This was my first dental office visit in a couple of years and it was great! The staff was very friendly and gave me a warm welcome. Doctors Tami, Megan and Jade were insightful and guided me throughout the entire process. They made sure to explain everything thoroughly and create a plan for my future visits. The overall good energy of the entire staff was infectious and made it easy to feel comfortable. I look forward to my next visit and will recommend them to any family and friends in the future.

EXCEPTIONAL TEAM! Everyone there are courteous and professional as well as kind. I was always greeted with smile and feel welcoming. The facility is super clean. Love the staffs and their professionalism. Always get a reminder a few days before my appointment. Also know the expected cost ahead of time, so no surprise bill. Their scheduling time is impressive, I never have to wait more than a few minutes from the time I walk in the door to when I sit in the chair to begin treatment. If Dr. Do isn’t your dentist, then he needs to be ASAP. He is so passionate about what he does, and what he does is more than just cleaning your teeth and sending you out the door. Dr. Do and his team are exceptional. They are kind and warm and took the time to explain everything to both me and my son. Samantha handled everything with my insurance company and helped me figure out how to maximize my benefits while still following my son’s dental plan. The hygienist (sorry I forgot her name!) did a wonderful job educating us as well. So, so happy with our experience.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Do for quite some time, and I’m qualified to give you my honest review of the dental services. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional on most occasions. The staff is genuinely friendly and all seem to be very happy working there. The facility is clean and very well put together. Patients are treated to a relaxing environment from the time they step into the lobby and throughout the treatment session. I’m a bit spoiled…massage chairs and face masks are provided to keep comfy while being treated. Okay, now for the most important part… They are gentle, y’all. I’ve had some pretty serious work done, and never came away regretting the experience. If you’re across the river in New Orleans, it’s worth the trip to the Westbank. Just do it and thank me later. Everyone I’ve referred is in agreement.
