I don't care if the food tastes like dog food I haven't had it yet I'm just leaving. A pregnant woman went in when I was in my car waiting for the order and I saw one of the employees carrying out her order for her because it was large. That is what you call customer service! Besides the woman being able to take my order while she was cashing someone out because she was able to memorize it. I will be returning! Five stars!

I came in around 7pm today with my lil family 😍😛 all I can say is that the food is amazing, fresh, hot and so delicious OMG the egg rolls are the best! please don't ever change your style of making food. Best best best !! Thank you so much.

The lo mein was SO good, plus the portion was impressively large, so much so that I did not feel it necessary to order two entrees. I'm not sure I've seen a portion that big; for about $13, I feel it's an incredibly good deal. I will definitely go back, and I definitely recommend!

They get a low score because the service here sucks!!! The mentality is get in order eat and get out, don't relax and enjoy your dinner. They don't ask about drinks and your lucky if you get a refill. Food is pretty decent except I swear the Egg Foo Yung was made with stuffing mix and not one egg. The Kung Pao chicken was not made right and had no peanuts.

If you are craving chinese food for lunch, order here. The portion sizes are big, the wait time for takeout is short, and the prices are affordable. The picture below is the meal I got for a little over $20. I ordered House special lo mein and the General Tso chicken lunch special.

Lots of food, you get your moneys worth! Came in with a huge party and we got our food very quickly. Everything was delicious. Love their combination you pick option for 13$ you can’t beat it!

Decent prices. Lots of good food for price. Service not so good, there were 4 other groups dining and each group of diners had to get up and hunt down waitresses for their refills, takeout boxes and checks.

My go to chinese place for fried rice and rolls. I have always done a take out but today, we ate in. The spice level is perfect and food is always satisfying. I have yet to try other food on the menu.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED The food is amazing! Fresh, hot, huge portions and a great price. Their BBQ pork is the best I have ever had. Service was really good. I have gone with my family for lunch and dinner and both are really good and affordable for a family dinner out or lunch.

The food was not good, I have never had an egg roll that I found disgusting until this experience. The sweet and sour chicken and BBQ pork where alright but the chowmain was almost entirely made up of celery. When the waitress brought us our soup she practically threw it on the table and slopped egg flower soup all over. Would not recommend at all.

Delicious food, definitely brings good memories . My entire family comes here.,grandparents, mom dad, brothers sisters and our kids.. it had been years since we all got together here and the staff was so kind and remembered all of us and has seen our family grow, the food was amazing. We love the people here because they treat us like family.

The portions are huge and yummy. If you get takeout, it should be enough for lunch and dinner. The portions are that big. The staff are friendly and the service was good. The restaurant is very old and could use some upgrades. But for the price and portions I really don't mind eating there.

The food hear is great has that authentic taste you want. Good portions and pricing. Service is pretty good overall, but over the phone proves to be difficult just cause of a language gap. What honestly hurts this place the most is the atmosphere of the dining in experience. Seats are somewhat old, slightly repaired, or just outright damaged. The place has an almost run down feel but if you can get past that i would still recommend eating here. From a strictly take out point of view, its the best Chinese in all of TRI-Cities.

I grabbed take out for the first time tonight and I am sooo blown away! The BBQ Pork Chow Mein was beyond flavorful and incredible! The Kung Pao and Sweet and Sour Chicken were soooo good as well! Also, the ladies helping me with my order were so nice and warm This is by far the best I've had in the Tri!

The food was really good! The BBQ pork was great and appeared to be either made in-house, not the stuff you usually find that is mass produced and neon red. All the portions were super generous, we ordered the family style dinner B and ordered 4 for our family of 5, and we could have fed 8. The shrimp had way too thick of breading for my liking, but the kids liked it anyway. Overall exactly what I was hoping for when looking for a Chinese restaurant.

Food is good but the customer service has to be the worst I ever came across..!! The main Asian lady is soo rude and unfriendly. We did not get a refill on the soda. One napkin for each person no straws. But my problem was I asked about the convos ect.. the main Asian server lady seemed annoyed and bothered anytime I asked a question. Will be taking my service and money to Double dragon!

Yummy! My favorite is the House Special Chow Mein and the Sesame Chicken but it was all really fantastic! My family and I got a bunch of plates for sharing, we should have asked about the portion of each before hand! Great value and great service! We'll be fed for the rest of the week. 😋

Friendly staff, delicious authentic food, great prices, and open late. They offer very generous servings and a clean casual dining experience. What is not to like??

Got the Shrimp Lomein , the portion is very big . But theres no flavor in the noodles or the shrimp.

The ladies here are always incredibly friendly and the food is always fantastic. Ive been coming to this location for over 10 years and never consider anywhere else jn the Tri Cities for such great Chinese food. They have the trifecta: great food, big quantities, and generous servings. One order of 3 meat combos will easily give you another meal the next day. Many places try to use small boxes especially for meat dishes. That's not the case here friends. Shang Hai Restaurant in Kennewick never dissapoints and is the golden standard for takeout.

I love their Asian spices they use on the food. I have eaten here for over 15 years. Every time I stay in the tri city area the first night I eat here. The ladies running this place are amazing friendly and make me want to come back. The only down side I could find it's showing some age.

I’ve never had a bad meal here. The portions are VERY generous which allows me to have my lunch for the next day planned in advance and the service is prompt and friendly!

Iam not sure why we've never eaten here before now. The food is so good and the portion size leaves plenty for later. The lunch special is great, I had sweet amd sour chicken, pork fried rice, spring roll amd 2 won tons for less them $10 I don't care for the taste of their water but so far I've been really impressed with the food and service

Love that they have gluten free options! I usually get the honey sesame chicken, broccoli beef, and then fried rice. They have an amazing sweet and sour sauce too!

I have been going here since I was a kid. Fried rice is addicting. The noodles are great! Love the almond fried chicken. And the egg flower soup has nice, crunchy peas in it! Its all so good! Never change!

Not happy about this visit. I ended up with a piece of glass in my food. They finally took it away and replaced with same giving me a $2 discount on the bill (big whoop and haven't gone to dentist yet). There was far too much breading on one item and their BBQ pork was dry w/o much flavor (tossed when I got home).

The quality of the food is stellar. Hot, fresh, tender & moist. Service is outstanding, they really take good care of their customers. Owners and staff are very focused and hard working. Always enjoy a meal here.

It was late and the take away Chinese fast food business around the corner was closed. I did not want to eat in and the open sign was on here. It looks like they are not open for dine in but were welcoming and friendly. Chicken fried rice is always good and easy to eat in the truck. The container was stuffed the top, lots of chicken in bite sized chunks. Fresh scallions and other veggies. Flavor was good without adding soy sauce. I would eat here again.
