If you are lucky, you can see Rafflesia arnoldii flowers blooming on the Bengkulu Curup causeway. Usually not far from the main road.

This area is also home to the world's tallest flower and possibly the smelliest flower Titan arum (Amorphophallus titanum) aka carrion flower. There aren’t any real restaurants near this conservation area and most visitors end up having meals and drinks in the nearby warung (simple food stall). Basic supplies are available at the nearest warung near the main entrance. Limited parking space for cars. #LetsGuide #Titanarum

Nian is lucky to be able to visit here even though he can't see the flower petals in bloom. The service was good, explained how flowers grow. Voluntary payment. Salute to those who preserve it.

The location has been built by CSR BUMN,... Stairs and walking tracks have been formed around the area around where the giant corpse flower grows.. There is a prayer room, clean, the water is cool... The toilets are also clean... Volunteer guide fee..

The better organized it is, the more complete the facilities will be. Now there is a prayer room, there are stairs. Hopefully in the future it will get better, more people will care.

Place of rare puspa of Rafflesia Arnoldii & Corpse Flowers. The air there is succulent. Thank God I can see the Rafflesia Arnodii flower when it blooms 🌺

Nyahaaa actually I stopped here, but because the raflesia wasn't blooming so I moved location, not far from here on the right side of the road there was a sign that the raflesia was blooming, luckily I could see it even though it was wilted 😍 This is the rafflesia spot that I found not far from here: Usually on the side of the road there is a sign that Rafflesia is blooming, just slowly, then usually there will be women/caretakers setting up camp on the side of the road. When I went there, dirt stairs had been built and there were bamboo railings, just be careful, the location of the raflesia is like the side of a small river, and the location I'm telling you about has 2 buds of sapling raflesia which will bloom in about a year, the guide said. This Rafflesia (said the guide/who pointed out the location) waits until it blooms from small saplings, it can take up to a year, if it blooms it only lasts 5 days and will wilt. The photo in my review of Rafflesia blooming on the 4th day on May 29 2022

It's really nice to come here, we've made stairs and there's a handrail, so it's not slippery. and the officer (forgot to ask his name, but it seems his name is Mr. Holidin), was very kind and gave a lot of information about the carrion flower. not just showing off, but really loves and has knowledge about the carrion flower. Hopefully there will be good luck seeing it again when it blooms perfectly.

Mr.Holidin is the guardian of this conservation park. Thanks to his effort, people can come to this place to find giant amorphophallus titanum, the corpse flower which is the icon of Bengkulu.

Because it is a place to preserve rare puspa and also to support the preservation of flowers that are starting to become extinct
