday.

On our arrival to Eos by SkyCity valet parking area, I was greeted by one of the friendly staff who was helpful in deciding on what type of parking option suited us best. When entering the foyer area, I was quite pleased with the service provided by the professional receptionist, but unfortunately due to the day of arrival being a Monday, 90% of the restaurants were closed and the only one which was open was fully booked out. We weren't informed about this at the time which made deciding where to go for food quite difficult later in the evening. When arriving at our room we were pleased with the quality and layout which made the stay quite pleasant, but the view was left much to be desired (construction of the new festival plaza). Due to the unopened restaurants we asked if an upgrade to the room could be made which would offer a bath (our original room didnt have one) and we were told that could be arranged for no extra cost to us which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately the view was even worse (back of old parliament house / railway station). After all was done we ordered room service and i must say I was impressed by the presentation and quality of the food (as you can see by the photos). During our time at Eos I couldn't fault too many things as mostly it was quite nice. All the staff were friendly and professional with prompt service. Would I go again? Probably yes, would I pay $400 for a view of a construction site or rooftops? No way at all.

Most amazing experience ever. Tom and all the others in concierge were so friendly and helpful. The room staff, attendants, pool staff...everyone made us feel special and valued and it felt genuine. The in dining room service was top end and the morning lattes to your door...well priceless. Rooms immaculate, views stunning. Thank you to all there, those in the front and those out back and in the kitchens, laundry, bar, everywhere. Thank you from us both.

Beautiful room, great service, wonderful food. This was a follow-up stay to about 6 weeks ago. This was a rest break and we decided on 2 days to really unwind. Great idea on our part. We slept, we lounged, we spa-ed, we drank wine, we ate great food. Just a magic little break to celebrate our third wedding anniversary. Yes, we'll be back. Our new favourite hotel.

I booked the Allure King room for my partners birthday. We had a wonderful stay and the experience was certainly luxurious. Check in was easy and our room was located on the top floor which was great. We decided to cancel our dinner reservation and enjoy the room by ordering room service instead. The food was piping hot and delicious with generous servings for the price. We loved the tech in the room, as well as the gorgeous marble finishings and comfy bed. The only disappointment was that we were unable to use the pool facilities because it was so crowded and we had no where to sit / place our belongings. Overall a lovely stay!

When we arrived we upgraded our room to a suite with the balcony and we couldn't be happier. We even got engaged & extended our stay as we don't want to leave! Best view of the fireworks for NYE too. This place is superb. They will do anything for you & the staff are brilliant (Valet, Reception, Concierge, In-room dining & Room beautifiers). Although the casino won more than we did, the location, service and restaurants are 100% the best we've experienced. We adore this place and I actually I am sad to be leaving. We will definitely be back to stay in a river view suite again. Worth every cent. Book this place and feel like a Queen & King!

Lovely hotel to stay at and would stay again. Pool was nice and warm, rooms were spacious and loved being able to request valet, dining, etc. via the tablet. My only criticism is with room service. Why does it cost $8 to have your meal delivered? Is the person delivering your meal working as a volunteer and needs to be paid $8 to deliver your tray. Makes no sense and is a garbage fee. Could management please explain why I pay $36 for a meal and then $8 for someone to bring it up in the lift?

This hotel stay was faultless! The service, the food and the luxury rooms were all fantastic. Make sure you check out the rooftop bar on a sunny day. Great location, easy to walk to many city restaurants and bars but also be sure to eat at the hotel as the food was excellent. The room had great facilities, was large, spotless and modern. The staff were also all extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

An absolutely phenomenal luxury experience. Staff are friendly, helpful and happy and add so much to the experience. Rooms are roomy and well thought out with everything you need and more. Great selection of local (not mass produced) products in the mini bar and fabulous in room dining experience. A great place to stay, close to everything!

My partner and I stayed here for our 2 year anniversary. It was such a beautiful experience with a big spacious bed, stunning bathroom and incredible scenery. We loved using the spa onlooking the sunset and having access to the casino downstairs. So happy with our experience!

Eos by SkyCity truly was the best experience I have ever had within Australia! From the moment I checked in, the staff were excellent. I was able to get an early check in and the room service was very prompt. The facilities uphold the 5-star standard from the pool overlooking The River Torrens and the Adelaide oval, the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and it exceeded my expectations of what Adelaide has to offer!

I am actually staying at the hotel. The room is extremely clean, turn down service is being done on time. Room service food is being delivered on time. I am actually staying for a conference. I would like to say thank you to Surya, concierge supervisor, and i would like to come back because of his exceptional service. Highly recommended.

