My companion of more than 10 years, Lennon, passed away this morning. I still brought him to this clinic to make sure he was really gone before we make the final preparations. His vet, Doc Alex Agomaa, always takes a very caring and loving approach towards Lennon and he even made sure he was clean and well-groomed enough before we laid him to rest. He also helped me with the paw cast, which I really appreciated. I didn’t leave with a heavy heart because they have always set my expectations straight regarding my pet’s condition and they take a very caring approach when it comes to responding to my messages, especially when there’s bad news. You can really see how much they actually care about their patients. I don’t see why people are complaining about the prices of certain things, since they need enough funds to run the clinic and pay the people who work there. I really appreciate everyone’s efforts and genuine service, and I don’t understand the negative comments since I’ve only ever had great experiences here and have been entrusting them with all of my pets for years now. I wish all the best for the vets here. I don’t think I can find kinder vets anywhere else.

Don't ever bring your furfamily in need of medical attention here. They can't cure your pets and heck even charge you like a fortune. They really don't seem to know what's wrong with my furbabies, I already have 2 babies who died after I brought them to this clinic. The vets are not knowledgeable and reliable to treat the exact condition of my cats. Also, all of the vets are laid back and doesn't know the urgency of giving medical attention to pets which shows the little amount of care they have to our furbabies. They don't look closely and pay attention to pets. They care more about the charges they give you which is ridiculously high. We trusted them with all our furbabies for years and yet this is how the service we get. I am brokenhearted.

This place is your one stop shop for anything pet-related. They got a store where you can buy pet food as well as toys, collars, and snacks for your beloved pets. Of course there is the clinic where you can have your pets checked for any ailments. Lastly, you can have your pets groomed on the second floor of building. Overall, a very welcoming and charming establishment.

Doc Alex is nice, you can really see his concern towards the dogs and answers concerns and question of the furparents as best he could.

This is the largest vet clinic we've been to so far. An entire 2-storey building dedicated for animals! 👍🏻👏🏻 Supplies shop in the ground floor and vet clinic/ grooming in the upper floor. The clinic is spacious compared to the ones we visited before. Ample parking space. Most importantly, 3 vet doctors attended to us on a Tuesday morning. +1 on the old review here about vets taking the time to assess the animals. Mga 2 hours ata kami inside the clinic, including the short waiting time because there was a patient before us. We brought our 2 dogs for checkup esp Cotton because he was not eating properly for a week. They went through the usual metrics: weight, temp, CBC. Cotton was supposed to be admitted due to suspected canine erhlichiosis (there were a few dogs already admitted in a separate room) but since we weren't able to restrain him for the dextrose (to be fair we the fur parents also struggle w him) the vets suggested to take him home but not without the injectable and take-home meds. Most of the time was spent trying to restrain Cotton so the vets can take his blood and inject the meds 😔 After 5 hours we saw a lot of improvement on Cotton. The meds appear to work, he ate a little more, he pooped after days of constipation, he had more energy. Needless to say, this is a clinic that truly cares for your animals. Shout out to Doc Chelu and 2 other gentlemen vets whose names I forgot.. A big thank you! Looking forward to Cotton's complete recovery and our next visit ❤️😊

People here are very sweet and accommodating. They take their time in overall pet check up, they dont rush and they do it meticulously. I have been coming to this establishment for about 4 years. They have never failed me. Also my cat had an emergency last 2019 truthfully i though he was not gonna make it. But thanks to the doctors support and great sense of urgency my cat lived. I live quite far now; and unfortunately, i dont trust other vets as much I do to ans. They really value the life of their pet customers. Which is why i am writing a lengthy reveiw for them. Kudos team.

Great place for your pets. Complete with clinic, grooming and pet needs, food toys and beds. No photos as they prohibit taking photos inside for privacy ofcourse.

Vets are friendly and helpful, complete pet supplies. Neat place and air rooms are air-conditioned which so comfortable for me and my pets.
