Very dirty room. These pictures of black tissue paper are only from cleaning the desk. Very noisy, when I came in the room until late there was a birthday party in the pool area that on the fourth floor I can hear the music very clearly. Lobby was very hot, and the door to the outside often left open by the staff. Not only does it let hot air into the air conditioned lobby, it also let's in bugs and mosquitos. Not recommended whatsoever.

stayed one night ant 519. it seems this hotel is one of the most upscale hotel in this neighborhood, but with 4 stars i think they can manage to have better service. old tiles bathroom, dirty desk, seat with stain. I wish i had better experience stayed there.

Old and dull luxury hotel This hotel used to be a luxury hotel at its prime time. But it looks so old and dull nowadays. Stayed here for a night on deluxe twin room. There are so many things need to be replaced. The carpet, furniture, bathroom tiles, tv remote, etc. Thankfully the bed is still nice. About the breakfast, it’s quite nice. Lots of food variant for its class. The taste also ok for me. The cons is they don’t provide tissue near spoon/fork place, neither in dining table. Have to ask the staff to get the tissue. They have nice outdoor pool, which consist of kids and adult pool. The water is quite clear but I don’t try it. Hotel location is strategic. Parking space is quite spacious.

Got a room at the fourth floor facing the road. It was like the room had to insulation and the glass was really thin which caused the road noice to come in the room. It was very very noisy, I could hear every single vehicle passing 1/10

Just asked for cutleries to eat food, and the staffs said that “there must be a minimum consume to be able to borrow cutleries here”. So funny! Should you find another way to persuade your guests have dinner in place! 🤷🏻‍♀️

The carpet must be changed in each room floor

Old fashion rooms, carpet & furniture has installed from the opening until now and no restoration, I believe It is quite clean, yet some spots need to be relook for better result, AC is fine

Nice hotel, friendly staff, fast respond when check in and check out. I didn't take breakfast so I don't know the taste, but heard that the food also nice. Have a quiet big swimming pool too. Hope the room will be renovated soon so the guest can be more convenient.

Good and nice hotel for business trip located in city center. Foods were nice and room also well maintained. Other services and jnternet is quite good which make the work easier.

Old hotel, bad experienced when i& my family stay here. We got room facing with the highway and it's very noisy (we can't sleep until 1am with our baby). We got clogged sink and hasb to ask repeatedly just for baby chair

The location is superb. The service is marvelous, the hotel staffs are expeditiously respond, guest questions or needs. The pool is clean and enjoyable to swim. The breakfast are mixed of local & global cuisine. However, the building is quite old. The rooms need improvement in lighting. The carpet in the guest room will be good if the hotel management put a new carpet

Stayed for one night business trip, a little surprised with the bathroom's floor (unfortunately I didn't take a photo) because it looks old but as long as there's no problem with the water, I can deal with it :) The air-conditioner didn't work properly between 12 - 3pm but maybe it was because the heat out there. I love the breakfast.

Pretty good for a short stop, the hotel is well air conditioned, has a good restaurant and hot water. Although, I do wish the WiFi can be a bit faster. Otherwise, everything is good and the room Is well furnished.

I stayed for a week here. Direct booked due to location preference (and fyi, the room that they put online are only twins bed) . Good value for money. The room was standards, it was okay for both me and my husband. The most exceptional part about this hotel is their staff. I wanna thank everyone for their most amazing hospitality. Shout-out to mr. Anis, mr. Arya, ms. Fido, from the reception, ms. Hamsah, mr. Diat, and ms. Devi, from the restaurant, and all of the security personnel (I brought a car with me and they always attentively ready on reach in case I wave to them for something). Amazing! Thank you. Definitely will be back here.

It's so ridiculous there are rooms with fridge and some arent, but theyre the same type (deluxe). Old carpet and pretty dusty but the staff are friendly and helpful.