I was uncertain about staying here as it seemed overpriced for what you get - but have to say it exceeded my expectations. Rooms are luxurious, well decorated and mini bar came with complimentary food. Bed was comfy and staff friendly. Easy access to the casino and restaurants.

What a wonderful stay! We stayed 4 nights for business meetings and a conference and had plenty of space to work and relax. The entry-level room is a fantastic size with quality furniture and plenty of storage. The rooms were incredibly clean and the housekeeping staff did an AMAZING job each day and during turn down. The restaurants on site were very good, room service and valet were quick and quality, and the pool and leisure deck are lovely. A great and necessary addition to Adelaide. I have stayed at at least 10 properties in Adelaide and this is by far the best all around. Don’t be deterred that it’s at the casino if you don’t wish to visit the facilities, it seems like a world away from the gaming downstairs. Will definitely stay again!

Omg what an experience! River view room amazing! Staff incredible. Spa awesome! Hot tub over looking the river was amazing! Food oustanding! So many options of restaurants and room service was faultless. Offered drinks vouchers on arrival as it was a birthday celebration!

I attended for a function. We were moved on from one bar area, and then despite there being numerous functions on the one night they only had one bar open. The views were amazing. The staff were doing their best. Prices were slightly higher than other venues.

I stayed at EOS for 4 nights, I am pleased to have such great experience by each and every one of the employee, the managers, at the reception, In room dining, our concierge, chauffeur everybody did their job great - 5star hospitality. Rooms were pretty comfortable with a great view. Amazing food at ITL, Grange, Central Cafe. Couldn't book Spa as it was booked out. However, It Was A Great Service. Thanks to our host Andrew for making everything possible for us.

The welcome was warm and friendly upon arrival. The room was nice. We stayed in the river view room and the view was great. Bathroom was nice. The complimentary snacks and chocolate were a nice surprise. Tried the restaurant for dinner and the food was nice. Once again, the service was friendly. Breakfast was nice as expected. There was only one disappointment. Upon arrival, we were asked to pay for our stay which was $768. That was fine. I was then asked to pay another $200 bond? We have stayed in hundreds of 5 star hotels throughout the world over the last 20 years and I had never been asked to pay a bond so I was compelled to ask what the $200 bond was for and the reception staff member said it was for "incidentals" We usually paid for incidentals at the end of our stay at other hotels. Anyway, it was an unexpected charge so I was unpleasantly surprised and felt a little insulted. Otherwise, our stay was faultless. Fortunately, management did call me and explain the extra $200 bond charge should have been advised prior to our stay but it wasn't. The fact there was an extra charge was not a problem even though it was unexpected and unusual. Perhaps the better approach might be to charge an extra $200 for the room initially and then provide a refund for guests who leave the room undamaged. Anyway, it was the ONLY part of our stay which felt unpleasant and made me think I would not like to return again. Otherwise, I would have awarded 5/5 stars.

Great hotel. Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful, and smartly dressed too. Everything looked clean and hotel had an understated air of opulence about it, without feeling cheap. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a fab view of the Adelaide Hills. I would happily stay here again. Room rates seemed value for money but probably not for everyone's wallet. Always good to find accommodation worth returning too.

My Chinese travelmate dreamed of staying at this hotel for her birthday. It was a special weekend and it met her expectations. She works remotely and in Adelaide one week per month. The room is great for working online away from home. The location is great. The service was great. The room is big. It's a good hotel better than others her company has booked. The only issue was we booked there for her birthday weekend and ordered an extra roll-out bed which wasn't installed when we arrived late after a 400km drive on a Friday night. We understand Covid-19 affected service and it was done within 30 minutes of our late arrival. It was 5 star service from a 5 star hotel. Well done everyone

What a surprise in Adelaide ! A real 5 star hotel with full service . When the Country is complaining about Covid and hotels say they have no staff and no service and none of this and none of that and sorry we can’t and sorry we can’t everywhere you go in Australia. At Eos sky city is amazing Starting From checking in service to Concierge to room service 5 out of 5. No on hold or ringing out when you call their customer service line . when you call them room service takes less than 15 minutes to arrive there is no waiting on the phone for someone to answer like most other five star hotels these days . We would come back to Adelaide just to stay here! the rooms are fantastic beautiful furnishings well cleaned no odours fantastic facilities in the hotel fantastic restaurants we had dinner at Sol rooftop the service the ambience was like being at the Ritz Carlton in Paris ! Eos your staff are all amazing . Concierge was beyond fantastic nothing was too hard they anticipated what you would like next and did it with a smile . they book your car they book your restaurant they book anything you want they even went to the pharmacy at four in the morning to get us cold and flu tablets with a smile and delivered it to our room . There was nothing they couldn’t do . Sid head concierge was amazing real leadership and it shows with his department . They followed up on car transfer bookings . Truly a 5 star hotel ! Amazing beds to sleep on . Stocked mini bar with all the extras in there . Whilst most Adelaide and Australian hotels say that they can’t stock them any because they have no staff. Not a Eos sky city nothing was too hard, everything in the room was perfect even a proper bottle of milk in the fridge for your coffee outstanding service . I wish we could’ve stayed longer I am the fussiest person when it comes to hotels and service and I’ll have to say I can’t even fault it in anyway. Their was even a wine decanter in our room !!!!! Absolutely amazing ! A must to stay here

