What a terrible experience here. I very much hope the owner reads this to improve their business. My best friend went here to get her mani/pedi after scheduling an appointment. During the scheduling of the appointment, the male representative stated they would apply a first-time customer discount. When my best friend was had already began treatment, they stated they would not be applying a discount. I listened to this call and I must say these folks ought to be ashamed of themselves.

She did such an amazing job! I went to her after beauty nails and spa charged me almost $80 for a set of nails that where so thick causing my nails to hurt and my fingers to swell! Thank you!

I really enjoyed my experience at sky nails. The manicure was done well and the shop is very clean. I was surprised that they where not busy. That is until I went to pay. The prices run a bit higher than most other shops but I feel like they really took the time to do a good job and I wasn't rushed through. It makes it harder to want to tip when it was $13 more than a typical gel mani. My fault for not asking before. The quality might just be worth the money and I will be returning to try a pedicure.

1st visit: acrylic nails and pedicure. Gentle. No pokes or cuts. No-nonsense but friendly. Second visit: acrylic fill and repair on one nail. All business but that was OK. I got off work a half hour early to go and that is all the time it took without a reservation. They got me in, he was quiet but gentle when he spoke. I like the place. I am not much of a chatty Cathy anyways. 3rd visit: all business. In and out for a fill. Great job! I never have had such well adhered nails than now.

They did a beautiful shellac manicure on my natural nails. I am VERY picky and usually do them at home but was in Kennewick when I chipped my polish. The small statured woman late 50’s had impeccable attention to detail and did an even better job than I do at home. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I’ve been here 3 times to have my nails done. When I enter I’m greeted and they are friendly and fast but great work. The last 2 times I worked with James and they are very detailed, skilled artist. I highly recommend giving Sky Nails a visit. Clean and beautifully decorated interior. They are more expensive than most nail salons I’ve visited, keep that in mind.

Today, I visited Sky Nails for the first time. I got a pedicure from Kim and it was the best one I've ever gotten. She had such attention to detail and made me feel so relaxed and cared for. I didn't have to wait long at all, even as a walk-in. Kim did not rush through the pedi whatsoever, and was very sweet. The rest of the staff was very kind also and the whole salon was beautiful. I will absolutely be back.

After a bit of a wait I got one of the best pedicures I've ever had. I really like this place. Clean and nicely decorated.
