    I love Repke Fitness! They have kept me accountable. In the past, I always got off track after a while, however, with Repke, I've been consistently doing personal training (3x/week) for about 6 months now. All the trainers are great. Brian specifically has been very motivating and has been helping me achieve my fitness goals. I highly recommend Repke for anyone who is interested in having a coach that is not only knowledgeable but will also challenge you every session. I am extremely grateful that I've joined this group :)

    Joining Repke Fitness was the best decision I’ve ever made for my personal health. Before I started, I suffered from chronic lower back pain, which made it very difficult to exercise and get in shape. Louben, Rob, and Brian are amazing - they truly listen to their clients, tailor workouts to their individual needs, and provide the perfect balance of personal and professional. After only a few months, I can see and feel the results. My back pain has improved significantly and I feel stronger and more confident in my training.

    My wife and I began going to Repke Fitness about 3 months ago after they were recommended to my wife by her physical therapist as a way for her to continue her physical therapy and to incorporate some overall health and physical training as well. I had not worked out in any steady capacity in about 17 years, and for years I could feel my overall body strength and cardio capacity was low, so I decided to join her. We each had initial assessment meetings with Louben, and afterwards we both felt we could benefit from working out with a personal trainer that, based on our current physical condition, would structure an exercise program, and monitor our progress to help us improve our overall health. My wife and I do not have the same daily work schedules and our weekly availability to work out sometimes change from week to week as well. Repke Fitness works with each client to accommodate schedules when possible. This was also a big positive factor in our decision to work with Repke Fitness. Since joining Repke fitness we’ve had an opportunity to work with the entire Repke team, Louben, Rob, Brian and Paul. Everyone is very friendly, and you can tell they love their job! They care about your progress, and they encourage you to celebrate your accomplishments. We’ve both increased our overall health and strength in the past 3 months, and we look forward to our training sessions each week. My wife and I can truly say that working with Louben Repke and his team has been a game changer for us! Jack and Linda

    I joined Repke in 2021 and am very pleased with their services. I suffer from joint pain and I despise exercising so I wasn’t in the best shape when I joined Repke nor was I excited about going. I stuck with it because they were very understanding to my limitations due to my pain and we’re willing to make modifications so I could get a complete workout. I am very pleased with my progress and the rapport I built with the trainers. My sessions are tough yet fun and entertaining. I highly recommend🤗

    I was impressed with my visit to Repke Fitness and the support and guidance received by the personal trainer. Brian was clear in instructions and very patient with my efforts to perform activities. Excellent listening skills about my fitness goals. I was also very impressed with the follow-up communications from Louben Repke, the owner. Easy to see why they have received "BEST" awards over multiple years for their personal training services.

    I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Repke Fitness. Starting from square one, trying to drop weight and get into a healthy routine can be intimidating, but Louben, Rob, and Brian are supportive, motivating, and 100% meet you where you are. They are supportive but still challenge you. It’s a great, positive environment and I love that the only people there are those working out with the trainers. They are all knowledgeable, professional, and also just great to work with, regardless of your starting level. Training here is worth every penny!

    My wife and I have been working with Repke Fitness for the past three months. We do two workouts each week at Repke Fitness, and Louben also builds custom workouts for me to do on my own, at home. I've lost over 20 pounds so far. I'm eating better, I'm getting stronger, and I feel terrific. I'm looking forward to continued progress with Louben, Brian, and Rob. I highly recommend Repke Fitness as your guide on your fitness journey.

    Louben and the team at Repke Fitness are incredibly fun to work with and helped me recover from a previous lower back ailment. They’re very knowledgeable and listen to their clients - you’re not “just a number”, you’re part of the family. A benefit I didn’t consider when first joining Repke was how much I would learn. Unlike previous physical therapy experiences, at Repke I’m often doing new and different exercises that continue to round out the foundation I needed to recover and prevent future injuries. I’ve been going to Repke Fitness twice a week for around six months now and have zero regrets. I can’t say enough great things about my experience thus far.

    My husband and I have been coming to Repke Fitness for just over a year. Our trainer Rob is professional and has a great personality, which makes him very easy to work with. He has helped me strengthen my legs and increase my mobility. I would recommend Repke Fitness to anyone who wants individual training specific to their needs.

    The staff here is wonderful. They really work with you and listen to what you are wanting out of the session. They also closely monitor your nutrition as well. They are open and convenient times as well. Since I’ve started at Repke Fitness, I’ve gotten much stronger and my posture is much better. I love the fact that the workouts are always changing, it’s not just the same routine every time. It’s great to be able to work with a different trainer because they are unique and creative in their own way. They all know what my goals, limitations, and find ways to challenge me every session. I work mostly with Sara but I have worked with all of the trainers and each one is great and aware of my goals. I have even convinced my husband to try Repke Fitness out as well.

    Over the past few years I had considered using a personal trainer for strength training, but I had this vision of busy gyms with trainers who pushed too hard. I finally decided to try Repke Fitness based on my daughter’s positive experience and weight loss progress. As soon as I walked in, I knew Repke was nothing like my stereotype. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the trainers are all very positive and encouraging, and the clients seem to be enjoying themselves. The studio is well equipped and immaculate, and unlike a gym there are usually no more than 6 people working so you always feel that you have your own space. I train mainly with Rob and he always starts the session asking how I am feeling, how I did after the last session, and then asks what I would like to work on for the session, giving me the opportunity to personalize my training. Rob really cares about his clients and goes out of his way to send follow-up emails to see how I am feeling, or to congratulate me on a good session. With an endless set of exercises, Rob makes each session unique and keeps things interesting and fun. He works with me to set goals and provides the right level of challenge to help me achieve them. When I asked for help in working out on my own, Louben provided detailed exercise sheets and then came to my house and helped develop a workout plan based on the equipment that I had. I have been training at Repke for almost a year now, and while I have measurable achievements such as the number of pullups and chin-ups that I can now do, more important are the changes that I have seen in my everyday activities. After only a few sessions, I remember walking down the hall and realizing how much straighter I was standing. On a recent vacation, we did a lot of walking and even when carrying my luggage, I never got tired which is an incredible testament to the strength that I have gained over the past year. Based on the results that I was seeing, I encouraged my husband to try Repke and now we are a happy and much healthier Repke Fitness family!

    There is no limit to the good things that can be said of Repke Fitness. Here are some of the highlights and why I would recommend this training facility. First, the personal trainers at Repke Fitness are amazing! Rob, my personal trainer for quite a while now, gets to know you and your needs to achieve your goals. Personally my goals were to build muscle and Rob has tailored a training routine that fits my body. I love the results I am seeing because of his guidance. As a welcome side effect of his training pain from an old injury has even been eliminated. Second, all the employees at Repke Fitness are professional but friendly. Third, the knowledge base goes deep with all the trainers. They really know their stuff at Repke Fitness. Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose weight, or even recover from an injury Repke Fitness is the place for you!