Stayed at EOS for 5 nights to celebrate my 30th birthday and it was fantastic! The experience is above and beyond from the moment we checked in! The front desk staff went out of there way to help us out and offer to assist us with dinner bookings etc. The room was amazing sleek and modern designed with a good sized bath! The view of the oval and park was beautiful! Room service was delicious and arrived promptly! I received 5 star service from every single staff member we interacted with. The pool area despite being small was nice and had a great view. Highly recommend staying here for anyone who wants a modern luxury experience! I will definitely be back!

Really sucks experience! The overall environment is good. However, we have book the room spend more than 500 dollars with a breakfast, before we check in no one told us they only provide breakfast before 11…that really broke our plan. And in the morning, they suddenly had a emergency broadcast when I still on my bed, I feel really uncomfortable with that. I think the hotel need to inform the guests before check in if they need a test.

My partner and I stayed in the river room suite for our anniversary! What a luxurious experience it was. From the moment we arrived, we forgot we were even in Adelaide. The team at EOS went above and beyond for us during our stay, even leaving us a little treat and note for our anniversary. The room was outstanding and huge! The view was worth it. The only thing I would change is maybe adding in valet parking. For $916 a night, we felt not a lot was included complimentary. Other than that, we would stay here again. Great job!

  • 2/5 Jess H. 2 years ago on Google
Breakfast was included in our service we were not notified of what time breakfast ended and asked reception at 10:30 to find out we’d missed it. We did not get the service we paid for, they said we could have room service but that would cost extra. They did not go above and beyond which other places we’ve stayed at have. Upon arrival of our booking they did not tell us we have to scan the elevator to get up or what level our room was on. So we had to guess and try different levels. They missed small details. Facilities were clean. Nice view in the room. You could see staff were trying to be nice but it was staged and not genuine.

Great view from our room, just thought at this higher end of hotel grades the curtains would have been remote controlled, and the tablet for controlling everything would have been functional. Apart from that, the room was great, very spacious, and very nice bathroom with massive walk in shower

This place is honestly heavenly! You cannot get more luxury than this if you're looking for a beautiful staycation (or vacation) in Adelaide. Having lived here my whole life, this is by far the most gorgeous hotel we have access to in our beautiful little city. The staff are all delightful from the moment you arrive. We were greeted in valet by the most friendly faces, and it continued into reception and everywhere else we went. We were lucky to stay in a stunning room that overlooked Adelaide Oval, but regardless of the view you may have, the attention to detail in each room is enough to keep you "ooh'ing and ahh'ing" everywhere you look. The breakfast at ITL is also fabulous (so is the pizza if you want somewhere for dinner). All in all, we couldn't fault a thing and cant wait to go back.

Staycation in a river view room gives great views of the setting sun and the lights of the footbridge emerging as the night falls. Super spacious room with huge tub, walk-in rain shower, complimentary snacks. Lunch at Sol was an amazing treatment of locally sourced produce with a truly attentive service...great for couples as well as groups. Highly recommended and will visit again

All we can say is wow. On arrival the concierge was there, bags collected and next seen on arrival to our room. Check-in was seamless, everything explained, polite and friendly. The room was stunning, all mod cons, beautiful KS bed, a panoramic view of the river and Adelaide Oval and a bathroom I've always wanted. A quick session next to the pool was a delight. A good size spa, plenty of large comfortable chairs and table service for my gin and tonic. We chose to eat in and the food was on-time, beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. Once again, the staff were just excellent to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for them. So, what more can I say? Yep, it's a bit more expensive. But if you need a bit of pampering then this is your place. Totally recommend. We'll be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautifully furnished room with a stunning view over the River Torrens. All the staff were lovely too. Only wish the pool/spa was a tad bigger for such a large hotel - though a very minor criticism overall. I'll definitely be returning!

