Customer service is not acceptable. Cashier has prioritized reconciliation of sales rather than taking orders from customers. It was my turn on the line, no word from her whatsoever. Just ignore me while doing her reconciliation. Also, paying via online is not linked to their cash register, thus, they will manually write the reference number before they can print the receipt. This is definitely not a fast food restaurant that you should consider. BTW, grab guys have long queue lines because of the quality of their service. And read the comment from KFC owner after your concerns. The same template just revised the name. So you know what to expect from your concerns.
