They messed up my friends haircuts and didn't even take responsibility for it afterwards. She bought a voucher from nearbuy for 500 for haircut but they said they will charge 200 more for bob cut which is absolutely absurd and ridiculous. Later they messed up all her hair and didn't bother to apologise. Worst experience, never gonna visit again.

Worst service ever!!! The hairdresser has no knowledge of haircuts. As you can see in the picture, the hairdresser left tails in the end. Don’t know the difference between A length and one length cuts. Plus they asked for extra charges on bob and blunt cuts while the voucher didn’t mention this excluded charge when I bought it. Poor service. Highly unprofessional.

The experience was not at all worth the money i paid, plus i ended up with a horrible haircut given to me as an 'ehsaan' in just less than 2 minutes. If i spent 8000 on a hair treatment, spending some extra bucks on a proper haircut would not have hurt if it was such a pain for these guys. But this uneven hair does hurt. I dont know in what hurry people were by the end of it all. They didn't even suggest what needs to be done when i wash my hair after the treatment, no shampoo suggestions.. nothing.. they spent more time, effort and enthusiasm in making a video and posting it on their pages, than they did with their customers. Plus they were not ready to accept any account transactions, only cash.. so i had to rush to the atm. The result is not promising.. the shine is gone after 1 wash.. Not at all a good experience.. not recommended..

Zero class services.. i had got my nail extensions done fron Xpressions kamla nagar for my wedding and they dont even stayed for 2 days. On visiting again they denied to admit their mistake and asked for more money. Worst experience ever. They spoiled my marriage. I have to rush other place to get them fixed.

I went here for a hairdo...extremely dissatisfied with the services, my main requirement was to get a hair style which would last for6 hours, gave the instructions very precisely. But being overconfident, the stylist made amendments according to his convenience and made a messy bun which was a mess even in less than one hour, it kept me busy in entire wedding in putting the strands back in place......very disappointing as per the brand standards.

The worst salon I have ever visited. They provide deals for 2999Rs and would drag you for opting for expensive deals( double amount or more). While you stick to the deal the have provided chemical shampoos that would only result in hairfall. I wish there were negative stars to rate them. The stylist are over rude just because you are not trapped and pay them more. I went for hair smoothening that didnt even last for a month. I am suffering with severe hairfall for which now i have to pay more for medication. Some quality check agency should visit and put the shutters down!!!!!!!

Worst place to go, jst got my kera-smoothening done not even 15days back, and half of my hair r frizzier than ever. Just sheer waste of money and time . I guess any door step salon wud give much better result.

I visited Xpression salon in Feb 2019 and till date I have never been disappointed ....Mr Ghai is highly professional and The staff Raj Sir and Priyanka ma'am and Thakur sir of Kohat Branch , they are very very Cooperative.. Excellent staff ..Invest your money to this place , you won't get disappoint ! Kudos to Xpression salon!