My family and I visited Adelaide and stayed here at Eos by Skycity, we were upgraded to a suite. We have enjoyed our stay and the amenities (the gym and pool) were fantastic. The hotels cleanliness is unmatched, the staff exceeded our expectations in every way and could not be more helpful. A special thanks to Sofia for making our stay one to remember, she personally saw to it that our stay would be an enjoyable experience.

Just had a night here after driving from Sydney to Adelaide! What an amazing hotel! My daughter and I loved our stay here, fantastic dinner, breakfast by the pool and lovely beds. Would definitely stay again, the staff were exceptional!

Eos is in my opinion the best hotel we currently have in SA. We have only stayed there for short "staycations" of one or two nights but it really is a treat for us. It is relaxing, inviting and fun. The river front rooms are spectacular and the service is second to none. I recommend Eos to all my friends and loved ones as in the current climate travelling abroad and interstate is difficult. And with Eos here why should we? We get the same benefit minus the hassle and cost of the flights. I Love this property and the culture at which it is managed and run. I can not wait for the next stay.

Unbelievable service! We went to Eos for our first wedding anniversary and I spoke with their guest services team and arranged for a beautiful and romantic package. The team was so responsive, accommodating and professional. They truly made our experience so incredibly special. The team that checked us in were so lovely. The room was so clean, presented beautifully, had everything you needed love that they had such great products and a hair straightener. The view was beautiful and the robes were divine and generous sizing for once. Breakfast was a little slow but they apologised for the wait and it was a beautiful breakfast that was well worth it. I really couldn't fault the team. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

Fantastic staying experience. My partner and I stayed here overnight for our anniversary and we really enjoyed our stay. From check-in to check-out the staff were wonderful to deal with and the service was fantastic. The hotel even provided us with a gift on arrival which was a nice touch to the stay. The pool and hot tub facility is quite nice, though can get crowded easily as it's a little small for the amount of guests. Because we booked in a spa treatment, we were able to have the pool to ourselves after checkout, so would highly recommend doing this. The massage spa treatment was nice, though there are better places in Adelaide for that price.

Would have given an extra star except for our dining experiences. The two breakfasts we had there were chaotic and slow, with orders for our group both not taken and/or some appeared to be overlooked. We thought that the meal in the Rooftop bar was only average. Staff were great, view from our room over the river lovely

Terrible service, completely ruined what was supposed to be a special weekend. If you are thinking of booking a package or accommodations at EOS, I would have 1 word of advice for you, DON’T. My wife received a gift voucher from our Son and Daughter-in-law for her 50th birthday. It was for a “Recharge package” Dealing with EOS proved anything but recharging, it should have been called the “Frustrating package” My wife booked in our package 6 weeks ago to coincide with her birthday this year. After booking in she was told that somebody would be in touch with her prior to the weekend to arrange times etc as the package included spa treatments. It got to the Wednesday of the week of our stay and we had not heard from anybody so my wife rang to follow up. The women who answered her call said that she did not know anything about the package and would get somebody to call her back that day. No call was received. My wife followed up again the next day with another call and was again told somebody would call her back that day, and again no call was received. On Friday morning we received an email from somebody at the spa advising we had 2 time options, 9.15AM Saturday or 8.45AM Sunday. We advised that neither of these were suitable as check in time on the Saturday was not until 3 O’clock (Are we supposed to have a massage and sit around 5 hours waiting for our room?) and Sunday was unsuitable as it was in the middle of breakfast that was included in our package. The spa advised that these were the only times they had available as the hotel reservation team had forgotten to notify the spa when we made our booking. After some back and forth we were offered 3.15PM on the Saturday but were advised that it would probably be noisy as a sound check was happening during this time. When we did attend to check in, the reception staff commented that we had requested a room on the 1st floor (Which we hadn’t). When we told them this they said that their was a note on their system saying we had. I told them we hadn’t had the opportunity to request anything as nobody there ever returns a phone call. They changed us to a room on a different floor and advised that a $200 hold had to be placed on our credit card for any incidentals and this was done. After doing this we were advised that there was a complimentary bag of chips in the room but any drinks taken from the minibar would be charged accordingly. We advised that our voucher stated that the minibar was complimentary, the reception staff member said “No, only selected items are”. At this point my wife was very upset about the whole process and I was absolutely fed up. I advised that we receive better and more competent service at 3 star hotels in Thailand and wanted to cancel our whole booking. For what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel offering high end packages this was anything but. I honestly would not trust these muppets to arrange a serve of spring rolls in a Chinese restaurant and will never return to EOS again.
