Pathetic salon i swear i had an appointment with a nail technician I specifically mentioned the so called stupid manager was like we have another technician today who was so unprofessional and basically she was someone who was learning and not a technician did a pathetic job filed my cuticles along with the nails it was hurting so bad did blunder with my nails… and later that manager shikha had the audacity to ask for full payment and was like MAM MAI NEXT TIME COVER KRWA DUNGI what the heck dude aise toh mai bhi bol skti thi next time paise le lena… if you do not know how to run a salon don't then at least don’t give unprofessional work.. They have all the time to call me upto ask for mam nanoplastia kab karaoge, mam keratin kab karaoge? Kaam karate rho aata aapko hai ni krna…Never ever will visit her ever again!

Nail Extensions and Eye Lashes (for my wife) Fabulous as always She's a frequent visitor to this salon. Especially nail extensions by Mr. Haseeb and Mr. Varun. Both are sincere jolly and fantabulous in there job. Got eyelashes done from Mr. Kadir, a serious, sincere and professional person for the perfect job. Recommend this salon with these guys who gets job done to perfection.

Informed about different price when you book them for services and on the day of event they charge you more. I asked for the receipt on the day of booking with the advance i gave, lady on reception said that’s fine i have it written on my register. And then she charged me more and when i asked her to show me her register she said I couldn’t find your name. Such a fraud. It was not about money but about fooling and cheating them. I don’t recommend going to them

Absolutely overpriced and appalling quality of work they do........I got nano plastia and hair colour done and results were horrible......as soon as I washed my hair at home they went back to the condition they were in prior to the treatment........my grey colour are still visible and hair colour they did is giving absolutely 2 different shades......still giving them 2 stars as I don't have any issues with the services, however spending 8500 for such a horrible experience is a complete waste of money

I went for makeup the makeup artist name is Divya she did the worst makeup and she even doesn't even know how to handle the clients and one more thing don't ever visit this salon ever thank you

One can go for services like hair spa, hair colour, nail extensions etc. but wouldn't recommend this place for party makeup. Makeup brushes, eye shadow palettes, sponges etc. were not clean at all. Overall it was very unhygienic and also the salon is a bit overpriced considering the quality of their services.

My experience of going to nirvana by SS (branch Tilak Nagar) was not good at all. I live in panipat and after seeing reviews and strong followers on Instagram I decided to visit. I wanted my hairs to be straight just as smoothening. I called them and visit their salon. I show my hairs and ask for consultion. The boy their recommend me for hair Botox and told me that your hairs will going to be straight for 20-30% and once you wear your rubber band you will get the wave on your hairs but after wash your hairs will get straight. By his recommendation I got hair Botox for 5500 and seariously it was my bad luck that I consider his words because my hairs were not straight it was same. After that I called their salon and told everything to Shikha mam. They call me to their salon and consider their mistake that the boy did not consult you right and charge me 1000 rs more and told that now they will do kerashine on my hairs. I said ok but I don’t know this treatment also got failed, they burn my hairs from top and after I wash my hairs at home my hairs are still the same no shine, no straight , no silky nothing. My 6500 plus 3000 shampoo is of no use. They spoil my time plus my money. I visit their salon with lot of hope my cousins also told me to no go you should visit a good brand name salon like Geetanjali, hair masters but I was wrong. I had attached my picture of my hairs after kerashine. I would request their salon to return my money.

Really liked the salon, I had gotten the laser here and now from a few sittings I can see that my hair growth has gotten less. Especially Deepika mam is really professional and cool

I have been there for couple of tome but the experience went worse. They don’t care about anything but just finish theor work. Totally waste of money
