The service is great. They open new counters when they see a line of customers. Although, the establishment should add chairs on the take out kiosk outside for customers

Jollibee at Balibago Santa Rosa Laguna, Opens 24 Hours even in Regular Holidays, but it's warm inside. Airconditioning not scatter all over the dining area.

Chicken & Spaghetti look tasty on the outside, but cold & rubber on the inside.

Tell me accommodating crew

This the slowest jollibee ever. I Order via drive true for chicken joy and wait for 30mins?.. The manager of this fast food is not thinking how to have a high SALES.. people going to jollibee because of Chicken joy. And we have to for 30 mins? Because its not yet cook.. The Manager should think about what i mean.

Big and comfortable. The service crew was nice and the food was deliver was fast.

This branch of Jollibee that I've visited here in Sta. Rosa is very spacious where I ordered may food without falling in line and also the food was served in less than 15 minutes. My friend and I easily find seats where we can sit comfortable while waiting our food to be served.

The Cashier named Denise shouldn't be in that post. She jumbled orders and she's too confused when taking orders. I guess, she has to undergo another "proper" Training same with her superior. They spent chit-chatting which made them forget to serve the orders.

Worst Jollibee experience ever. While ordering 3 chicken spaghetti they will inform you that it will be 10 mins. So I've said at first no. Ordering 3 yumburger instead, but still for 10 mins. And they confirmed and assured that everything will be for 10 mins. So i opted to order the whole 3 c3 and yumburgers. Then I've asked again and they confirm it will be for 10 mins. They have around 8-10 employees roaming in the counter and when my order was around 20 mins already did notify them. And the sad thing is no one knows my order which is very frustrating as they've assured that it will be 10 mins. They managed to prioritized my order since they've messed up but not enough time for me to wait. Just asked for a quick refund as I have to go. Stop providing misinformation to your customers as we rely on the provided time. The sad thing is no one knows my order and the receipt on their end is missing and the orders after me already get theirs. I think management need to take a look on this. BALIBAGO STA ROSA JOLLIBEE is the worst. Unlike PASEO STA ROSA JOLLIBEE which provides great service

too much to explain, mom n I had a horrible experience from this branch. the manager showed attitude as mom tried to confront them.

Ordered 40 sets of spaghetti-chicken meal with drinks. Delivered on time and the food is still warm/hot.

The place looks great ngl. Dont have pics because i was enjoying the food. Overall I give it a 10/10

Busy close to many bus terminal polite staff

i felt disrespected when one of your dining crew suddenly just pull and get the tray on my table without asking while obviously i am not yet done eating.. then seeing around a lot of trays from tables without customers.. why not get them either.. it's not a good act.. better ask next time..

One of my favorite restaurant wherein I can eat my dinner coming from San Pablo and before I go home to Sta Rosa where I stay to work. Their service is fast and they have very accommodating crews.
